WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!!! Had an absolutely amazing experience here. As a female, I'm used to auto-parts/ care places trying to get extra money out of me because they think I don't understand how cars work, not here!! I went in and relayed the terrible experience I had just had at autozone and they understood my concern and told me that for the part I was looking for they actually recommend cheaper prices! Auto zone is double if not triple the price of Auto Value and I will never go anywhere else for car parts again!!

These guys were so nice and made it super easy for me to find the right part! They even gave me a cheap option as well so I know they weren't overcharging on the options that I had to choose from! 100% will be getting the rest of the parts I need from them!

Very Helpful folks. Several of these guys are longtime employees. Always very knowledgable and helpful. Even a small part they will work hard for you. Always make sure to do things in the customer's interest.

I wish I could give negative stars they accused me of stealing after I already bought something and had cops show up at my house

The Auto Value is really enjoyable to go to. If they don't have the paint you need in stock no problem. They will mix it for you and even put it in cans if necessary. The staff has always been freindly and helpful.

They had just the power steering fluid I needed.

Auto Value on Park Lake Rs in East Lansing is a terrific place for anyone who rates themselves as a weekend auto enthusiast looking for wiper blades and snow foam, to those who need the right part for the job and some serious advice in between. Good parking, navigable aisles for good accessibility and terrific derive add up to a good deal for automotive consumables, accessories, and parts.

I have been going here for parts since 1993. Stacey and Rob are always great at helping me find my parts, be they stock parts or something esoteric for my car projects.

Friendly staff. They seem to have my part most of the time. Or they have to order it.

This place is ridiculous I ordered a fuel pump was told the lock ring was with it nope was not

Great place to find locally rare part for my cars. If they do not have it ib stock it will be delivered next day. I like that most of parts they sell are US made with good material.
