Curtis and his team did a great job inspecting and repairing several of our fleet vehicles! Pricing was fair and they got it done in a timely manner!

Well, I was on my break from work. I was traveling through Belton. My car started to overheat and there was no hot air coming from the vents of my car. I called the shop later this evening to ask if they could possibly figure out what was wrong with it. It was near closing time for them the very next day they figured out what was wrong with it and fix the issue completely I have been traveling a little over 100 miles to get home and had zero issues on the way home. I would highly recommend them. They don’t price gouge like othershops do. They’re very nice and very understanding of everybody’s situation.

Ive been having issues with my Ford Ranger's head gaskets and the heat. Everyone there was so kind right from the start and was able to get me in quickly. My previous mechanic, just further up the street, has been rude often and over charged for everything. Certified Auto Repair will forever be my new go-to guys. They work hard, do a great job, customer service is perfect, and they don't over charge like most places. I highly recommend.

I had to reschedule my appointment. I called and when I told them I would be waiting with the vehicle they said they don't take waiters and that I'd have to drop my vehicle off. So I called somewhere else because that's what they told me to do. I had been there before and was able to wait for my vehicle. Edit: I fail to see how your lack of ingenuity or preparation to anticipate or expect loss due to cancelations is my problem. DO BETTER.

My Kia Soul needed rear brake work. After getting quotes from the national chain businesses I have used in the past, I wanted to try someone new and support one of our local businesses. I am very happy I chose Certified Auto Repair in Belton. They fit me in the very day I called and were very polite and professional. They were very affordable and the bill was less than I had expected. I had my car back quickly. I'm very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use Certified Auto Repair in the future.

Dawn and Nate did an amazing job handling the service I needed done on my truck. Dawn was very communicative and even helped me figure out the payment online. Nate did an amazing job handling the diagnostic and even went above and beyond to help find the source of a ticking I had been hearing. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have any future repairs done through them, and I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks!

GREAT SHOP !!! RELIABLE & TRUSTED !!!! Curtis has been our family mechanic for many years now. He replaced the engine in our 2004 F150 a while back and did a great job !!! He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and timely. We greatly appreciated that and as a result he got customers for life. Anybody looking to have auto repair done should really give the shop a go.

Set an appt for an inspection on my car. My husband takes my car to get inspected and they failed my car for items that do not need repaired. For example, I HAD a back blinker light that was out and my husband replaced the bulb a few days before with a bulb from an auto store. The light worked before we took it this morning for the inspection and this item along with other lights they marked as needed replaced. Absolutely rediculous. Do not go here. You’re better off at a bigger more well known establishment for inspections. No we don’t want to argue or do anything “illegal”. Your company wants to create issues so people can keep coming back to pay for inspections. We have kept up on this vehicle for 12 years. It’s clear you all need money and will write up whatever is necessary to keep folks coming back. Also, there is this book called a dictionary where you can learn to spell and work on grammar. If the owner or employees can’t spell or speak then that’s your 1st and only red flag.

I live 20 minutes away in south Overland Park and I won't take my car anywhere else. I have tried every shop in my area as well as several in Olathe. -- no one else has come close to their reliability in diagnostics, parts, workmanship, turnaround time, communication, and pricing.

Highly recommend, for your auto repair needs. I have had my truck in twice. Once for a intake gasket. Then today for a AC repair. Truck runs great and the AC is ice cold. Both times they got me in and out same day as my appointment. With great service. At what I thought to be a fair price.

These guys are the real deal! I stopped in for an inspection on my old 86 Dodge and had a very pleasant conversation with the owner. I watched him interact with his customers and was impressed by his knowledge. He does the work others can't or won't do. I have not had any repairs done here. But I would still recommend them based on the knowledge that Curtis has all by himself. He still wants it right and wants his name known for all the right reasons, and I can respect that. Stop in and see what they can do for you!

Excellent shop. Manager is very helpful and upfront. Fixed my truck and dealt with the insurance in a timely manner. Repairs completed ahead of schedule. There is a reason they are a busy shop. It’s because of the quality of their work.

Good and quick service. I wished I found them sooner. My son's 94 Mustang GT convertible quit on him so he put in a new air filter, new spark plugs, and my son put in a whole distributor in it. I called other mechanics and they wouldn't work on it being so old. I even bought a computer for it. It sat in my driveway for 2.5 months. Only until I found them and all it needed was timed. Charged me $100 to time it, but have a car back in working order now. Thank you.

Always have provided honest and great service to me. I have been a return customer for several repairs and they make sure it's done right and the vehicle is road safe. A++++ service and pricing.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! We were visiting from out of town and were involved in a car accident. Our car had been towed to a place nearby, and when I called to see if they could replace the broken tie rod on the front wheel they said yes. Curtis was very kind and professional. We were staying at a hotel and had rented a car, which they seemed sympathetic about. They ordered the replacement parts, which arrived when promised and they had our car ready for us to drive home exactly when they promised.

I had a great experience having my Nissan Altima repaired here. I never felt pressured or worried I was being ripped off. I was kept up to date with the progress of my repair and paid less than I thought I would. I highly recommend this establishments work and service.

I called the day before and we set an appointment for 8AM the next day. I dropped off my car at 8AM to be looked at because my AC stopped working. I called around 12:30PM for an update and was informed that they had not looked at the vehicle but it was next in line. I called back at 3:30 PM, after a 7 minute hold, I was informed that it was on the lift. I told them that I dropped my car off at 8AM and asked why they hadn't look at it until I called them a second time. I assume that the place is extremely busy and they just had not gotten around to it yet. Maybe this is a normal business practice, but I needed my vehicle. I told them to take it off the lift because I was coming to pick it up. I arrived as they were pulling my vehicle into a parking spot. I went inside, told them who I was and the make of my vehicle and they handed my keys to me and tried to speak to me. I turned around and walked out the door without saying a word. I cannot say that they provide bad service or do bad work because we never got that far. I would say that this business needs to do a better job of setting expectations for their customers if they want to avoid losing business in the future. 8/17/22 This is in response to the owner's response. You have guaranteed that I will never use or refer your business again. Nice try with the arrived a day early. I arrived on the day agreed upon not a day early. Other people may let you lie in your responses but I'm not going to. Not only will I never try to use your services again but I'll tell all my friends and neighbors not to use you either. I wasn't very rude and that's not a nice thing to say to a former customer. I just came in picked up my keys and walked out. By the way, no one ever asked for me to prove that was my car. No one asked for an ID of any kind.

I took my car in originally for the AC acting up, my car slipping while driving, my car making strange noises, and a tire patch up. I also asked for all the oils/fluids to be topped off. They kept my car a week when I called for an update to which I was told that no one had even been working on my car. One of them had gone out due to an emergency and stated “no one knew what to do with it.” Fine. I got my car back 2 weeks later - first, they fixed only the AC and my tire. Everything else, including the oil/fluid top off, is still an issue. Second, when I asked if they could keep the car for 3 more days (the day I get paid), I was told that I couldn’t do it and, if they let me, they would charge me more money. Mind you, this is the same courtesy they allowed my male friend to do so just a few weeks prior - without charging him at all. They went further, stating “If we had known you weren’t going to pay right away, we wouldn’t have worked on it. We need the space.” Absolutely disrespectful, misogynistic (I called to ask them to perform a task, they brushed me off. I asked my male friend to call and ask for the same task, they at least entertained him), unprofessional, and I will never recommend another soul to go here again. Prior to this, I told everyone about this business because my first time was a success. This second time.. not nearly.

I needed my passenger window fixed due to it being open and wouldn't go up. They examined the car, called me with an estimate and even though the part wouldn't be in until the afternoon, they were still able to get it done in the same day. The prices are reasonable and the guys are nice, friendly and helpful.

The Mechanic's are very efficient and on time with repairs. Curtis and Smitty are absolutely phenomenal and always take the time to explain everything to me about the repairs and ALWAYS answer all my questions. (I always ask a ton of questions) If they for some reason cant do the repairs they give good recommendations out! All of the mechanics there work on cars as if they were working on their own vehicles and they also hold their employees to great standards which is easily proven through their work and work ethics. Thank you for always providing great work and being patient with your customers! You guys rock and I would never willingly change Mechanics!

Smitty and Curtis took really good care of my fiance and I. Smitty was able to diagnose exactly what was wrong with the car. They also got ahold of my warranty on Wednesday and had it finished by Friday. Very fast and great customer service. Thank you guys so much! Will definitely bring the car back if something goes wrong.

If I could have given 10 stars I would. Twice I've brought my truck in in the brink of disaster. Both times Curt and crew saved my skin. Excellent service you dont get from the big guys. He also put a flat bed on my truck, replacing my rusty bed, he chopped an old flatbed he cad. A perfect custom job. Helps he build race cars. Honest guys are hard to find. Thanks again.

I went to Auto Zone to run a diagnostic and it said cylinder 6 misfire and ignition coil. So I called around looking for a good mechanic shop and read the reviews, and decided to take it here. I made an appointment for 1:00 pm. Arrived at that time they took my car right in and in 45 min they were done. Friendly mechanics and priced reasonably. I would recommend and definitely go back.

I went in to get my throttle body cleaned and my spark plugs replaced also got my check engine light shut off. 10/10 I would reccomend. They are professional. Took maybe 2 hours. Pretty fast from dealing with a bunch of other shops. I'll be back for sure.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for about two years now and we wouldn’t take them anywhere else. We have had a noise on my husband car and took it in right away to be get diagnostics. The shop called and told us they believe they know what it is but would have to tear the part off to confirm and then replace. What they suggested to us was continue driving until the noise worsened then they could have a confirmation on the fix needed instead of throwing pointless money at it attempting to fix what they thought could be the problem and may not. We waited and this last week we decided it was time to go back. It was exactly what they said it was and while repairing they found another issue. They called and maintained great communication about cost and broke down parts and labor. These guys are honest and hardworking and that is not something you find in a mechanic very often. I know quite a bit about cars and work on my own when time and tools allow. They have never tried to price gauge us for parts. I do my research and know what is reasonable. If you ever need to take you car somewhere this is the place! Thank you too all the employees here!
