DISHONEST. LIARS. ????? I spent $500 on several items, only because I called and spoke to the owner's son , who supposedly checked the items that I was going to bid on. The owner's son told me that they were all in good condition and working well. When I went to pick up the items, I decided to check them myself - - I plugged all of the items in BEFORE I LEFT. NONE of the electrical items worked!! When I brought it to the owner's son (who runs the place) he literally told me "oh well." ??????? I demanded my money back, which he refused. Also, pictures of some of the items looked like they were in perfect condition, but when I picked them up, the photographer failed to take pictures of the side that was completely dented. All of these acts were purposeful.?? This was not the first time this happened to me at RJM Auction - - I called, but didn't check the items before I left, so I figured it was my fault. After purchasing items several times that didn't work, or the photographer didn't take a full view (which hid dents and scratches), I wanted to make sure that this time everything worked and was as it had been shown. I visit several auctions - - awesome auctions, where the owners are honest and completely forthright. The descriptions detail everything about the item. They don't have to lie because they would never accept most of the items that RJM Auction sells. As a business owner myself, I find it not only appalling, but DISHONEST, that the guy who runs the place lies about the items to gain a sale. They kept my $500, but lost thousands in repeat business. I highly suggest--DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS AUCTION. There are plenty of honest and reputable auctions to buy from. I know several other people who have bought from them as well who have also had the same experience I did. . I am 1000% positive that any good reviews are coming from family or friends. Buyer beware! We've won many items which have for the most part turned out better than expected. Once we bought a bbq grill that was expensive but filthy. All I can suggest is a couple more pictures. Their site states you need to come and look at the items, if you have concerns or doubts. It really is your responsibility. Someone's description might not be how you see it. It is in the eye of the beholder.

Great people great stuff! I have bought a lot of stuff from this place for two years! I bought all sorts of stuff for my house and stuff I use for my family. I’ve made money from the stuff I bought, I do scrap metal, and I and do resale and resell the stuff, this place has only helped with the stuff I buy, all for a profit. If I’m buying stuff that costs more then a few dollars I use the inspection day to inspect the products. I suggest this place and to save yourself money and make money, I love this place, top auctioneers period.

I bought a bunch of stuff from one of their auctions. It was 2 loads of items and when I finished loading up the first load on a Friday the worker told me to come Monday instead of rushing back today. That was perfect since I was a hour away, but even I called Monday to set up a appointment they were clueless of any such thing and told me sorry you can't come. I asked the guy why would someone tell me that I could come Monday if you can't. He replied there is nothing I can do for you. So they scammed me out of a bunch of paid items that were mine. Poor communication within a business.

In my earlier review I rated RJM three stars, that was incorrect. It should have been 5 stars. They are a great place to sell and buy equipment of all types. I've have had very good luck with the items I have purchased and always received good prices for the items I have sold. My earlier post was meant as advice for all individuals interested in auction items and I didn't mean to impugn their integrity or honesty. I highly recommend them!

You really need to inspect the items your interested in. They do not provide any details. Case in point, I purchased a floor scrubber and when I went to pick it up it has a tag from the seller that the motor was bad. Nice people but be cautious.
