Took a broken brake line in trying to get a replacement. They didn't have exactly what I needed pre-made so Jimmy made me one! Above & beyond service! I hope I got your name right Jimmy you did a great job! I think Napa is my new go-to place

I get recommended napa for my car parts. After having to call for an update I get told it would be in and I then come in a day or two after it was to arrive and it is just nowhere to be found? That part was made to pay before hand. I think I will be needing to keep my eyes open for a different parts store. I will give the benefit of the doubt since there seems to be no communication in the store to relay messages especially between shifts of the workers. So this entire scenario is leaving a poor taste of my opinion of this store now. Will update this after weekend to see if I get my part or a refund... Edit is they got the part Monday. I'm not sure why they said they had it in them when they didn't.

Quality parts and knowledgeable clerks. I prefer them over the rest.

I went looking for a part and all I had was a part number and everything is Napa so I didn't think they had it I gave the employee the part number the employee went back into the stockroom found the part I was looking for I would like to say thank you so very much for your time Talent energy you are valued and appreciated has the employee that you should be because you know your car care thank you so very much.

Jimmy was so kind as well as the other guy working today so helpful and made my experience less intimidating as a woman coming in for parts not knowing much about cars ! They were great and so nice to me & my kiddos even gave them candy while we waited ! Will definitely come back here for all car needs

These men are the best in the business, between Scott,Lucas and jimmy the best team over ever seen and each one has their own unique skill set. Lucas always makes sure he has grease and parts stocked and plenty in the back. Scott is a human computer he knows what your talking about and has never has gave me the wrong part EVER. Jimmy is the nicest happiest guy I’ve ever met and let me tell you when you need a part he usually over nights it he gets your parts FAST!

These guys are older and knowledgeable on car parts. This is my favorite parts store without saying in comparison to any other business or location. They are always willing to help and listen to your problems and help with a solution. If I were to recommend any parts store this would be the one in all of kc metro.

When your car breaks down, and you have a long ways to go... you must stop here! These folks helped me get a part, recommended and set me up with a mechanic close bye to help me get back on the road! I cannot thank John enough for the help he gave me! This kind of customer service is very rare and much appreciated!

Absolutly the friendliest and most knowledgeable parts team in the area, I've had so far a 100% of the parts they recommend have been dead on with 0% failure record. Accept no.substitute if you want a hassle free worry free auto parts buying expe4ience!

NAPA is the always go to for your automotive needs. If they do not have the item in store stock, they will get the item for you expeditiously.

Helpful employees even though they didn't have/couldn't provide the part I needed due to either dealer specific part or aftermarket modification on my vehicle.

I came in on a Saturday morning hunting some brake lines for my old van. Jimmy was busy, answering phones, taking care of customers, and smiling the whole time. He helped me get my parts, held a good conversation while doing so, and seemed to appreciate talking to a genuine car guy from a time when cars were different than they are nowadays. I've had good luck with this store and recommend you go see Jimmy if you find yourself in the need and in the know ;)

Pretty good, needed a filter they didn't have a fellow wasn't even helping me heard what I needed and went out of his way to call and found one at the KC warehouse and had his boss pick up while he happened to be in the area and brought back within hour or so, thanks

They know their stuff and will carry parts other auto parts stores don't stock.

If you want any real customer service and the knowledge to get the right part the first time talk to Lucas. ANYONE else in that store specifically Mike will waste your time and force you to go somewhere else. As a loyal customer you would think they would take care of you. ANYTIME Lucas hasn't been there i have had an issue. It's a shame they cannot hold a standard.

Did not have my brand of oil filter and air filter but still had others that met my needs. Staff there knew their way around the parts book.They also make hydraulic hoses on the spot.

Went to get a battery for a gate operator and they helped me find what I needed cheaper than I had expected.

Good guys really helpful they actually take the time to find what you need. If they dont have it they will do what it takes to either get it to that location or finding a location close for you to get it from.

Was good until the recent management change. Personnel have been let go or left the business. Remaining help is less than needed to service customers.
