This place is poorly signed and it's very much not accessible for people with mobility issues. Granger needs to improve their SEO so that the site map is on the website and explains where to go for recyclable items (including sharps).

Terrible customer service. Expect you to know when your bill is due with out sending a bill. When they do send a bill, its already past due and includes a late fee, every time. The drivers leave garbage they knock out of the bin on the ground.. i put my bins out every sunday night, half the time, they dont get picked up. They will never send the driver back, just say they will get it next week. As a family of 5, there isnt room on sunday night, let alone next week 😤

NO STAR!! You have late fees with no trash pick up! Paid $105 Oct 2022 & then Nov 2022 I get a bill for $85. Call & get told its for past due bills & I have to pay again. Hello, just paid WITH NO PICK UP! I'm NOT paying 2months in a row with No pick up & paid late fees! I'll go to a different company. It took 2wks for them to pick up my Granger & then when they did they left trash in my yard that was IN the granger

Best place in town to take your recycling! I live in the country but work in town and can't get recycling service where I live. Once a week I load up my recyclables and on my lunch break its easy in, easy out, recycling done!

Please make the wire cages so that it is easier to put recyclables into the cage. Your one and only bin for boxboard recycling is hard to use

Brand new trash can I paid almost $100 for and I watch them every week throw my trash can in to my lawn and now it’s all broke to pieces. Put in a complaint about destruction to private property and I was basically told to go F myself.

Most always able to drop off my recycling but I do wish they they would collect the plastic bags. It seems like they could devote a bin to it and have whoever it is come and collect it from there.

We have had Granger for many, many years. They have always been wonderful! Our guy that picks up is Randon. What a great employee you have! He goes out of his way to help us every week. Kudos to Randon!

Recycle everyone! Here's where to do it, but you must read the signs to get it right! They can't take styrofoam and it's busy lately. I believe this company does the best they can in every situation!

Very convenient and accepts large variety of recyclables. They let all the bins overflow today, so the ground near the containers was very messy.

Thanks for Granger doing there part regarding recyclable items! I just wish that they would install an under carriage truck washing/rinsing system for all trucks leaving their landfill. This would keep Wood Road way better cleaned than the current practice of hiring an outside street cleaning method.

20 years we have been living in our house and have had reliable service from Granger. Trash pickup has been consistent. Until yesterday when pick up came at 8:00am. 20 years consistent pick up at noon or after on Wednesdays. Granger covers it be saying on the website that your trash need to be out by 6:00am. Thank you to the person that made the decision to "Change it up" after all this time.

Would give this a zero if I could. Had to cancel service for my father that passed away, the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and could not have been less helpful. Have had nothing but problems with this company, we are now using LeBron and I would advise anyone looking for trash service to do the same. They have been more helpful and personable in the first few days than granger has been over years.

Recycling is a scam...... they charge you hundreds a year to pick up a product that that supposedly gets recycled and processed into new products and I'm guessing in the end they sell that to someone to make a profit..... kinda double dipping I'd say. Then they only pick it up every other week...... so now you have to remember which stupid Friday it gets picked up. Cause no matter what they still charge you even if they don't pick it up...... so because I can't remember their schedule, plus my schedule, plus the kids schedule, plus the wife's schedule, I now sit here with a full container for over a month now...... which my bill is paid for in full, but they have it set up in their favor so hopefully you'll forget and they won't have to pick it up and still charge you!?!?!....... Everyone wants a greener planet and always says reduce, reuse, recycle..... WELL HERE'S AN IDEA, PICK THE RECYCLING UP EVERY WEEK AND STOP WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

I don't understand why there are so many poor reviews. I just ended service with Granger after moving away, and I have no complaints after a year of service.

Called and said I had a 9 foot cargo van. Guy told me I can not price you until I see it. He said stuff in trash bags is $20 a cubic yard. On the site it says $13.95. Completely different when I have 8 cubic yards worth of stuff. Do not go here if you want to save money.

Love Granger, they are a professional company that cares for its customers. Their website is easy to use. Communication when there is a problem is quickly solved and in a courteous manner. ❤️❤️❤️❤️✝️

My mother passed away been in and out of the hospital 7 months. Her bills were paid until she could no longer pay them. Granger had to do no pick up! But was still getting paid! Now her service was cut off for her passing away. I am on fire we went to set stuff out now that we are clearing her home out and there is no service. Absolute thieves with maniac drivers wprking for them. Christian company yea right!

I cannot even rank one star for Granger, but this system does not allow me to post my review without a ranking. I have used their service for almost 25 years and have had NO complaints. However, when I moved to an area where I would not need their service, I wrote a note on several of my bills AND called Granger repeatedly to let them know I was canceling my service and provided the name of the homeowner so they could change the billing name on the account. I even explained the address could remain the same but the name needed to be changed. I continued to receive bills and paid them thinking it was probably just an overlap in the time it was taking to process my cancellation. THAT WAS IN MAY 2016. About a month ago I got another call and provided my address for them to mail yet another "final" bill" which I never received. Today I received ANOTHER call about my outstanding bill. When I explained how many times I have tried to pay the final bill, cancel my bill via phone and letters, they offered no explanation or consolation. I used Granger for almost 25 years; is this seriously how they treat a customer when they cancel their service? Unacceptable and disappointing. By the way they are still faxing me what they call the "final bill" AGAIN.

We arrived at 11am on a Saturday with a uhaul full of things to throw out. It is not a holiday. We checked their website multiple times and confirmed the self dump was open until noon. We could not find anyone. There was no guard at the self dump entrance. For 30 minutes we desperately searched for any person at any entrance. Now we are paying a ton for this uhaul taking it across the city to the next dump. Apparently you can't count on this place.

Needed help regarding what was allowed and not allowed for pick up. Person who answered phone seemed annoyed that I did not know. FYI, I would not have to call if I knew - That's why you have a job! Glad I don't have to talk to these people often. Their employees in the field are wonderful - no service complaints.

Very poor customer service, they changed the pick up day without notification, when called about it the customer rep was rude and said "do want you gotta do" when asked about the 3 weeks of refuse that hasn't been picked up, I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.

as a business customer, I love them. Cheaper than the big dogs out there I'll not name. Better service and no BS contract fencing me in as a customer. Would recommend them any day!!!!!

I have had granger service for a while and last week I had a full bin so made sure it was out bright and early. I pulled it back up to the house at around 6pm, still full. I had room for maybe one more bag so by this week it was overflowing. I had it out again, desperate as it smells to high heaven, STILL not taken. So I called. They won't come get it. I am not behind in payments and I asked what times they picked up then, why am I being marked by the driver as the bin not out- they said that he picked up at 1:20pm last week and 8:40am this week. I know for a fact my bin was out. Why am I paying these people??? I am looking for new service right now!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

We have been customers of Granger for a very Long time. way back to when it was A-1 refuse pick-up and have never been treated so rudely. I am always very punctual in the payment of all of my bills and when my trash was not picked up on it's normal day the first thing I did was to double check to make sure I had not over looked it. My payment history on my online account showed $0 balance due as I knew it should since I had NOT received any type of payment notice. When i called customer service I was shocked to find that I did have a payment due and 1) I had not received a notice, 2) that in today's world a courtesy e-mail or text was not sent. After all what is the purpose of having our e-mail and phone number on file if not for these purposes.Your customer service representative has much to learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE or possible you should rename the position.I will definitely be looking into what other services are available in my area.

had a trunk load of old hunting magazines, rang bell and got em-edit and polite service bobcat driver helped me empty all into bobcat bucket and told me easiest way back to expressway.

I recently ordered a 10 yard convertainer for a remodeling job. The customer service rep was very helpful in helping me make the decision on the size I needed for the job. I received the container the same day that I ordered it. Great customer service.
