Alex at Chuck’s was so very kind, polite and very helpful as to the problem with my son’s car. I was immediately put at ease. There were a couple of problems with the car and he took care of them in a timely manner and even working on a Saturday to finish the car on Monday. So appreciate that!! Great Service! No appointment necessary!! Highly Recommend!

Dropped off my new to me Lexus and they did a check up and once over on it. They were very professional and quick i would highly recommended this place for repairs or just routine maintenance!

Got a flat tire down the street and happened to pull in there parking lot. Chris was pulling a customers vehicle out of the shop. He saw I was changing my tire in the single digit temperature. He didn’t hesitate to tell me to pull my vehicle in their shop. He changed the tire in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Chris and his coworkers are great! They gained a new customer today!!

My 93 year-old father Frank has used Chuck's to maintain his two cars (oil changes, etc.) and they have have never run better. Quality work at a good price and always completed on a timely basis.

Chucks service center fixed a botched oil change from another shop. They took their time and assessed my car, expedited part delivery and made sure everything was up and running. Staff was very welcoming and supportive as I was a last minute customer. Alex went above and beyond to expedite the process. Will definitely make this place my go-to shop!

I recently took my vehicle to Chuck’s for a major repair, and the experience was exceptional. After being told by another shop that only a dealership could handle the job, Chuck’s stepped up and completed the work perfectly—and at a much lower cost. Despite it being the week of Christmas, they turned the car around quickly. They even diagnosed and fixed a persistent rear thumping sound that other mechanics couldn't figure out. What really set them apart, though, was the communication. Alex kept me updated constantly via text and even sent a video showing exactly what was causing the noise. Because of their transparency and expertise, Chuck’s will now be a place I consider for future business and I will be referring friends/family as well.

Had a small leak in my rear drivers side tire. Went in and they got it right away fix the leak with a plug. When the mechanic brought my keys back the owner Alex said no charge ! Amazing service like this still exists! You’ve gained a true customer.

I brought my car to Chuck's because I only had heat coming out of one side of my vehicle. They were willing to get me right in and take a look. Unfortunately the problem ended up being a big costly job. However Alex eased my stress and was willing to work with me to get the problem fixed. He really wanted to make sure I was able to have warmth this winter. His compassion for me and my family did not go unnoticed. I was able to drive away today with full heat and a mechanic I will most definitely be returning today! Thank you again and again!

Have used Chuck's for many years and was unaware the business was sold. I took in my daughter's 2000 Subaru Forester due to Check Engine light coming on. Alex was able to have his mechanic check it out fairly quickly despite being a walk-in customer the day after Thanksgiving. The repair would have been over $1700, but in calling Subaru to order the part, they learned the issue was covered under warranty, so all we had to do was have it fixed at the dealership for free. Alex said there was no charge for the evaluation work they did, which was much appreciated. Will be back!

The service was great! Alex was kind, patient and professional. Chris was great, he worked on my car, and completed the repair in a timely manner which I was grateful for since I had to wait. I asked about future repairs and he suggested what was needed without pressure which as a customer is exactly is how I want to be treated. It definitely encourages me to return knowing I won’t be inundated with unnecessary repairs and bills. Thank you for a positive experience.

My brother and I took my mother's 2008 Ford Fusion to have the tires checked, get an oil change, and have the brakes inspected. My mother has been going to Chuck's for over 20 years. We found out after taking the car in that Chuck recently sold the business in July. The new ownership repaired a slow leak in one of the tires and performed an oil change. The work was performed in the morning and we were able to pick it up in the early afternoon. To our very pleasant surprise, the new owner, Alex, did not charge us for the service! Quick, pleasant service at no charge? We will certainly continue to use Chuck's for future maintenance and service.

So sad to hear John retired, but so HAPPY for him. I retired this year as well. Congratuations John! I went in on Friday (no appointment) with a bolt in my tire and they fixed right on the spot for me. Great customer service. Thank you.

My Daughter uses Chuck's, so I decided to try them. I took my Envision there for a tire rotation - and it was free!!!! And no pressure to have additional work done. Great service and timely - I dropped it off without an appointment and it was done in an hour. Highly recommend.

I called in for a service of transmission oil refill. I was told that I can come in and they will do the service and after driving 45 minutes to get there I was told that they misunderstood and thought it was motor oil and not transmission and was denied and had to drive 45 minutes back. A great way to waste an hour and a half For no reason.

My family has been going to Chuck’s for YEARS. We were nervous when we found out it was under new ownership, but I’m happy to report that Alex (the new owner) has kept everything I’ve loved about this place: personalized service, quick turnaround, and an honest transparent and FRIENDLY owner. I’m so relieved that we can continue to trust Chuck’s with our cars! Thank you, Alex, for preserving the traditions that made this garage feel like a safe space. Hopefully you can fill those walls with NEW photos soon!

Had a very full day, lots of errands to run while dragging kids with me AND my low tire pressure light comes on. Called around, no one could get me in until nap time, uggg. Chuck’s got me right in, fixed my tire very quickly. Everyone was very kind and professionals. Will definable keep them in mind for future repair needs.

After a week at a local Ford dealer that couldn’t tell me what was wrong or how to fix it, I took my 2018 SHO into Chuck’s. Within that day they had it diagnosed and started the repairs. Ali was great at keeping me informed on the progress, and Chris is a fantastic mechanic. Back on the road; as good as new. Very positive experience all around!

BEWARE!! I’ve been taking my car to Chuck’s for oil changes and maintenance for the last 3–4 years and always had great experiences with John. Unfortunately, the new ownership since John’s retirement is ruining that reputation. I went in for an oil change and a brake check, and they told me I needed to replace both front and rear brake pads and rotors, plus the front gas struts. The front brakes have less than 40k miles, and the rears less than 20k — the rear rotors and pads are even still under warranty from AutoZone. They were very pushy about getting everything replaced right away and , saying my brakes had “almost no life left.” They were also asking me to buy parts from them instead of getting the rear brakes replaced under warranty. I only did the oil change and decided to get a second opinion elsewhere. The other shop found that my front brakes still had 50% life left and the rears had 30%, and there was no issue at all with the struts. To top it off, they didn’t even reset the oil change reminder light after the service. Really disappointed — I’ll never be returning to Chuck’s again.

Pretty sure a pothole ate my front end but the team at Chucks had my car on the road again the very next day! They were kind, honest and even shaved a little off the top. I have more minor issues that I’ve been holding off on, that I’m going to trust them with.

Have been seeing John at Chuck’s Service Center for 35 years, and while I am sorry to see him go, I am very happy for him and his family on his retirement. Had a problem with my daughter’s car this weekend and had it towed to Chuck’s. Met with Alex today and he found the problem and also let us know of anticipated issues he saw that we should be aware of. He worked with us on what needed to be done right away, his recommendations for when to address upcoming maintenance issues, and completed the work we needed that day at a fair price. He included a one-year warranty on his work too. It’s always hard to change and start working with someone new. But this was a positive experience all around, and we would not hesitate to go back.

Stopped in recently and the staff was friendly and helpful. They offer more than just oil changes, which makes it convenient if you need other car services taken care of at the same time. The place was clean and the service felt efficient. Overall, a solid experience.

The new owner Alex was fabulous to work with he was honest and very professional. He quoted me a price for new brakes and shocks. When the parts were less than expected he gave me a call and let me know the price difference. He’s definitely my go to mechanic in the future.

Chuck's Service Center is hands down the best place I’ve ever taken my vehicle to! They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in detail, and repaired my car to perfection. Not only did they fix the issue the first time, but they also made sure everything else was running smoothly. The best part? Their pricing was amazing—far more reasonable than any other shop I’ve been to. They’re professional, honest, and truly care about their customers. I’ll never take my car anywhere else!

The only place I will let touch my vehicle! John is one of the most honest people I have had the pleasure to do business with! Fair pricing, & amazing work! I have NEVER had a problem with my car after they fixed it. Every where else either tells me there’s more wrong with my car than there actually is, have had problems with the same part after the fact, or they completely overcharge me. I have never had this issue with Chuck’s service center! John communicates very well and does not do anything without communicating first, I have never had a problem with overcharging, John is the only one I trust for a second opinion!
