Jurgen was absolutely outstanding to work with. He helped us out of a very stressful situation after we received an extensive and extremely expensive repair proposal from the VW dealership for our Atlas. Jurgen took the time to thoroughly review the issue with us and ultimately fix the problem at a much more reasonable cost—saving our family from what would have been a significant hardship. His expertise, honesty, and willingness to walk us through the process made all the difference. It is rare to find someone so knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping their customers. We are incredibly grateful for his work and would recommend Jurgen without hesitation.

If you’re looking for a trust worthy straight forward honest mechanic jurgens automotive is the place for you I went in with concerns about my car being hard into gear he informed me there was shavings in the transmission fluid and swapped it out for me he also installed my oil catch can he didn’t have my car for more than 42 hours this guys the real deal. A case in point we brought our son's high mileage Jeep Wrangler to Jurgen's after receiving an estimate of $4,300 from a Jeep Dealership in East Lansing. Jurgen is my go to mechanic whenever I have car issues. He is fair and honest. The best qualities you can ask for in a mechanic! He is always helpful and tries to fit you into his schedule as quickly as he can. I don’t think my car has ever taken more than two days to fix at his shop. HIGHLY recommend! Jurgen's did fantastic work on my 1986 Jaguar XJ6. Replaced the corroded exhaust system for a fair price, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, had the work done promptly. The car now runs so much more quietly -- will definitely be back in the future!

Jurgen and his dad are great guys, honest and direct. I checked my Toyota Highlander at another place first and was told that I need to replace the battery (and break pads). When I brought my vehicle to Jurgen's shop, he tested the battery and concluded it is OK. No need to change right now. I did vehicle repairs at Jurgen's shop several times before. Jurgen will not do something that is not necessary. He will be honest and direct: what need be repaired and what need not. Trustworthy and fair.

Back a couple of years later for new brakes for my Honda convertible. Earlier Jurgen had suggested a performance brand to upgrade very good stock pads & rotors. With a micron or two left on my pads they were expertly replaced & I enjoyed a twisty drive & some rain back & forth to Frankenmuth Sunday. Enhanced braking distances, linear application & maybe even less dust. I'm good with better! Thanks Jurgen & team. BTW they also replaced my Benz brakes with OEM parts too!

Jurgen's is a top notch automotive repair center. Accurate estimates, fantastic service and reasonably price is a hard combination to get anywhere these days regardless of industry but especially with automotive repair. Wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else, neither should you.

If you're looking for an autoshop in Plymouth, look no further! Jurgen, the owner, is an incredible guy and his crew gets the work done very quickly. I was looking for a new mechanic in the area to take care of a job. After calling 8 places, Jurgen gave me the most reasonable quote and paired with his reviews I gave them a try. They made it really easy to schedule, drop off the car and he was always honest about the timing of the job. They took care of the car as if it was their car and going forward, I won't be going anywhere else. Also, he ended up charging me less than the quote! Who does that? 10/10 experience.

Jurgen is a model citizen. He is an excellent mechanic, a gentleman and very easy to work with. He has serviced both foreign and domestic vehicles for me over and again with quality and a fair rate. I’m so glad this shop was recommended to me.

There is a reason why every car guy that I spoke to after moving to Michigan told me to go to Jurgen for any repairs. This shop is the only one that I feel confident to fix my car and do it right the first time. So far I took my car in for an axle, headlight swap, diagnostics of the origin of odd vibrations, and now a water pump. Jurgen is extremely fair and reasonable. You will get the best shop to do the work on your car for the best price. If a repair is not needed (like the vibration that I thought was coming from the front of my car), he will tell you so instead of try to make a quick buck at your expense. In this case I was told to just get new tires. Needless to say, the vibration went away right after I did that. Definitely recommend this shop, and will only be taking my cars here as long as I live in Michigan.

I had driven by Jurgen’s a few times after moving to the area. When my windshield washer fluid stopped spraying, I looked up the business on Google. I saw it had great reviews and serviced foreign cars (Volvo), so I took my car there. I dropped it off in the morning when the shop opened and had it back before noon. The pricing was very reasonable and both Jurgen and his father George were very personable and professional. The windshield spray nozzles are working great again (hose/tubing issue). I will definitely return in the future if I need anything else. Thanks!

Jurgen is a very honest person. He clearly tells you what jobs he will do and what he will not. For the jobs he takes on, expect good quality work at a very reasonable price. He sent me back a couple of times because the issue didn't require an immediate fix. I did end up going back to get that issue fixed, 40,000 miles later. My friends have also had great service from him and I have recommended many with car work to go to him.
