Stepped in looking for a specific item. Got immediate help from an employee who knew the store. Couldn't ask for better service. At checkout, she dutifully offered the special that she has been told to push. Couldn't ask for a better employee.

Charging cables would not stay in. I expected to need a new charging port. My technician peeked inside & said "I can clean that out." He did and 7 minutes later I was down the road for 1/5 of what I expected to pay. Outstanding service. Honest & reasonable service & prices. When my electronics need service and/or repairs, I'm coming here!

The Overland Park store is fantastic! The salesman went above and beyond to make sure I had the right battery and the right information. AMAZING

BP is a little pricey, but always has my batteries in stock. Service Tech is very knowledgeable of my battery needs.

I had my Samsung front glass repaired at the Belton location. 3 days later my screen developed a white line precisely across the center. It was not after a drop. I never dropped it. It appeared between phone calls on my drive to work. There is absolutely no impact damage of any sort. The glass is completely flawless. I phoned batteries plus that morning to tell them. They agreed it would be fixed under warranty. I could bring it in. The next day it was getting late but I wanted them to see the phone so as they could verify it as soon as possible. The attendant said yes I could bring it back and checked that the part was available. I said great. I then returned to the store two days later. That was today. They told me they had no record of my repair. I then produced their email informing it was ready to pick up. From there he proceeded to tell me that it was not going to be warrantied that it was damaged from impact. I asked him to show me where he claimed evidence of damage from impact. I was informed it didn't matter. This was not my fault. I will always except my responsibility. The screen has a strange black ⚫️ that seems to be growing. It also has shades of banding throughout the entire screen. And an additional green line has now grown from the dot. So frustrated! And yes it is in a case. Crazy the times in the past that I have dropped my phone and survived abused.

Had a great experience here. The employee Xander helped me out with my truck Key-Fob as well as recessed lighting for my home. He was honest and genuine which is why I’m writing this review. 10/10 coming back because of his efforts in helping me.

Do not go here! I got my screen repaired on my iPhone for $150 dollars and purchased a screen protector. It’s been two months and my screen has cracked multiple times and now has black streaks. A warranty was never mentioned. Down $150 dollars and an iPhone screen.

Staff was straight forward, honest, and knowledgeable. I feel like they went out of their way to help me get this repair done. My phone is older, parts discontinued, and they were able to locate, and get the parts needed. Repair took less time than expected. The service done fixed my issues. Would recommend the Belton location and staff to anyone needing a service on their phone. 👍🏼👍🏼

Never go to this place for any kind of iPhone screen repair. First of all my screen went black and didn't work like 5 mins after I got it back from being 'repaired' When I brought it back the gentleman mentioned it had something to do with the connection of the screen and fixed it. Fast forward 4 months and I have nothing but issues with my iPhone. Mind you its only an iPhone 13. I have issues where the screen will go black and won't turn on for 10 mins plus. Issues with clarity of the picture on the screen. DO NOT get your screen repaired here, spend the extra 100 and take it to Best Buy where they are certified in apple phone repair.

If you want a cheap battery, this is the place for you. If you want a durable battery, spend the extra money elsewhere. Bought it for my bike in the winter months. Put the trickle charger on it. Not driven once. Went to drive it and the connector broke off? They would not replace it. Manager knocked a little off a new one but for the price if them, they shouldn’t break sitting there with a trickle charger on it.

I often need very different and special batteries for my instruments I use in my business of color management. I can't go down to Walmart or Best Buy or any other store with electronic batteries and get my batteries. I can oder some of them online but Batteries plus will find them for me no matter what kind of batteries I need. Why should I search the internet when Batteries Plus will find them in minutes for me. They order them and then call me when they are in my local Batteries Plus. I love these guys.

Came in for their phone repair service (screen shut off) and they were able to find the issue and it was just a loose connector. They could have easily just done a full phone screen swap for $400+ but they were honest and were able to get back to me within 45 minutes of drop off to come pick up.

I usually only leave really bad reviews or really great reviews, and thankfully, this is a great one!!! First, my battery was $30 cheaper here than anywhere in the metro, so that's awesome! Second, apparently, my positive battery terminal was corroded beyond belief. Payton took the time to spray, wire brush, and ultimately remove the corrosion. He was all alone in the store and still took the time and was super gracious about it, even though I know it was annoying. Highly recommending this place and their service to everyone!!

Battery is great. Young man was nice enough. My receipt is $22 less than the posted receipt on my credit card. Took away my core credit for some reason. Too big a hassle to try to correct. Really difficult web design to make purchase. Specials are only available on line but my car wasn't listed. Had to go to store to find the battery I needed then forced to use phone to purchase to get 10% off

Super great service! batteries I ordered were extremely odd size for an antique tractor, service was great! ordered battery for me, stayed in contact to inform me of the status, helpful at the checkout out, and taught me things about batteries I didn't know. Thanks Guys!!

Had a problem with the battery on my wife's golf cart. A quick look on the internet showed the local store had it in stock. Ordered online and in just 5 minutes received an email that it was ready for pickup. Downtime was only 1/2 an hour while she was working in the yard. She was really pleased.

I called ahead to make sure they had the battery I needed for my key fob, they did. John was very helpful over the phone. It took only a few minutes to replace the battery in both of my fobs. Good experience, the entire process was less than 5mins. I would recommend this location to anyone.

My phone would not turn on, took it up there and they were able to replace the battery and now it works great. I was able to make the appointment online so there was no waiting around. I also liked that they have a we will get it working or you dont have to pay policy. I would of hate to have to of bought a battery just to have found out that wasnt what was wrong. Found what I needed online.... special offer plus a discount. Picked up at the store the same day. Called ahead to make sure my husband could pick it up since everything pertaining to the order including debit card, was in my name. The lady was very friendly and helpful.

The on-line ordering was very convenient. I especially appreciated the 10% discount. Pickup was easy and convenient. That being said, the new employees need a bit more training in availability when customers show up.

Great place to find the right battery. And, unlike the big chain department stores, they personalize your purchases by installing them if needed. I even took in my bathroom scales and they installed AND set them to make sure I was satisfied before I paid. Won't buy my batteries any other place. THANKS GUYS😉

This is my primary source for batteries and flashlights, since they have a excellent variety. I can usually find something here I wouldn't be able to easily find in larger stores (talking about flashlights). Batteries are all in one location so I don't have to travel an entire store to find them. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about their stock. Buy a phone battery and they'll put it in in seconds. It's very easy to see from the main road as well and close parking is available.

I've had two great customer service experiences at Store 394 in Belton, MO, during the last five days. One was an online order/in-store-pickup order for a mower battery and the other was an on-line appointment for a cell phone battery replacement. The mower battery was waiting along with the paperwork when I arrived the young man that helped me was quick, friendly, efficiient. I happened to be in the vicinity of the store 1.5 hours before my appointment for the cell phone battery so I stopped in and was immediately and courteously and efficiently taken care of by Terry even though I was an hour early for my appointment. The on-line discounts are great, too! You've gained a repeat customer.

Rick is very helpful and he is great at finding the LED bulbs/fixtures I need and I will always give him a shout when I have a need. He will work with businesses to get rebates they qualify for. He has a very fair price on lighting, especially compared to other local electrical/lighting supply houses. Better quality products, better personal service, and a local business owner who cares it's a win, win, win.
