I couldn’t match my car’s paint, and Tyler Hacker bailed me out. Blasted color lookup for my Chevy indicates a totally wrong color. Tyler took the time to research the issue, searched using my VIN and codes on the car. He mixed up a batch that matched perfect. Tyler’s customer service professionalism is a fine example for others to follow. Oh, this happened on Labor Day weekend, usually a time when finding any help is just about impossible.
