We have bought DOZENS of reman parts from them over the last 15 years. Steering gear boxes, transmissions & rear ends. Only one time did we have a small problem and they went above and beyond to make it right!

They do not stand behind their products. On multiple occasions with different parts ( usually transmissions and differentials ) I've had parts fail within the first week sometimes a month but get the same story each time. Everytime they had an excuse for why they would not warranty the part. I have never got them to warranty anything due to this. Spent 10s of thousands there over the years and seem to get the same response each time there is an issue "oh well". Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
