They totally destroyed my big garbage can and won't replace it. They also left the recycling bin in the ditch and won't pick it out. This is unacceptable as l pay to have my garbage and recycling bin picked up. So unhappy with the service I've been getting. And it seems like us l complain it gets worse.

Must approach going SOUTH on Pennsylvania. 12' bridge appx 100' past entrance. Entrance on left (it's the last driveway before bridge. Pull up to scale. Before pulling on scale, check-in with little scale house. (East bound 496 exit 7 to Pennsylvania Ave is closed. Recommend going past to next exit and coming back to west bound exit 7 to Pennsylvania Ave)
