They got me in on short notice to have all four tires changed. Went super smooth and had me back on the road in about an hour and a half!

I love this place, I will always come for my brakes, they start your car when they say they will , they are nice and Joe does a great job up front ! Thanks to all the mechanics to keep our cars running !

My muffler became detached from the front exhaust system, which I felt could be dangerous. I stopped into Midas and was helped by Ken who was able to get me in on a moments notice and resolve the issue. I was Very thankful as I was able to keep my appointments the remainder of the day. Great job Midas.!

We are continually impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of this Midas. They address every need and are realistic with the repairs and proactive with what needs to be done, or could be something down the road. Repairs are very reasonable, and completely quickly. Very satisfied and I recommend them to all our friends and family.

Unexpected failure of my battery. Had it towed to Midas W. Bloomfield. They were able to assess the car and called me the same evening and had the car ready for pick up by 11am the next morning. Staff is friendly and professional.

Stan was the Man!!!! I am new to Plymouth and from the south. He put me at ease from the start. I couldn’t be more pleased with my oil change, the service is out of sight! They explain everything and go above and beyond. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Really top-notch!

I recently brought my truck in for an oil change, and specifically advised the manager who initially checked me in to not rotate and/or remove my tires, since that service had already been completed the previous day. Despite this request, my tires were removed. It was unclear if the tires were reinstalled in the original sequence, potentially disrupting my tire balancing schedule. The unwanted tire removal led to a $1,100 recommendation/repair quote from the technician to replace all of my brakes and rotors. The technician also stated I needed new cabin and engine air filters--recommendations that later proved to be inaccurate or misleading, i.e. my cabin air filter was replaced three months prior and looked almost brand new as one example. The appointment ran nearly two hours instead of the expected one, and the oil life monitor was not reset. Taken together, these issues reflect a lack of care and transparency that has led me to decide this will be my last visit to Midas.

Made an appointment to have my 4 tires installed. The service was done faster than promised and at a better price than the 5 shops within walking distance. I double checked tire pressures and all 4 were spot on factory specs.

Their team was able to diagnose my issue and assist me with emergency service at their last open hours of the week. Had the job completed by next business day so I was safely back on the road with no worries of being stranded. Polite, courteous and up front about the specifics.

From the moment I brought my truck into the Midas shop, Joe and Dan showed care for my situation right away. Being stranded in Detroit as a result of the breakdown was frustrating, and not knowing when we would be able to get back to Illinois was painful, but Dan walked me through the process and knew exactly what to do when dealing with the warranty company. Needed a place for an oil change and was very impressed with this location and the Midas employees! They were quick, helpful and while they gave us information for upcoming maintenance and repairs, I didn't feel pressured and left well informed! We highly recommend this for your car repair needs! We will be back - much better than other places we have been in the area! I also appreciated that all my information is recorded for car fax, etc.

This visit was above average I every way. I was given clear advice on what future repairs would be coming up, and when to expect they would be needed. Midas did what I came in for and finished within the timing I was told to expect.

From my Phone call to schedule an appointment to the last interaction when I picked up my jeep I had excellent service. I felt they listened well and worked hard to find and fix the issue at a fair price. Not the experience I had at the local dealership. It was a relief not to feel I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely bring my automobiles for any additional work needed in the future.

Amazing people and honest. You don't see that often. I felt very comfortable as a female coming in and relying on them to fix my car. In fact, they told me my car was fine and not to worry about it. Didn't try to sell me anything. Would highly recommend. Even taught me a little about my car so I would not be taken for a ride in the future. Definitely coming back.

Ibrahim was very reasonable and worked with me on the brake job that had to get done. Best of all the work was done same day. I’m probably going to call him before I have to get anything to be done on any of my higher mileage cars. Also the service was very friendly compared to most auto shops.

Had my car towed there by AAA for tire repair. The battery was also replaced since the battery had to be jumped to get it on the tow truck trailer. Work was done efficiently.

Mazur’s Automotive is excellent! They offer many appointments which are easily accessible online. Their service time is efficient and their customer care is awesome!!

Very quick oil change, with an estimate of what maintenance would be needed soon on the vehicle. Was not pressured for things I didn't need right there. Really good experience

2nd time going to Midas. First time was and oil change and this time oil change and brakes and rotors. I think the guy was named Joey, but he's very nice and friendly and was very transparent with the cost after they took a look at my car. They were quick and efficient and my car is running great! I'd recommend this Midas.

Won’t be coming back here. After getting my tires replaced a couple of years ago, I brought the car in to get the tires rotated. Car was running and driving completely fine when I took it in. Ended up getting a front strut replacement, which was fine and it probably needed it. Within five miles of driving after leaving, there was clearly something wrong with the strut they put in. Took it back, two days later got the strut replaced through a warranty. Ten miles after driving off the lot, warnings to service my transmission and ABS came on and the car was barely drivable. Apparently during the second strut replacement they pulled too hard on a wire and messed something up. Caused me to have to rent a car for a family vacation. Didn’t get offered any sort of compensation or free oil change for all of my troubles. They “fixed” the issue but the car still has issues and I don’t trust them enough to take it back so I’ll be paying my someone else to undo whatever they did.

I did not have any work done. Two gentlemen were kind enough to put some air in my tires, but I would definitely come back to get my car work done because they were so professional and kind. I am a senior and they went out of their way to make sure all my tires were safe!!! ????????

I got a break job in June and got steering work done today. Dan and Joe were very knowledgeable and honest. I got a complimentary Lyft ride back home while the work was done and returned once it was completed. Work has been completed same day. This was my second visit today, and thus far, I'm satisfied. They do good work. ?

Had a great experience. Had car towed to their location on a Saturday night after hours due to a flat tire and car was ready on Monday by 10am. They patched/plugged the tire. Didn’t charge an arm and a leg either! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Midas Plymouth today! I originally went in to have my two front tires replaced, but was then also told that my rear tire had a nail in it. They were able to quickly repair it. Everything was done for about $400 and took less than 4 hours. This location is realizable, timely and honest. Thank you to Dan and his team. I appreciate it!

The customer service was great! Everything was explained in detail and I was treated with kindness and respect. The mechanic did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me an honest and knowledgeable assessment. The work was done expertly and quicker than I could have expected. I was very pleased with all the work and the customer service. This is where I will go again the next time my vehicle needs service!
