I got there at a good time during the morning hours. The waiting area was clean. It was my first time doing business with C.A.C. of Plymouth. The work was completed around the time I was told.I truly believe the final price was great/fair and honest.I would highly recommend this shop.

This place is by far the best place to bring your vehicle when you need it repaired. Chris and his team worked past closing time to make sure I had my car back the same day and gave me the best advise possible for the next steps to taking care of my car! Im coming here from now on!

I've been going to Certified Auto Care of Plymouth for years.I've gone to many car care centers in and around Canton. Now that I've found Chris, I won't go any where else. I've recommended friends and family to go there as well. Chris is honest and is reasonably priced.

Chris was very nice and helpful! They did great on fixing my car and sent me pictures and descriptions to what was wrong with my car that really helped understand the issue! Their pricing is pretty good! I would definitely recommend this place!

My brakes went out on Thursday night, but Certified Auto had me back on the road by Friday afternoon. I love the clear information and professionalism, fair prices, quality workmanship and customer service.

Got an oil change and they fixed my power steering, besides being thorough they were beyond kind. Went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!

Long story short, Certified Auto is THE fast, affordable, honest shop you want when you're having car trouble. Last week I had to have a wrangler serviced. There was a lubrication system problem, and the dealership quote was WAY too high. Dealer wanted to replace oil pump and oil separator, they even floated the idea that I might want to replace my engine instead due to damage from oil issues, as they "couldn't determine if the engine was damaged". I had to request a breakdown on prices, and it just didn't make sense to me, being that I drove to the dealer, I was pretty sure my oil pump was functioning. I heard about Certified Auto from a family member so I called and spoke with Chris. Based on what the dealer said was wrong, he recommended I tow the Jeep over, which I did. Certified Auto looked into my issues and found no internal engine damage (no metal in oil, no knocks or squeals, oil pump functioning and making proper pressure), that only the oil separator was bad and they would be able to have it done the next day. The price was great, work was thorough but fast, estimated time was the evening, but Chris called at noon saying it was ready! When I went to pick it up, he took the time to show me the part that failed, and the actual area of the part that went bad. My price from Certified Auto (and the tow from separate company) ended up being around half of the dealer quote for the specific part of the job that was ACTUALLY the issue. I'm taking another vehicle to Chris for 100k maintenance next month. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars.

Hands done best customer service ive ever experinced at auto shops in plymouth. Car was in the shop within minutes. Brake job was complete in 2 hours. Price was fraction of the dealership. Will be back with the all the famliy cars.

I took my van to get some repairs done to Certified Auto Care on Joy Road in Plymouth, I needed to have an oil pump replaced brakes done tires replaced. They only had my car for a day and a half . These are the most polite young men that I have had to deal with at an auto shop. They are very professional very polite, and I got my back car back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the shop for any kind of auto repairs that you might have. They definitely know what they are doing and they are very reasonably priced my van drives like a brand new car and it’s a 2018 Dodge Caravan. Thank you Certified Auto Care of Plymouth. This was my first experience at this place but it was excellent and I will be going back in the future. Chris was extremely helpful and explained everything that was wrong with my car and got it fixed within 2 days. The price was reasonable and the job was done well. I think I found my new mechanic!

Chris at Certified Auto is awesome! Super friendly and easy to talk to. He found me a great deal on an engine with low mileage, and the shop finished the work even faster than they said they would. The price came in right around the quote, which was great. What really impressed me was that Chris took the time to bring me into the shop, show me the old motor, and explain what went wrong. I decided to come here on oil change but on reviews and they informed me that my lease vehicle has a transmission leak that I wasn't aware of. thankfully I can get it into the dealer before i potentially got stranded on the road . While I was initially hesitant following Chris's acquisition of the business, he effectively alleviated my concerns and proactively investigated a recall pertaining to my son's vehicle's engine, furnishing us with the essential documentation to facilitate a successful resolution. Top notch mechanic here! I had a roadside incident that required repairs over an hour from my home. I dropped it off Saturday morning and by mid afternoon Monday, they had me back on the road. Very impressed. Honest, fair priced, and trustworthy!

LOOK NO FURTHER I am going to start by saying that Chris was amazing. I live out of state and my daughter (20) lives in Michigan. She got in a car accident in February. She lives there with her dad, who is a mechanic and was going to fix it!!. After 7 months of nothing happening and our daughter walking to and from work, 45 minutes each way.. I decided to take matters into my own hands. When I called Chris and explained our situation he was very sweet. Being in another state and trying to fix your daughter's car is tough. People take advantage of people, we can be pretty clueless as to what needs to be done and how much those things cost. On top of that, who knows if things will get done correctly and would her car even be safe and sound to drive around? He listened to me going on and on and was so supportive. He made me feel like a friend. Like he knew us and really cared. It makes me cry because I was so worried about her and her safety and he took all that anxiety away. He walked me through a couple different scenarios and was very honest. He had a lot to fix and he walked me through every step of the process. He made it so easy and I am just so grateful. He went way above and beyond…calling me and working with me. Honestly, this is your place to go and you WILL NOT be disappointed… this isn't a big corporation, who just wants your money. This is a family who cares about their customers. They did A LOT of work and were very affordable and we will forever be faithful customers! I had a transmission issue with my Jeep Cherokee while on the east side of the state for a soccer game. We were towed to Certified Auto Care after hours, and Chris was incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout the entire process. He let me know right away that they’d take a look at the vehicle first thing Monday and they did. Even after I mentioned that my wife was driving from Kalamazoo to pick up my daughter and I, Chris checked in several times to see if we needed anything. When he called Monday with the repair update, the news wasn’t great, but he wasn’t pushy at all and he told me to take my time deciding what to do. I ultimately decided to part ways with the vehicle, and Chris was patient and understanding while I sorted everything out. Honestly, it was the best customer service I’ve ever had during a major repair. I’d recommend Certified Auto Care to anyone and if I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Definitely amazing service, I took my daughter’s car for a diagnostic and Eric was very nice and professional! They got her car in and gave a diagnosis and their recommendation! I truly appreciate his honesty! He could have just charged me for the service, but he directed me to the dealer where the service was still covered! Grateful for this experience!

From the first call to pick up, Chris and his team gave the best customer service. They were all polite and patient. They explained everything and answered all of my questions.
