Hydraulic hoses made on site got me out of a bind

Great service, helped us get what we needed and the guy who helped us was awesome.

This one is usually my go to store since I'm close, staff are cool

My husband was there today to get a specific oil this was the closet to us that had this oil for an excavator and the people working there were so rude. He asked if you priced matched because fleet farm has it for $35 cheaper but the closest one that carries it is 2 hours away so he went to this O’reillys because it was the closest to us but is still 30 minutes away they said no they don’t price matched he asked if they gave a military discount they said no and that he should go to O’reillys. So he left and will drive the 2 hours to the fleet farm that has it and will never shop at O’reillys again which he did very often as he is a mechanic. There was no reason to be rude to a customer who is also a veteran.

Adalphe and Chloe were wonderful! Adalphe went above and beyond to help me not only with my exchange but even came out in the POURING rain to help me retrieve the cap to my headlight assembly that I accidentally dropped when changing my headlight bulb. It was in an unreachable corner under my battery. Definitely my heros today!

Stood in line to check out way to long while two young girls stood around talking about the TV shows they had watched the night before. Finally put the three things I was about to buy on a shelve and walked out. Drove another ten miles to another auto store. NOT AN O'REILLYS.

Very bad customer service, lazy employees that don't want to help customer,,they look in the computer and then tell you to go a get it yourself,,,lazy and very rude too. Buying my auto needs on Auto zone from now on. Was a white guy,that was working on 1-25-2025 at 11.30 AM

Not much "pep" in the young guys sitting in office chairs paying zero percent to the 6-8 people in the store. When asked if they had a particular bulk part, I was told they don't have/cant get (trailer wiring), then told me to go to tractor supply. 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶

I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Everybody working in the store were there were very respectful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable! When I'm traveling anywhere in the country I usually pick O'Reilly for this particular reason. I'm never disappointed when shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Tell him 🔹 sent you!

Justin is an amazing worker. I came in to find some M12X1.5 lugs for my new set of tires. Justin went above and beyond by assisting me with this task and showing me the inventory. I appreciate people like Justin for not giving up and doing what he can to assist me. I went with some Dorman spinal lugs and those fit perfect. Thank you Justin, for helping me.

Super friendly and helpful. Went in for wiper blades and a check engine light diagnostic. They ran the diagnostics right away and put the wiper blades on for me (and quickly!) Sydney was fantastic!

Very knowledgeable. They don't try to get you to buy the most expensive part. Give options and explain each one if you want. I've returned to them numerous times. If they don't have the part you need, it only take an hrs or two to get it in

Great customer service didn't even half to look on the service book for my car light bulbs and they asked can I help you. Thats Awesome.

They always have the odd parts I seem to need, or they have it shipped to store same day or early next day. Employees all seem to be motor heads which helps alot. Can't usually find another place that has better prices either.

Used to be more useful. As long as your not trying to work on a 10 year old foreign built car you should find what you need.

Been here a few times, no issues, good store. Also, Aaron knew what a 2014 Chevy Caprice was and that they came from Australia. Above average auto parts store employee knowledge. 10/10

Requested part night before not set aside for pu next day. Complained and asst manager just walked away. 2nd time this happened. Associate that helped was great.

Generally have what I need, and the customer service is pretty good. If you go in there when they are busy, you may wait a while for help as they only have 3 or 4 people working. Also, expect to pay a little more at o'Reilly's.

O'Reilly's parts was very friendly and courteous service. They are the go-to people to get parts. Even when they're busy they're still very friendly.

I like going all Reilly special one in Inver Grove Heights they're always smart and they always can figure it out for you they can help you a lot I'd recommend that store any day
