All City Towing showed up quickly, helped me get my car out of a ditch safely, and has very reasonable prices compared to others in the area. Southland towing quoted me $270 at MINIMUM, and All City towing charged me half that much when it was all said and done. The driver, Braiden was professional and friendly. I recommend this company to anyone in the belton, raymore, peculiar area
A truck was able to get to me for a fair price in about 20 minutes which was good for a cold Friday evening following a big snow storm. Braiden was super courteous and exceeded my expectations in assisting me. I will definitely use them again if needed.
I got a tow today from braiden busson he was a angel literally helped me get my car to a safe location and helped me get gas in my car which I couldn't afford as of things have been very hard for me being 9 months pregnant he was patient and very kind a true god send I promise I highly highly recommend him to everyone that needs a good reliable person to help them out with getting a tow!!! We were on a cross country road trip on I-70 just outside Kansas City at 10:30pm when we had a wheel and tire fly off our truck with an in bed camper on top. Justin came to our rescue and towed us to where we needed to go. He even followed up with us the next day to make sure we had everything we needed and were ok.
This time I had a young man named Josh who came to my rescue. I truly love this company. They are friendly and reasonably priced. He was on time and quickly took care of getting my car to the repair shop. Thanks Josh

The first time I met Joe Brown, I was involved in a hit and run incident in Kansas City. The police completed their reports and left as soon as the tow truck arrived . Joe, the tow truck driver, refused to allow me to wait alone at a bus stop while I waited for a friend to come pick me up. He told me he was going to stay with me as long as it takes to make sure that I was safe before towing my car to the shop. Before he left, he handed me his card and told me to give him a call if I ever needed his help again.
Fast forward 18 months later, a friend needed his car towed and I knew exactly who to call for this job! Joe is a great guy and it was really great seeing him again, despite the car issues. Joe is awesome! Thank you for taking care of us!
I highly recommend if you get in a bind and you need a tow that you choose All City. It's never a good situation when you got to make that call but I've never felt so relieved as I did when they showed up. Not to mention how quickly and how genuinely empathetic and helpful the driver was. The rates were surprisingly Fair. They absolutely delivered a five-star experience! Thank you all so much!

Our work truck broke down on the way in on a Monday morning. I called Eckert, and they were professional, courteous, and sent a truck right out. The driver loaded up our truck like he’d done it a thousand times, and got it on the way to the mechanic immediately. I’m super impressed.

Great experience. Have used this tow company multiple times. Always professional on time and reasonably priced. I yhink the bad reviews I would have to guess are folks that had their cars towed by the police. I would highly recommend if your car breaks down or you are in an accident.
Had to get my car towed and when I called, the lady on the phone told me that it would be $75 plus $4 dollars per mile, which is fine. I also asked if they would try to jump start it first and she said yes and it would still only be $75 plus the mileage with no extra cost for the jump. The driver attempted the jump start, which took all but a minute and it didn’t work. They charged me an extra surprise $65 fee for that. I could have bought that jump starter for cheaper. I’d have been fine if I knew the fee ahead of time, then I wouldn’t have attempted the jump start. Then the driver didn’t want to deal with the traffic on 71 highway so he took a “shortcut” that added on at least another three miles.
One good thing, though, they did get to me really quick, so I wasn’t stranded for long.
We broke down on the highway, called and made arrangements to get towed, hung up with them and and lady crashed into our truck on the highway, it was very crazy, so our tow turned into an accident tow, I wish I had the guys name because he was on it. He picked up debris from the truck Incase we wanted it and than had to wait over an hour to get all info exchanged. He was very professional and amazing and caring! I definitely recommend this company!!
When I was rear ended and my truck was totaled, these guys helped me out. The driver was professional, accommodating, and patient with us.
He explained what all would need to be done, and even offered to give his personal phone number for when we were ready to get our personal belongings out of the truck before the insurance company came to pick it up and take it to the insurance sales lot.
It was refreshing to have a friendly face in a very stressful situation.
