Finally had a chance to stop in after this place being on my radar for so many years. Amazing facility, knowledge crew, and great people with a sense of humor. Going to be stopping in anytime I am up that way, and for sure going to be ordering online.
The owners, a great guy super knowledgeable went above and beyond to help me with my issues, the customer service was fantastic. There products are great and there shop is a pretty cool place to check out. I will use these guys for all my Roxor needs And wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to anybody thanks again diesel freak !!!
Horrible experience!!! I ordered Fortress Hard doors for my Polaris ranger ($3900)back in April. They took nearly 5 weeks to ship and when I received them via LTL shipping the boxes appeared fine with no damage. The doors were all heavily wrapped in paper and packaging. It took a few weeks before the installer was ready to install them. The installer contacted me a few days later to inform me that they were all bent in the exact same location and not usable. I contacted the very unsympathetic Diesel Freaks Customer Service and they said I was out of luck because I did not report the damage in time, it was past their policy date and blamed me for potentially causing the damage. Now I am out over $4000K plus the repair of my ranger to get it back to normal again. I get that I was past the date but excellent distribution companies fight for their customers. Beware, Diesel Freaks will not fight for you on any issue. You are just a no-name customer to them and a few extra $'s.
Called around about getting more horsepower outta our motor...every shop I called...booked up for over a month... called diesel freaks...set up the appointment for a Friday...mind you I called them on Monday afternoon...4 days later I'm in the shop...got me done in very reasonable time . Needless to say...they will be seeing us again in the future...thanks guys... great service
They do cool modifications on the exteriors of trucks, but I'm not particularly fond of their diesel emissions modifications case which has resulted in a $750K federal fine for modifying fleet vehicles to evade emissions.

I just bought a used 2018 Mahindra Roxor. I couldn't find parts. Diesel Freak had what i needed and i learned a few things about my new Roxor that i didn't know. They have great recommendations on accessories and parts. i bought a backseat, hubs, a leveling kit, and some maintenance items. They shipped them out FAST! No worries with delays from Covid for DieselFreak! Get your FReak on!
They send you poorly manufactured components then when the wire breaks off they want almost as much to replace the adjustment knob as you paid for the whole power wire set up. I was actually shocked they wasn't gonna send me a replacement for their poor craftsmanship. Don't buy from here the quality and customer service is horrible.UPDATE the part that was defective is $15 or less on several websites. These jokers wanted $80 + shipping.

I have been by this establishment on too many occasions. I finally discovered more about it through another veteran while having coffee with him. Curiosity got the best of me and I finally went in. I found the staff is most wonderful, courteous and friendly. They most definitely want to do business with anybody that walks through their doors. They are always at the ready to help with anything you have in mind even if they do not have it available inside the store. I know I’m going to have them do some work on my truck. Yes there is a deposit, but it is the most reasonable deposit you will find anywhere for a business of this kind. They are the a pitta me of do not judge a book by its cover. When I first moved here in January 2016 I never thought I would be doing business with them because I do not own a diesel. Little did I know they do more than The name implies. The photo I am attaching is the one from the other Veteran I talk to that sparked my curiosity to walk through the doors.
I purchased a Bobcat tractor from them 5545 HST.....love the tractor and the service....also they are selling Snowex plows and spreaders that is such a great brand. Very good quality product. Thanks Ryan and Wade.
Highly recommend. Had them do my first service on my Roxor. They also an the overhead on engine, did the stage 2 tune with intake correction and gauges installed very clean and neat. Customer service is great they aim to please. Thanks Wade and the team members at Diesel Freak.
I just got off the phone with Wade from Diesel Freak. First of all, I could not be more impressed with their service, product line, and knowledge ( I received nothing in return for doing this!) Second, as the old saying goes do a good job and they will tell 10 people, do a bad job and they will tell 100. Well the folks at Diesel Freaks did an incredible job, so I am telling everyone. I got my ECU back and installed today and it felt like I went from a '76 Chevette to a 2020 Corvette, WOW what a difference. I Could not be happier. Thank you, Wade and everyone at Diesel Freak.
It was a pretty cool place, I could tell they were just starting out when I went there. Nice workers, bought some cool t-shirts and they gave me free stickers and pens for my purchase.
This place is great. Know their stuff and get things done quickly. Their store has great things to buy for yourself or as gifts. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Prices were great too.
Had modifications done on my SRT however needed to be tuned. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of Ryan I was told if I knew someone else to do it to take it there. Ryan never contacted me back. Poor customer service.
These guys did a great job working on my 2012 Kenworth. I am very pleased with work they did at Tradition Truck Service also. Very helpful and courteous. Mike the service manager was very helpful.
Had our truck on the dyno for 2 days running tests. The employees are great, its good to be in a shop wherr you can oick and play with them and make you feel at home. Thank you very much for a fantastic job and stay
