This place will rip you off. Charge people mileage just to pull them out from being stuck. We were quoted one price and charged 100 more for mileage . B.S.
Jeremy was a rockstar today! We buried our snowmobiles in 4’ of snow, he brought out his tracked Ranger and had us back riding in less than 2 hours, we were over an hour away from him! 10/10 would highly recommend calling them if you forgot your common sense at home!!!
If I can give them negative stars I would. They told us one price to pull us out. Then after it was done it ended up being an extra 100.00 . I will never recommend this place to anyone. They charged us for mileage and didn't even tow us anywhere. All we needed was to be pulled out of a snow bank on the side of the road. Never in my life have I ever been charged for the drivers mileage to get to me.
Our truck broke down suddenly on a very cold January day just outside of Gaylord. We were towing a trailer with an ATV at the time while on our way home. It was just before dark and right before the garages in town were closing. We called Ostego Lake towing. Mark showed up quickly and loaded our truck on a flatbed and towed our trailer into to town. He brought our vehicle to the garage we had called (they agreed to look at it the next morning), he dropped off our trailer as well and then dropped us off at our hotel. On the way, he recommended places to eat and gave us other tips. He took very good care of us in a very stressful situation. I can highly recommend this company based on our experience. We were stuck on an unplowed rd during a winter storm, two men came out with a SxS with tracks, they were great and got us out of the woods, I’m so thankful. We appreciate all that you did!!!
Such an amazing towing company they do amazing work and they are so professional and kind highly recommend to anyone and everyone in and around I know who I’m calling if I’m ever in need again!
