We were here to get a tag light bulb and the guy offered to install this for us which was awesome. I much prefer O'Reillys in general to other retailers. I've never had a bad experience with one. 10/10

Store clerk Makayla gave me a hard time to go when I tried to return unopened coolant flush that I just purchased two weeks ago with cash and I had the receipt. She acted like she's not sure if she can return it and she read the back of the receipt, as if she may not be able to, like a new employee who's not trained. She kept telling me that O'Reilly's return policy has changed and she may not able to return it. When I told her I've never had problems returning things at O'Reilly's before, that made no difference and she still didn't want to return it. She didn't doubt the product was unopened, she just didn't want to return it. I asked her if she's new and she said "no". I asked if I could speak with the manager and she told me she's the manager. I had a hard time believing that, although I didn't say so. And then she wanted my phone number, saying it was required, although I didn't give a phone number when I made purchase, as I told her. She insisted she can't return the item without a phone number, although I had a receipt, and I told her I had returned things before without a phone number. She insisted she had to have a phone number to return the item, and I thought the phone number had to be the one given when I purchased the item, and I didn't give a phone number at all. This woman could see I was frustrated and annoyed but she didn't care. I later was told by another employee that she's a manager-in-training and I couldn't believe it, because she was very uncooperative and didn't care that she frustrated and annoyed me, a customer. She pure and simply didn't care. I'll never return to this O'Reilly's again. I did however return the item with another employee, who was cooperative and congenial. I can't believe what low standards O'Reilly's has when choosing/training a manager because this woman manager-in-training was anything but congenial or cooperative with me. This obviously who she is when she wants to be.

Exceptional service! I went in for a headlight bulb replacement on my Honda and was greeted immediately by Danny as I entered the store. He wasted no time assisting me with determining the correct bulb type, and provided clear and precise direction on where to find the exact one I needed. When I asked if they could change the bulb at the store, with a smile on his face he said he could check under the hood for me to confirm that he could change it there. He proceeded to follow me out to my car, removed the old bulb, and even went as far as to educate me a little on how to tell that the bulb was partially blown (I always welcome being educated on things so he was simply feeding my curiosity). We went back inside and he noticed that the old bulb was showing a different number than what their system was saying I needed for my car. He double-checked their system to be sure and, before paying for it, he offered to test the new bulb to make sure it worked. So we went back to my car, he placed the new bulb, and had me turn my lights on to verify that it worked. Once we knew it worked he closed the hood and as my girlfriend and I started back toward the store he looked at me and said "Alright, you're good to go. Merry Christmas!" I was caught completely off guard by Danny's kindness and honestly started to become a little overwhelmed with emotion that I damn near cried right there. This year has been incredibly difficult so that unexpected kindness really hit me hard. That brief interaction with Danny will forever be remembered and has secured my loyalty. I will definitely be returning to this store again in the future. 🙏🏻

Went in tonight because my car was missing firing. And Makayla was so sweet and hooked it up to the scanner it was my number two coil. Bought replaced still miss firing went in for spark plug she helps again and re scans it ( wanted to make sure we replaced correct coil) and nothing pops up changed spark plug now I’m back up and running. She was so sweet to do it twice for me in this cold. Made sure my heat was on full blast for her! I truly appreciate amazing customer service! Thank you MAKAYLA

Be leery if O'Reilly's refers you to a mobile mechanic named Sam. He's a 26 yr. old man who is NOT conscientious and I don't think knows everything about cars, although he acts like he does. He may mess up your car or cause irreversible harm to it, and if so, he'll be indifferent and deny it. I would not trust this man nor let him work on your car. If you can't check out someone who claims to be a mechanic with reviews, you should be leery of them and I would not trust this man.

My daughter was receiving warning signals in her car. My husband suggested we visit O’REILLY’S in Belton, Mo to have the car scanned. Bob was the one who helped us and as he completed the scan, he set our minds at ease. He took care of my daughter and helped her replace her bad battery. He treated her like family. I appreciated him for that. Awesome job!! Thank you!!

I came in to buy windshield wiper fluid for my truck. I made a comment while checking out about how tricky it would be for me to pour the fluid in since I’m so vertically challenged. I purchased two hydraulic lines very small from O’Reillys. They charged me almost $220 one was wrong but they didn’t have the correct end so they refunded $108. I went down to Napa a mile away and purchased one for $32 I know we live in an age of price gouging they’ve done it to me before I hope I never have to go back

I went here to get a part and the total came out to be $107 and then they messed the order up so I went in and they said they did not have the other part. So I went to “Napa Auto Parts” and the total came to $32.73 I saved around $ 75

Joshua and Gerald helped me out today! I needed to recycle some oil, and they let me pull around and even helped me drain it into the container. There are lots of options for auto parts, but customer service like that will keep me coming back for all my family’s auto parts needs. Thanks again, guys!

I went there a couple weeks ago and it was all females working. I was impressed and also by the amount of knowledge they had. One of the ladies even helped me put on one of my windshield wipers in like 3. 2 seconds. I would definitely recommend this place

I went in tonight to get my battery tested and the worker (Hunter) And this girl were flirting and sitting in his car. (Challenger) when I needed help. I think it’s really unprofessional that he’s on the clock working and I’m guessing ( his girlfriend’s) there distracting him from having good customer service. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow morning and letting him know because that’s not true customer service and it doesn’t look like this business is for children to run around and act childish in.

I went to get a battery and met Bob! He was so kind and knowledgeable. He helped install it super quick and was so friendly while doing it out in the cold! Will be using this location for all future needs just for this experience.

Clerk was very slow, didn't seem to have much knowledge. Wasn't paying attention to me, was rude claiming he couldn't read my mind when he misunderstood me. Then had the audacity to call me rude when I tried to explain to him what he missed. I think his name was Robert.

They had the alternator I needed traveling through and towing broke down, but after I changed it out in a parking lot 7 miles away, I returned the old one for core change, I asked them to test they did it tested good when it was bad, I don't think they know how to properly test parts. Truck runs as it should with new part.

I will say hands down the best customer service I have ever received as a female! Bob did not try to up sale me on anything talked to me like I knew what I was talking about even though I was a female and offered to help me switch out my battery before I could even ask since I am on a weight restriction due to work. I will continue to use this location just so I can have Bob as the person that helps me. I was in and out with in 15 mins including changing out my battery on my truck. I’m a military spouse and he helped me get the best deal. For any of my truck needs I will be visiting again this location because of Bob. You have a good worker there Bob will go above and beyond for anyone!

Went to OReillys to have a code ran on my vehicle. Ben was very knowledgeable and took time to explain some of the results of the code for me along with possible resolutions. He saved me a trip to the dealership mechanic. Vehicle is running like a dream. Thank you for going above and beyond.

We went here for an alternator. Wow! Price is ridiculous. I try to keep in mind it's not the employees' fault that the company price gouges the consumer. It's insane how much things cost. Batteries and alternators price range is above $260, and then they add the core fee of $40 additional, so you end up spending over $300. I mean, at $260, if I choose to bring an old alternator back, then itt should be $40 off the $260, but of course, that's not how companies work it. I have an old 2007 mini van, value $2500, and that is saying it's in fantastic condition and I have to pay $300 for a part. Stupid times right now. We need solutions to this kind of thievery. I know for a fact people can get alternators and batteries half price if you know how to work it, but the average person walking in buying the part they get the shaft literally. Nothing can be done, though. I needed the part in order to get my car fixed, and the company knows that so they can keep making a profit off those of us struggling day to day. We need an honest auto parts store willing to help everyone, but that's like asking for an honest mechanic or president.

I called the store looking for some metal sawzall blades to cut down an axle tube to length. They had a combo package with two big long blades in it and I asked them to have it at the counter for my pickup in a short while. I went to the store, picked up my blades at the counter, paid and left. Easy as can be. Nice people. Highly recommend this store....
