Driver completely unhooked and unstrapped the Jeep and then shook it off the truck and it almost got away from him and he had to chase it down. He let us know that he would rather be at home playing video games. We didn't go back out to the jeep until today and realized he left the key on in it completely killing the battery.
Had my alternator give out on the way into town. They showed up quick, and gave me a reasonable price. Got me to O’Reilly’s to pick up the parts, and even asked O’Reilly’s for me about leaving the car overnight so I could work on it in the morning. These guys are great!
We were stuck with a dead vehicle not too far South of the bridge on a holiday Saturday afternoon when Gaylord Towing came to the rescue. We had to get to Traverse City with the vehicle and they made it happen. Spending time getting to know the driver on the way, priceless. Thanks Gaylord Towing!
They arrived pretty quickly, but apparently we got the sassy green tow truck. Even though it had been repaired, the electrical part to pull the car up the ramp kept shutting off. The driver Brady had a lot of patience and did not go off of the deep end. After a loooong period of re-trying, he offered to go back to get a different truck. Or, we could call another company.
He had showed so much professionalism that we wanted to stick with this guy. About 40 minutes later he came back with the orange truck and there were no issues.
You would think that the company would have given us a curiosity 10% off, but no. So I took a star away for that.
Locked my keys in my car 6 miles away from where their office is tried telling me it was gonna be $165 to come unlock my door. Called the other company that is 2 miles away from them and they came out and did it for $90
Excellent service! They made it out to us super quick and got us back on the road for our vacation. Couldn’t have asked for better service and Joey that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Joey is super friendly and professional. He's towed me out a few times. Always fast response time and fair with pricing. They have all the equipment needed for any situation you find yourself in!
I would have rated them no stars if google would let me. I called and asked if they could winch a snowmobile off the ice. I let them know it was about 300 yards out and the track was locked up. They said, we’ll be there in an hour and quoted a price. I waited 2 hours and never heard anything. 2.5 hours later I called them to see what was going on. I waited to call back because I didn’t want to rush them. When I called, they told me that their guys looked at it and decided they didn’t want to deal with it. At that time it was getting dark and I was out of options. Made a plan the following day and had it taken care of in an hour. Saved me $1000. My biggest concern was that the snowmobile was on the ice over night and risked someone hitting it, holding me liable. Poor communication.
I called for recovery 10 minutes away from their location on 6:00 p.m. the boss lady was passive aggressive and rude
After I send her my coordinate instead of helping me she was like what are you doing there and she pretended the phone is breaking up and she's like oh I can't hear you I can't hear you I called for my different number and when she heard my phone she hang up on my face and after that all the phones
Just misleading and not honest she could tell me I cannot help you find someone else but instead of she hang up on my face and pretended there's a problem with the coverage which I know it's not true
You stay away from this and honest people

Went to pull a friend out of a hole in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night and was able to get ahold of Gaylord towing. They found me and pulled us both out within an hour of making the call!! Excellent job Norm A. and Joey P!!!!!!! Thank you!!!
