After a scary New Year's Eve freeway accident, Metz was there to help quickly. They assisted me with a calming demeanor and went above and beyond to offer personal assistance given the fact that I was stranded alone, several hours from home. Angel's genuine concern for my wellbeing was apparent and I cannot recommend this company enough. You can tell this is a family-owned business by the way they take care of you.

As we all know life happens. My vehicle got impounded and Metz Towing got the call to pick it up, I was beyond upset when I found out. However when I called and spoke with Angel she was absolutely amazing, understanding and caring. She went beyond what she needed to do to help make this bad situation just a tad better. If I every need a tow truck for anthing Metz is going to be my first call. Again I can't thank you enough!

Literally saved us. After being stranded in 95 degree heat they went above and beyond to come get my son and I from the side of the road. It was a potentially dangerous situation we were in and we are beyond thankful for them showing us such empathy and kindness.

My car was Towed 5/26 25 and to be picked up from The Insurance I called the Towing Company and spoke with Andrea and told her I still have things in my Automobile I need to get she then told the Tow Truck I was coming to get the Rest of my things and they left my Automobile I live 78 Miles from the Tow Company I got Hurt in Accident so why would I Drive back that way Andrea who I found out is the owner Heard Wrong then told me to call my insurance about her Mistake she then told my insurance I think they are bringing the Automobile to me that was never discussed and my automobile is still there stage can get Paid More when it Should have been off her Lot Do Not Trust this Company they are out to get Extra Money out of Insurance Company

I can't say enough good things about Metz Towing. Our car was totaled. Metz towed it for us, but they did it with care, kindness and compassion, which was exactly what we needed at that moment. We were from out of state and they helped us find a hotel, dropped us off there, and met us the next morning to get our belongings out of our vehicle. They were extremely knowledgeable about what the "next steps" would be as far as what the insurance company would probably need, what they as the towing company would need, the timelines, etc. They communicated very well with us through the whole process and were a steady hand in what was otherwise a very traumatic event. I am so sorry it took so long to post this review, but I had an amazing experience with Metz Towing! It was around Thanksgiving and I was stranded off 31 about 10 miles or so from home and I have no one who lives nearby to help. They picked me up, took my car
to Great Lakes who are wonderful too. They also took me home since it was after hours. They were so kind and so considerate of my situation.

Started 2024 with a broken timing chain. Called and spoke to the receptionist who was quick to answer any questions I had and got a truck coming my way in a hurry. The driver Earreon called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived well within the time estimate provided.The driver was very friendly from the second he arrived. Very personable and professional, he made the experience as pleasant as one can make the towing of a broken down vehicle. Thank you Earreon and Metz Towing, but please don't blame me for not wanting to do business again soon.
Broke down leaving a gas station in Benton Harbor and Mike Churchwell of Metz Towing was kind enough to tow my car out of traffic on Thanksgiving for free as we waited for AAA. He truly went above and beyond to help me! Mike found the battery connection was loose and after tightening it I was able to get it started and reach my destination. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
Broke down on the way to the emergency room with my daughter. Metz was there to tow us within 30 minutes and price was the lowest from all the other companies I called. They were very friendly and went above and beyond a simple tow. They not only took us home so we didn't have to call for another ride, they even offered to drop us off at the hospital. Will definitely use them again if I need another tow
Everyone from metz towing starting from my call to the towing service was met with kindness and professionalism! I got a flat tire on the 94 and they were on-site within 30 minutes and very reasonable in price. I will definitely reach out to them again.
A few weeks back, my son and I were stranded at Rocky Gap with a broken down vehicle that was leaking gas. Metz Towing came out to tow my vehicle, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way! They arrived pretty quickly after they were contacted. They had materials on them to soak up the gas puddle left by my vehicle, so I was grateful that they took care of that, because I was worried about leaving behind a gas puddle in a beach parking lot. I cannot remember the names of the two people who came out, but they were quite cheerful, which relieved some of the stress my son and I were under. They were able to take credit card payments via their cell, which was convenient, although we did have to drive down the road a bit for any of us to get cell service.? They did not charge nearly as much as I expected on a late night and weekend, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely recommend Metz to anyone who needs a tow!
Mike from Metz towing went above and beyond to get my Jeep out of the road for me. Turned back around after towing a different vehicle to see if I still needed help. Friendly, kind, efficient and I am keeping their card handy for the future!

Most towing companies can be mean and uncaring. But not Metz Towing!! They are so polite, understanding, and affordable.
I've used them several times because they understand having to need a towing service, like car broke down on side of the road, need my car towed to repair shop, etc.
Even when I got pulled over and got a ticket, but couldn't drive away so I called Metz and they came right away. And held my car until I could pay and pick it up. Not like other companies that are so quick to get rid , scrap, or deny you your car back.
They remember their customers and treat you like a friend, didn't judge me by my situation, and worked with me to pay the bill.
They also have Uhaul trucks and supplies to help you if you need to move by giving you the best discount for your needs.
Sometimes when money is tight and can't spare the extra expense, they will work with you, understand your situation, prices are reasonable compared with others, and treat you like a friend.
The truck arrived within the time they said they would. Anthony was very kind and pointed some things out to us that we had missed when looking at the car ourselves. They gave us a slight discount. And overall they were timely, professional and true to their word. Five stars from this family and we will be using their service in the future if it’s ever needed again.
