Edit to reply: this was my Subaru Impreza 2020. It was booked through my Allstate app on January 10th 2026 (I scheduled it the night prior.) Waited 2 ½ hours and finally went through the Allstate agent and found a new company to tow. I tried calling you multiple times to no avail. Never showed up for my tow that was booked through my insurance company. Didn’t answer my calls. Not sure if they are in business anymore, but if they are, avoid them at all cost

The driver that picked up my vehicle was very friendly and knowledgeable and communicated with me really well on the timeline. He also helped me with moving the vehicle because I was babysitting..

Tristan was very helpful with problem solving my dead battery. He did not give up and ultimately pushed my car out of the garage to jump it with his service truck. Tristan was kind and even engaged in silly banter with my daughter. Thank you!!

I had a great experience with KJ's towing largely in working with Tristan who was knowledgeable and very helpful. Handled my towing job well and with aplomb.

Never showed up. The lady who answered the phone put me on “brief” hold, 15 minutes later just hung up on me. The road side service our company uses couldn’t get through to them either. I wish I could rate them but they just never showed up. Avoid like the plague.

Don't use this company. Stranded in below zero temps and after 6 hours of waiting and no response to phone calls or text the cancelled without letting us know. Now it will be after dark before another towing service arrives and the temps will be dangerously cold.

Junior was timely and professional. My minivan was dead. After checking it over he got it started long enough to back it out so he could tow it. I appreciate his efficiency and problem solving.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I was given an ETA of a a couple of hours later. When no one had been dispatched, I reached out, and received a text message indicating they were busy. I texted back to get clarification on the pick up, and five minutes later, they cancelled my pick up. They didn’t text me this. I only knew, because the Allstate system let me know the pick up was cancelled.

Very courteous and also took time to explain things well. I also feel very comfortable handing over my car to another individual. I will definitely use this company again..

My insurance company called them to tow for me, been waiting them for 2.5 hours in icy cold weather. Unfortunately, they never showed up. Neither answering any call from me or insurance company. If you are out of business please don't take any dispatch! Please don't ever waste any of other desperate people's time, if we have someone cannot bare 30 degree weather outside someone could have dead because of you guys.

Jeff was awesome at communicating and sent me pictures of my vehicle at drop off location. Great company for a time of need.

Great service with care, kindness, and reassurance. Let me know when my vehicle was dropped off and with whom received the keys. Great work Jeffery

Jeff from KJ Towing was great. One of the worst days to breakdown and he handled with care and consideration. Very good communication and excellent service. Highly recommend!

So I've been using KJ's for over 10years. Jr, Kayla and John have always been so helpful and honest. Even when Kayla tells me it's over a 2 hours wait I appreciate the honesty.. Most other companies would beat around the bush.. From towing to helping me change a flat tire I can always count on them!!!!

1 star is too much for this experience...Do yourself a favor and call the next company. STAY FAR AWAY from this towing company. Rude driver. Showed up an hour late. Thought he was a mechanic. First series of questions were him trying to diagnose my truck. Can't even tow a pickup truck. Lifted it up and moved it multiple times but didn't complete the job. Asked if I had aftermarket wheels on it?? Nope. Factory. Handed my keys to me and said call AAA again and request a flatbed. And left.......HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...Formal complaint filed with AAA. STAY FAR AWAY....

I had an excellent experience with Jeff from the KJ’s towing company. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He handled my vehicle with great care and made a stressful situation so much easier. Jeff kept me informed, worked quickly, and clearly knows his job inside and out. It’s rare to come across someone who combines skill with such genuine customer service. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend asking for Jeff—he’s the best!

Absolute dog water of a company. Even 1 star gives them too much credit. These people were supposed to pick up my car and refused, then blamed me, then doubled down and started being tremendously rude. AAA picked them I did not. After they refused to pick up my car, I tried calling them, and they screened my calls, hung up on my on purpose, and then texted me. If you can, stay away from these jerks at all costs.

DANGER WARNING!!!Horrible company!! NEVER EVER use them! They towed my car to the wrong address, I had told the driver it was going to a dealership for service and to give the keys to the shop, instead he left my car at a random house and left the keys in the car! When I called the driver and asked them to get the car and tow it to the right place he said he would call his boss and call me back. He never called back and stopped answering his phone. I’ve left several messages on their company line and they will not call back!!

You just don't get professional,and curious service like this young man demonstrated. I am very thankful to have met this young man. He is truly a professional driver. Thank you Carsheild.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WAITED OVER 3 HOURS! We were told numerous times they would be there within 15 minutes and that they would contact us in 15 minutes. We were never contacted. You could never speak to a live person. When they did answer (which was rare) it was via text. FINALLY, 3 HOURS LATER, they said, "ETA is just an estimate". No kidding! But when you specifically tell my roadside assistance company that you will be at my destination within 15 minutes numerous times, that is NOT an ETA! I am a Property Manager and have used many tow companies in my 35 years and I have never run into such a unprofessional, unethical company. Don't use them!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I waited over 2 hours when quoted 1 hour. And then the guy calls me and state he is 20 mins away when he is already almost an hour late and then, I pay $70 for them to tow it after insurance pays for some of it and then I call the dispatch and she is rude and states that she will “text” the driver! It’s not a service I will ever use again and will NOT recommend them either!! Beware of the work that they do! The only thing that I can say remotely good is that the driver was nice over the phone even when I was frustrated to say the least! And when dropping it off the driver was polite.

Had a vehicle towed through GEICO roadside and was told that the additional charge permit was $5. After paying the tow company with a credit card did the math and realized the math did not add up. I called the company and discovered that they charge a 10% fee for cards I was not told about and then asked why the cash price was the same as the card price. They couldn’t come up with an answer to that and refused to help. They then told me that the price per mile they charged was $5.50 which was not the rate told to us by GEICO. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. I asked her to look up the vehicle transaction and she said I needed a PO number which I don’t have nor did I ever get. Asked if she could look it up with the date, time year make and model she said there was no way to do that. I said I would have to dispute this as the math does not add up and she said they would have the documents to fight my dispute but when I asked her how she could look that up once disputed vs looking it up while on the phone she again had nothing to say. Crap customer service and it’s no wonder tow companies get are so poorly talked about. I suppose the next thing will have to be to dispute the charge.

Driver Derek arrived within 5 minutes of the quoted ETA. He was polite and professional. Tow hook up was fast and our vehicle was delivered safely to our desired service station. Thank you for fulfilling our AAA roadside assistance request!

What an absolute joke of a towing company, We Waited three hours for someone to come tow my car and even as I’m writing this, no one has even reached out to us. The location update texts were completely false and didn’t tell the truth of where they were at all. The website they gave us to track the location showed us that they were an hour away (Picture below) We called 5 different times and was either hung up on or set to voicemail straight away. Don’t waste your time calling a towing company that doesn’t care about you or your car.

I highly recommend KJ’s Towing & Recovery! Ted was awesome! He arrived with in a 1/2 hr on a Sunday night. His knowledge & careful handling of my car put me at ease. I messed up & gave him the wrong place to drop off. He redirect & my car arrived safely.
