Purchased a socket and not even 30 minutes later tried to return it because it had broken and was told because they did not ask me for a phone number when I purchased it that they could not return it when it was clearly the store brand and brand new still. Will not be shopping at any O'Reilly stores ever again there are better parts stores out there that honor their own Brands without needing a receipt or warranty when it was clearly the store brand with the tags still on it

They scanned the truck for free and gave me a printout of what codes were showing what repairs need to be made Of course it's freaking O2 sensors lol

A very helpful and informative employee checked my car battery and guided me on the next steps to take. Thank you for answering my questions! AutoZone= zero star.

Stopped in recently (on a Sunday morning) for a check engine light diagnosis. The review was handled quickly and accurately.

I called in for a M10-1.0 and after waiting a solid minute and a half for someone to answer the best "help" he could give me was telling me that "I'll just have to come in and check their nuts and bolt Isle. Yeah buddy, thanks for saving me a cross town trip.

The manager Nicole needs to be fired and so does Jerry I went in to replace an alternator and they said my husband was lying when advanced Auto said it was junk they refused to do a warranty replacement even though I paid for one never doing business there again

Need stuff for your vehicle to fix it O'Reilly's is the place to go get an account and you haven't made discounts and everything else and if you need it delivered depending on the day that you need it it will be there early or when they can get it to you at the earliest convenience O'Reilly's is a perfect to go for car parts

Was broke down on the side of the road I called two auto parts stores They said we can’t help you call here They told me they don’t deliver parts to the side of the road they said wait a minute We have a mobile mechanic they gave me his phone number It was there in 10 minutes can I fix it because the bolt was missing Temporary fixed it I followed him to O’Reillys can you fix it for me in the parking lot it would’ve cost me see my reminders fixing myself this was a pay him I will definitely do business with this place again and definitely don’t be hesitant to call them if you’re on the side of the road because they will help Not many places anymore go go above and beyond their duty anymore to help somebody O’Reillys has I will go out my way rob buy parts from them for now on O’Reillys keep up the great work the customer service don’t never lose that cause you can’t get that anymore because everybody’s so self-centered Thank you again

Took my boyfriend there to pick up a car part. They made a mistake and gave him the wrong part which caused further damage. They replaced the part and the parts that were damaged the next day. Very impressed with their customer service.

I've been shopping O'Reilly's for over ten years now and they always come through when I need them. There are times that you may have to order a part for pickup at a later time, but you are going to get that at any parts store sooner or later. Friendly and helpful staff here too.

Very helpful staff after calling over the phone for the part to find out everything was pulled and waiting when I arrived. Good job ladies.

Very knowledgeable sales manager, knew what to look for even thought my truck was telling me a TPS was out, wasn't a TPS but fuel pressure was low.

We called and ordered parts 2 days in a row. The first day, the employee forgot to order the part. The second day, I stopped to pick up the part after my husband ordered it. The employee said he could not look up a part by a name and I did not know what my husband ordered. I had to call my husband at work to get the information needed. I would think that if you take a person's name for an order, you should be able to find the order with the name.

This is the best location, the older guy that works there gets it can't recall his name but he was just in there working the other guy in there was cool too, there's one more that dude Oliver always good help whenever I come in this location

This is my go-to for all my parts. Sure, I could go across the street to the other parts store but these guys at O'Reilly's are friendly and helpful......and I mean REALLY helpful. Once I had a slide pin stuck in a caliper bracket. While one of the guys scoured the store looking for the replacement caliper bracket that I needed, one of the other guys took my bracket in back and worked on it for 20 minutes trying to free the pin and save me some money.

I came in around 7:30pm, my battery needed to be replaced. I had stopped my autozone before stopping here and they would not do the install. I went in here and talked to Chris. He changed out my battery, even though it was not a super easy access battery, with no hesitation. He was very knowledgeable and super polite, he didn’t complain once about the fact that my battery was not easy to get out or that it was cold. What a great experience.

The store was very clean and professional. Every time I go in the crew always goes above and beyond to help me get what i need. Never in 20 years as a mechanic have I come across a store that has been so clean and helpful. The Night crew is great, very respectful and funny. They really know their stuff here. I’d recommend my own mom to come here.

Had my check engine light come on. Took it here nice guy Ryan took care of me and not only told me what was going on but explained how to fix it. Recently just found out that part he sold me was not correct. Wasted 80$

I needed a new blicker bulb. He looked it up and found it could take 2 different kinds and found one that would work right away. Very friendly and fast service.

Went to this store and hit their pothole in front of their entrance. Here is the response I got “Thank you for reaching out to us. We reached out to the Store Manager at that store and the Store Manager stated that the pot hole is located right outside of our entrance which would technically be considered city property. You would need reach out to the city and take this claim up the city of Lansing. “ Well, the city asks did O’Reilly reported it. No, sorry we can’t help you. Love to see no one is taking responsibility

Awesome customer service, jason the assistant manager was more then helpful, knew exactly what battery I needed for my 2013 Malibu and he even installed it in less then 10 mins. Great job. Thanks
