My battery died at a local gas station. Had my vehicle jumped and made it to O’Reilly and purchased a battery. There was a gentleman there and he came out in just a polo shirt and installed my battery in 10 degree weather! The best customer service ever!!

Terrible “service” the worker “Jess” was very lazy, not paying attention to customers-I needed a battery checked, the guy whom appeared new tried to help but wasn’t familiar w/the equipment, asked Jess if she could help-she then sat on the counter to watch what he was doing, then sauntered out to my vehicle. After 5X of rubbing on the battery to find information I’d had enough. Didn’t trust her to be touching my car-will not be back.

Jessica of the Gaylord branch is awesome, worked with us through 6 different serpentine belts until we found the right one to eliminate the AC unit in the store parkinglot. We appreciate you very much.

Staff is GREAT!!!! They have everything you need. Actually had a lightbulb for my 1987 Suzuki dirtblke. They can order anything, with VERY SHORT wait time.

I worked at NAPA warehouse in the past. My son did, too. The last few years I’ve noticed the counter help hasn’t been very helpful or friendly. They act like I’m bothering them by being there. I’ve gone elsewhere and felt the same way. O’reillys is different. The counter help is friendly and helpful. And they don’t make me feel stupid because I ask a question or don’t know something. They make me feel like they want to help. Vacationing near Gaylord and needed a boat battery. I went to O’ Reillys in Gaylord Friday morning. I had questions about a battery and the guy answered them and actually steered me toward a cheaper battery. Always my go to parts place.

Very helpful and affordable Had an issue and I’m not the mechanic type however ALLEN was a big help he not only figured out the issue he didn’t overcharge me found what I was looking for and did the repair right there all the while not making me feel dumb about not knowing instead he was very personable.

Went in there after a part but they couldn't help. I tried other stores and ended up getting a part number but I would of had to wait a week for the part, I thought I'd try O Reilly again with the part number. They ended up getting one sent over night. So if you've got the part number or know exactly what you need, they'll help you out. If not then good luck!

I walked in yesterday about 545ish and the associate was helping another customer so I walked over to the batteries. I had to purchase a battery about a year ago and knew I could look online based on year/make/model to find the exact one I needed. I was on my phone searching when the associate walked past me and said "you know you can ask for help, that's what I'm here for." He kept walking past me and started laughing, I couldn't tell if he was even talking to me. I continued on my phone and then later he yelled out to me saying "what's the year and model." I turned around and noticed he was no longer helping someone so I walked up and stated it. I said I was looking on the website and he interrupted saying "I am the website" with a rude smirk. I said okay and he pulled up the info. He asked if I brought the vehicle, I said the battery is dead so I couldn't drive it here. He then asked if I had a "husband, father, brother" and I said "uh Husband why?" and he said "have him get the battery and bring it here then we can sell it to him okay?" And with that I just left. It was a very condescending tone and maybe a bit misogynistic. Maybe I wasn't prepared but it just felt like judgement and I really didn't appreciate his tone. If he was kinder and explained better then I would have been feeling better but he made me feel stupid and that I should have just brought a man to do it. Will not be back.

I needed to get some work done on my breaks, so I went to Belle Tire to get an estimate. They said it would cost me at least $800 dollars. That’s half a months earnings for me, so I asked my dad to do the work, and I would buy the parts. I went to O’Reillys, and not only did they give me a good deal on the parts, (less than half the price Belle Tire had quoted) they also made sure I didn’t pay any extra when it was clear we had gotten the wrong parts. After the experience I had with the people here, Crow and Kenny being the men I dealt with, I will never go anywhere else to get parts or any sort of maintenance for my car!

Very helpful staff, I believe his name was Ryan, went out of his way to put together a new break line to replace the one that broke wile I was in town so I could get back on the road to the U.P. He even stayed after he clocked out and locked up to make sure I got on the road safely. (I didn’t leave until 9:45 pm ) Hard to find customer service like this and people who actually care about helping nowadays! Thanks so much Ryan!

They must be hard of hearing, open a closed the door several times, door chime worked. After 10 minutes of waiting. And listening to phone conversation by, I assume by employees, decided auto zone was a better place. If the door chime didn't get their attention figured wasting time.

I lost a wiper blade on my way into work this week. I stopped at the Kalkaska Michigan store and was please to see it open at 7am. I purchased 2 new blades, and Matt was so generous to install them for me.

Clerks were really helpful with assiting me with a check engine light that turned on and started blinking while driving north on 75. I was able to borrow tools and repair the issue right in the parking lot. Though it was a simple spark plug replacement, it's the little things that make excellent customer service.

The staff is incredibly helpful, to a point. So they get 2 stars. However a corporate policy that requires the consumer to suffer due to a non working product is shameful. Why warranty something if you won’t honor said warranty unless the consumer jumps through the required hoops? It comes off as a seedy way to pad the spreadsheet. Very disappointed in that regard.
