On a Sunday I had a flat tire and a cracked rim. My spare tire was also flat. The gal work in the counter let me borrow her own personal spare so I wouldn't have to tow the car. Then she helped my find a replacement rim from a local scrap yard so I wouldn't have to spend a ton of money on a new wheel. I'm very grateful for her help.

Allie and the whole team did an amazing job with my headlight bulb replacement. They were down to 1 tech on a Saturday and still got me taken care of within the original quoted time and under my budget! Great customer service at this location (and a super clean bathroom)

I am writing to formally complain about the service I received at your Firestone location on January 31, 2026, during my scheduled 9:00 AM rear brake service appointment.After dropping off my vehicle at 9:00 AM, I received no communication for three hours. At 12:00 PM, I called the store and was quoted $368.97 (parts, labor, tax included) and told the service would be completed within one hour. I received no follow-up call.At 2:00 PM, I returned to the store and was informed by the Customer Service Manager that the work order had not been started because the wrong parts were ordered. I was never notified of this delay. I requested to cancel the service because I had a coaching job at 2:30 PM, but the order was not canceled and I was forced to wait longer.As a result, I missed my job, lost $600 in income, and was written up for forfeiting the game. The work did not begin until after I requested cancellation, and my vehicle was not completed until 3:00 PM, over six hours after my appointment. This experience reflects a serious lack of communication and respect for customer time. I am requesting review of this incident and appropriate compensation.

Blake was very informative and helpful when I brought my car in. I was pleasant with the service and the workers. I will always recommend Firestone for any services. I always get my oil changed here and getting tires.

Have been to this location multiple times and had a good experience. Visited on 1/9 for some issues with my vehicle. Employee at the front desk was helpful and communication was great and car was returned in great shape.

Blake was amazing! He checked the sound coming under my car that was scrapping the ground. Spent 45 minutes fixing it and charged us nothing, and said to come back if we needed something! He was so friendly and trusting. Will definitely be back! And our car now works!

I always go to this location for my car needs. I love how they do not push you for additional repairs and they are very transparent about pricing! Bonus points because they always offer me coupons!

Blake and Mick were both fantastic. I had a punctured tire and they were extremely accommodating getting my tire patched. The most seamless process. Brought car in at 7:30am and I was on my way by 8:30am. I would definitely recommend.

Booked an appointment this morning for 6pm. Got a confirmation of the appointment. Drove there and arrived at 5:55pm to a sign on the door that said "we closed at 5pm today, sorry for the inconvenience." They are regularly open until 7pm. I only put two contact methods in my appointment request, would have been nice for them to look at one of them and shoot me an email/text that they are bailing on my appointment. The days of doing simple things to be respectful are long gone I guess.

Fast and caring service! One of the pre-ordered tiers where defective and the staff at Firestone drove in a blizzard to ensure I had new snow tires on my car! 10/10 would recommend!

Shy was a pleasure to work with! I came in to replace tires on my Acura TLX and was met with friendly and knowledgeable service. Shy was able to find me a nice discount on my tires which made it an easy choice to add an alignment. We booked the appointment at a conveinient time for me and the work was done in a little less than 2 hours. They also did a brake inspection and quoted me for replacements at no extra charge. I felt like I was treated very fairly and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

I had a great experience with a gentleman named Shi at this location. He went above and beyond to help me when he didn't have to, made me feel comfortable while I waited, made phone calls for me when I was in a tough situation, and was all around a spectacular person to lean on. Thank you Shi!

Rod was the kindest and sweetest employee. I work at lifetime across the street and was stuck at work. He took the time to help me out gave me a new battery for my remote starter. Walked me all the way across the street to help me with my car and make sure it worked. He definitely has excellent. Customer service goes in above And beyond for his customers, highly recommend him!!

This store is the best! I came in for an oil change and Blake made sure that my car was done in no time. He also made sure the tech did a trip check on my vehicle as I was just in town visiting a friend- Definitely come get your services done at this location! Came here to get spark plugs on my Acura. Blake was really helpful. Shi was really patient with me and all of my questions. Andrew did a good job replacing my plugs. My rough idle went away! Will return for more services. Very nice staff

I had such a wonderful experience with Blake, Shi, Ally and the technicians at Firestone! They truly went above and beyond to help me when my vehicle wouldn’t start. They quickly came out to jump my car, made sure it was safe to drive, and got it into the shop right away so it could be checked before my long trip back to Rochester. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I left feeling confident and grateful — thank you to the whole team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

The Firestone lobby is always clean, professional, and inviting! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and a friendly “hello” or “good morning/afternoon” from the team at the front. The staff is always welcoming, and I know I’ll be well taken care of every visit. They’re honest and never pressure you into unnecessary work, which I really appreciate. I just stopped by the Edina Firestone because I had a couple valve stem covers stuck on the stems of two of my tires. They told me that it would probably cost around $35.00 per stem if they had to replace them. They did the work that needed to be done to get the covers off. When then called me to retrieve my vehicle , I found out they did not have to replace the valve stems and they did not charge me for any of the labor. It’s great to know there are mechanics out there can trust! Great job crew!

Blake Massey store manager was great. He helped explain what was needed on my car repairs and walked us through everything. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I brought my car in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, alignment, and brake inspection. Before the service, the front desk person asked me why I believed I needed my alignment and I clearly told the front desk person that the alignment was needed because my transmission had recently been replaced. Before bringing it in, my dashboard only showed the maintenance required and tire pressure lights, no other lights or issues for months after the transmission work. Right after the service, the traction control light came on. I brought it back several times, and each time they said it was fixed, but the light came back on before I even left the parking lot. After multiple visits and long waits, they still couldn’t fix it, stating that they did not know the transmission was replaced and that’s where the issue is because when they did the transmission they have to do this and they need to do that and I told him we don’t know that’s what actually happens because my car was fine, They still saying this traction issues was cause by the transmission and other possible damage they can fix if I wanted to. There’s no way I’M GOING TO TRUST ON THIS PEOPLE. They also refused to honor coupons or offers, saying everything “has to be entered manually” and they “can’t override the prices.” On top of that, they told me they would order 10 lug nuts since that’s what was needed, but said they were only allowed to replace 5 without extra charge and they did not provide proof of purchase or that the parts were actually needed. It’s strange they could remove them but not reinstall them, claiming that if they did, it could “damage the screw” and cause extra repair costs. Overall, very disappointing experience — poor communication, no accountability, and questionable billing practices. ⚠️ Tip: Before leaving your car, take pictures or video of your dashboard lights and keep records and notes of what you asked for and what you were told. It can protect you if new issues appear or charges change after service. Keep in mind that you will bring it in for one issue and leave with 2 or 3 and you will have to pay extra to get it fix somewhere else and btw they won’t tell you anything over the phone because they KNOW THE CALLS ARE BEING RECORDED. Keep track of billings, recording, proofs of pictures or videos anything will save you from losing money.

I recently had a nail in my tire and took it to Firestone for repair. Michael helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He quickly assessed the damage, explained the repair process clearly, and had my tire fixed in no time. The staff was friendly and professional, and I felt confident driving away safely. Highly recommend Firestone and ask for Michael if you need fast, reliable tire repair!

I've been getting my oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Edina, MN for a while now and every visit is consistently excellent. Mick and Blake at the front desk are always friendly, professional, and honest about recommended services, and Ryan, the technician, does thorough, reliable work every time. Honest prices, quick service, and no pressure upselling. Scheduling is easy and my car is always ready on time. If you are looking for a spot to bring your vehicle in for maintenance- this Firestone team is the best!

They explained an issue that I had, and they corrected it to their best ability and it worked. I no longer have any oil drips as I’ve had in the past with other businesses. The tires they put on were a less expensive tire, but they ride beautiful and I’m very happy with them and we’re installed correctly. The manager and Jason took very good care of me. I would recommend their store to anyone.
