Amazing service at this shop. I brought in my Ford F150 for a fender repair. Got my vehicle back a day earlier than expected. Highly recommend this shop.

Waited about a year to post this because I felt bad but I feel it’s necessary. My car auto lights still don’t work to this day after going through this shop. The clear coat is literally coming off the vehicle. Awful service too, for 2 months straight they told me “It’ll be done this Friday”, then were annoyed when I called to get it. Just awful. Made an awful time even worse.

Fantastic experience getting two repairs through insurance. Was very prompt, and the work was clean. Also they fixed a leak from my camera wiring for free, just because they noticed it during a wash.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Tony, the owner outright lied several times to my face. Told me I should find a new insurance agent and sent a threatening email over a $1034.91 auto glass replacement on a 2021 Acadia. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will also be contacting Mauer GMC regarding their referral to his business.
