I’ve visited several times over the past few weeks, and Ty has been especially helpful—he takes the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciate as someone who isn’t very car-savvy. Highly recommend this location!
I recently stopped in this store to buy some windshield wiper blades for my husband's vehicle that I was driving for the day. An employee named Ty provided me with OUTSTANDING service!
Ty looked up my vehicle make & model, walked me over to the wiper aisle, asked me if I wanted help picking out a product, and when I told him "yes", he asked me a few follow-up questions (like budget, performance goals, etc.) and ultimately, helped me select a great Bosch product, without "overselling me."
When I went to pay for the wipers, I realized that I left my wallet at home. I was really short on time and didn't have time to run home and back to the store. I asked Ty if the store took Apple Pay/electronic payments from an iPhone (he said they did!) but I didn't know how to do this. Ty patiently walked me through the process. I was able to pay for the purchase -- plus I learned a new tech trick!!!
After my purchase was paid for, Ty asked if I wanted him to install the wipes. I told him yes, but that I was short on time! He installed the wipers on the vehicle very quickly, disposed of the new product packaging and my old wiper blades.
The new wiper blades are FANTASTIC and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a very, very long time.
Ty is a fantastic O'Reilly employee and asset to the Plymouth location. Thanks again Ty, you made my day -- and my husband's! I have already told friends and family about this great experience and recommended this store to them for all of their vehicle needs.
Car parts places are common, obviously. That said, the crew here have been good to great every time I've gone. Having a bunch of cars, couple beaters, I'm a frequent flyer here! Lol. Much prefer over competitor near by...
My online order was ready in just a few minutes. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Then store employee, Warren, got my order and quickly and expertly installed my new wiper blade for me. It was such a great experience that I highly recommend this O'Reilly location!
I came in this evening looking for an obscure part (headlight bulb seal/boot). The previous headlight boot seal dry rotted and broke while changing out headlight bulbs on my Mom’s car. Ty greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and instantly asked me what I needed help with. I had the part number ready to go and within 45 seconds Ty had the part in his hands, saving my night. Ty, You are the Man!Thank You again Brother!!
Staff is awesome and very engaging. No sales pitch just a chill helping out mode. For sure a good place to get what you need and maybe find out stuff you didn’t know you needed.
Shout out to Mike! I have returned to O’Reilly’s again and again because I always feel the people working there actually know what they’re talking about. Mike helped me check my battery light and check engine light and was patient and thorough, even giving recommendations about where to get my battery installed.
I went in there a couple days ago and this young lady carissa was super nice and very helpful! So glad we can still have good people in the world! Will always come back to this store and shop.

The guys at the Plymouth location are very professional and helpful. I previously stopped at a competitor across the street and felt like I was burdening the employee with my questions. When I went to O’Reilly’s, Ty and Warren were friendly and made finding what I needed easy! I will continue to go to them for their knowledge and customer service!
Matt was outstanding! He took the time to replace my air cabin filter.
Much to our surprise, there was a nest on the filter. Matt thought a rodent was still in the blower and referred me to Auto Lab which was a block away! He definitely diagnosed the problem. It was a mouse! Thank you, Matt!! O'Reilly's in Plymouth on Ann Arbor Rd. is my new go to business for auto parts!

Warren got my battery replaced for me under warranty an quickly installed new one had us out of there in less than 10 minutes. Tremendous customer service!
This is for Plymouth store, Matt was very informative and pleasant to talk with. I will skip the 6 Mile Livonia store even though Livonia is closer. Found Livonia mgr pretty rude & condescending...no thanks. I'll go see Matt in Plymouth when I have questions.
I’m a 70-yr old woman, and recently took on the project of replacing my 2017 Jeep Wrangler door latch. The people at O’Reilly’s were very encouraging and helpful. They had the part for me the next day. I’m also a veteran and they give a Military discount. Great place.
My battery quit working on me while on a job site. I got a jump start and drove to this O'Reilly's location. Super helpful staff, had the battery that I needed and a terminal bolt which had gone bad as well. Thanks!
I drove my Buick Encore to Riley Auto Parts in Plymouth today after lunch. My friend helped be to jump it to get it started. They installed a new battery and I was quickly on my way. The Buick dealer is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Great, convenient service.
Don't bother going at night. Rude woke, green haired employee. The day staff are excellent. Night shift... go elsewhere. I may return the items I purchased. Won't support a business that has rude employees. There are many different auto part stores that know how to speak to customers.
both employees were super kind and helpful! the gentleman talked me through wiper options and persisted on getting the new wipers on my car when the old were difficult to remove 10/10 customer service :)
Went in when my key fob was chirping (low battery). Glad I did. Nice gentlemen sold me a reasonable two-pack and put it in for me. He also tested it to make sure it worked. Very pleasant. I was in the store Wednesday September 6. I will never make the mistake of going to my dealer to handle this every again. Duh.
Fast and very helpful team. Nadine saved the day. I have tried recently to order parts online at Rock Auto (thinking I'll save money). But Rock Auto the sent the wrong parts. Now I have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. The risk and waiting for online options is not worth it. I recommend O'Reilly, and this location has been great. The team knows their stuff, no guessing on the outdated hard-to-use Rock Auto website.
Very friendly staff. Last month both of my headlights went out a few days apart. Quick & easy purchase. The staff switched out the headlights for me, not to mention it was starting to rain. Thank you for the positive attitude and great customer service!
Bought wipers the other day while running errands as I usually do when I get my oil changed, etc. so I stopped in. Asked the lady working behind the counter what she'd recommend with my make or model, selected the right size and made my purchase. At this point, the store was slow.
Fast forward a few hours and my oil change place replaced my oil and actually did my wipers for me as well. They told me they weren't familiar with these wipers and mentioned something about the J hook on my car. Not needing these wipers, I took them back.
When I came back in, I went to the same lady and asked to return. You would've thought I insulted her family to her face. She took the wipers out of the boxes, and staring directly at me showed me how to unclip the wipers saying "SEE? THAT EASY." I told her what the oil change team said to me and she fed me a line about how she would've installed them for me.. The store was slow- that service was never mentioned. She then took down my contact information and signed me up for their rewards program 'in case I needed to return anything else in the future'. This is the only O'Reillys purchase I've ever made (and will ever make). All of this conversation was in a condescending tone to me and I did not respond outside of saying 'Thank you and happy holidays'.
I would honestly give this location negative stars if google let me. The cleanliness is the only saving grace here. Find any other place to shop.
I stopped in to grab a quart of oil today and was met by Nadine. I remembered I also needed wiper blades and she helped me find the right ones for my Audi Q7.
But she went above and beyond just finding the right blades - she remembered that my vehicle had a unique attachment point on the wiper arms. She helped configure the right attachment on the new blades and even installed them!
Amazing customer service is so hard to find these days and I experienced it with Nadine at Oreillys
I don't remember the guy's name who helped me, but super polite and helpful! Installed my new wiper blades for me quicker than the last guy who struggled for a bit. Had to wait a bit for help installing, but there were plenty of other people in the store too, so definitely understandable.
