We have been working with him for our business needs and he is always super friendly and helpful. Gives you a quick yes or no, or even an alternative option if possible. Parts seem to always be pulled and on the shelves. From one small business to another, we appreciate doing business with him.
One of Benton Harbor’s hidden gems! Was looking for a used engine for one of my cars and Josh had exactly what I needed and even showed me pictures of the vehicle it came from. Price was great and the engine has done well so far. I highly recommend getting auto parts from Josh, he knows exactly what he has in his inventory.

awesome, fair guy! our car broke down in the area when we were traveling to Michigan for a funeral. It was towed to a mechanic in the area who said it needed a new engine. We didn't think it was worth fixing, so we called Josh. He got the vehicle towed to his lot for us, and was flexible with our schedule, as we needed to travel 7 hours in order to clean out the vehicle and sign the title over to him. He made it all work for us!
Found the exact parts I needed online for my Buick Encore, even the same paint code. Called Josh and he was extremely helpful, they even did a special cut for a rear body panel. I was driving from 6 hours away and he offered to meet me on a Saturday, when they are normally closed. Prices were good and service was excellent. Thanks Josh!!!

Had the part I needed at nearly half the price of several salvage yards closer to me. I explained I was driving 45 min to get the part, he offered to personally inspected it to make sure I wasn't blindsided by low quality when I arrived. Highly professional on the phone & personable in the shop, not always the case with this industry. Thank you Josh!
I wasn't planning to write a review but I pulled the bulbs on my broken tail light assembly and found that one was broken. Then I looked at the assembly I'd picked up from Josh's, and THEY LEFT THE BULBS IN. (They worked perfectly).
Not to mention they sold me the assembly for $10 less than I found it anywhere online.
I dealt with Mike who went above and beyond for me. I needed a part for my vehicle and lived out of state. I happened to be passing the junkyard on Saturday when they were closed. Mike went out of his way to meet me so I could pick up the part for my vehicle. He saved me over two hundred dollars in shipping. Great customer service!!!!!!!
Josh is one of the most honest and helpful guys in the business! I purchased a bumper cover from him, and needed it shipped to Wisconsin. After he sent me some great photos and info to make sure it was the right part and in the condition I needed, I made the transportarion arrangements. Though parts dealers usually don't ship large bodywork, Josh was willing to wrap it up and bring it to my carrier. I received it safe and secure, and Josh was instrumental in that. Polite, forthcoming, and always easy to reach, I wish I could buy all my parts from Josh!
I was a little nervous buying used auto parts online or over the phone... especially several hundred miles away... but after speaking with Josh... and experiencing his attention to detail, my mind was put at ease. I found Josh through a used auto parts website as he had the necessary parts for an older truck. After trading emails, and then speaking with him on the phone, I made the decision to have him ship them out to me. Communication was excellent through the entire process, shipping was very reasonable, the parts were as-described in excellent condition, and they were shipped as promised with tracking numbers. The whole process was a great experience!!
