This is our second time coming to Paradise motors and they again took the best care of us!! Still missing Joe the car guy very much, but we were helped by Matt and now Hunter the car guy!! Thank you Hunter and Matt for such great Hospitality and we are so very excited to come back in the next three years for a new truck!!

Purchased a 2013 F150 from them recently and some issues came to light shortly after I bought it, however it must be noted that they are working with me through these issues and are committed to getting me back on the road, so far I would generally recommend working with them, they have shown they are willing to work through issues and stand by their vehicles which is rare enough as is.
This place is so terrible it doesn't even deserve one star, but since Google demands it I put it there. All hands down if you NEVER go to this place BEWARE!!!!!!
O'DONNELL'S which is next door has a man working on cars that truthfully looks like he should retire. He is so out of his mind that he will say one thing in your face and write something totally different on a piece of paper that they call paperwork. This guy does no work I pulled up to this place looking at him ATTEMPTING to work on a friend's vehicle ATTEMPTING to take a tire off the back driver side tire and said out his mouth I'm trying to take this back tire off and looks like I would have to use a torch. He didn't even realize that I sat and watched him before getting out of my car and saying what are you doing? Gentlemen you can not take a tire off with a screw driver that's what was in his hand.
Need to remind you this guy is old and needs to be somewhere other than a shop. He's ripping people off especially women when it comes to automotive things. Paradise motors is selling cars that need to be in a junkyard if you need a vehicle AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
NOW let's touch on the sales man! Mr. Matt!
Mr Matt told me 7 years ago that I would need a $5000 down payment for a 2009 vehicle and my payments would be $800 monthly. Remind you that this vehicle had 152,000 miles, and the vehicle came with a limited warranty. What a joke right?
This warranty says it covers things and then the sales reps and auto worker from O'Donnells will tell you NOT COVERED when in reality it does but you don't want to do the work, you want to pocket money and think that's ok sir, when your business gets shut down remember say thank you to Matt, and thank you to O'DONNELL'S. Working in customer service remember before I shut you down CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! Remember that

Dylan Kern did a great job helping me choose the vehicle that was right for me. The 2014 Ford Edge SEL is a reliable year for this model and is easy for me to get in and out of with my bad hip. I didn't have the best credit but with a down payment I drove it home in two weeks. Thanks Paradise motors!

Hands down the most amazing welcoming dealership I’ve ever come across. Josh was patient nice funny and very happy with my experience with him. The entire staff there treat you like family. They CARE about each customer. They did everything they could to make sure I got a car I wanted and could afford. This is why their customers want to continue to come to them because they are truly all GREAT!
