Our car broke down on a cold day and Tyler was quick and super helpful picking us up. He took us to a shop and was even willing to take us to a restaurant while waiting for a ride. Great conversation and super kind throughout the process. Getting towed wasn’t the greatest but I’m glad he picked us up.
Devin was incredibly helpful - on-time to grab me from the side of the road and then waited at the service shop to give me a ride after. Would absolutely recommend.
We were stuck over an hour from home with car trouble. We were so lucky to find Jeff’s Towing and Recovery. Our driver, Brandon, was great. He was so helpful and friendly. He even sent me a picture of our car after he dropped it off at the dealership. Can’t say enough positive things about them!

I need to post this review as a woman with car trouble going long distance because this is the first time I've ever felt comfortable with my roadside assistance in the 20 years I've been driving. My car stalled on the highway about an hour and 40 minutes from my home. I called this company and they stated they would have someone else was possible but up to 45 minutes to an hour. I express the severity of my situation because my car was very close to being hit by highway traffic.They were there in like 30 minutes. My driver was Devin. He was a kind young man who made me feel safe and he was very courteous. We talked about life and our spouses and families and it was like I was driving back home with somebody I've known. I have had car trouble in the past and most of the time in the middle of the night it's the scariest thing you can imagine especially as a woman. 100 plus miles and I only had to call my partner to check in once. Usually I spend the entire ride on the phone. I say this because the way that he described the company I feel like everyone I talk to in the process of doing this made me feel cared about. If you ever need to do roadside assistance last minute in the middle of the night definitely give them a call. 10/10
Nathan was Fast, Friendly, & very affordable. He even tried to deny the tip I offered him! Never felt more safe in a truck then with Nathan. His positive attitude from the love of his job made me rethink my current career. If the world was filled with more Nathans there would be world peace! Thanks for the most positive ride when I was down & out with a flat tire!

Quick and ahead of time. Driver was cool and had good humor. I backed up onto a stump and my car was deemed not moving. For a couple reasons. But he got the car off the stump without causing any more damage and towed it up the road for a SUPER reasonable price! I usually go through Metz towing but they were outta town and recommended Jeff’s. So I guess here I am also reccomending Jeff’s!

I used Jeff's Towing & Recovery (via AAA) after my vehicle got a flat tire. Nathan came to pick it up. He was friendly and professional and delivered it safely to the tire repair shop. I greatly appreciate his help!
Last week we were on 94 on our way to Stevensville when we experienced what turned out to be engine failure. We went through AAA and Nathan from Jeff’s Towing picked up the car and the three of us and took us back to Michigan City. Despite what had happened, Nathan made it a very enjoyable experience. Great personality on top of knowing what he’s doing. Thanks again to Nathan and Jeff’s Towing for coming to our rescue!
Bad night when you need AAA in the rain. Worse when it’s a no call no show at the 2.5 hour mark. So I started working for myself. Jeff’s towing was my third call. What a delight she was to talk to. Upbeat,timely advice, got a truck on the road….that takes AAA, but never got a call from them. Then felt sorry for me and dropped the price by $20 AFTER the truck was dispatched. He was there quick. Fixed my blow out in 15 minutes and gave me advice on driving on a donut for 60 miles.

Hit a deer on I-94 late on a Saturday night and my experience with Jeff's was great. They arrived quickly, let us get our stuff out of the car after the fact, and dropped us off at a hotel nearby. Appreciate the kindness in an unfortunate situation
Nathen picked us up less than 5 minutes after calling for a tow and transported us and our Jeep to Michigan City, IN , loaded and unloaded our it as if it was a Million Dollar Lambo taking special care of our it. If I could give this man more than 5 stars I would . He went above and beyond in every aspect of the job
We had a great experience with Jeff's towing.
Unfortunately I found myself in a situation of trying to get an impounded car out for someone who made a stupid decision. In order to get said car out, the towing company informed me of what I needed which included a release of personal property form signed by the inmate and that I could get the form at the jail. After a few rounds of going in circles at the jail, I didn't back down because the employee at Jeff's was able to direct me on what exactly to ask for and eventually the jail found it. Surprisingly, the form is a bright green paper which is hard to miss. We would have never got it had the employees at Jeff's not been so knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge and experiences with similar situations. Shout out to Kelly who was awesome to work with!
Help arrived within 20min after getting a flat tire going on 94W Highway. Nathan was very courteous. I had my kids and 2 small dogs. He drove us back home safely. We were 100miles away.
Called their company after my tow guy was busy but he referred me to Jeff’s towing & recovery. I told the guy (Jeff’s) where I was getting towed from and to and he told me it’d be $84. The guy showed up and loaded my truck up and told me it was going to be $200. I told him his boss just told me $84 and he told me it was because it was an accident and not just a regular tow so it was $200! What’s with the inflated price just because it was an accident? Because they think insurance will pay for it?? It wasn’t like the tow guy cleaned anything up or did any extra work!! They literally towed me 1.1 miles away. Talk about an easy gig. Those are the kinda deals you wanna get to take advantage of people am I right Jeff’s Towing & Recovery?? You may have had my business for that one tow but that was a bad business policy for an out of pocket paying customer! I won’t call you guys again.
Then I had to pester the driver to get an invoice, he gave me a screen shot text message instead of a written receipt.
PS, I had no other choice but to accept and pay since he already had my truck loaded on the flatbed chained down before they told me the inflated “accident rate” and I couldn’t waste more time making them take it down and call another wrecker.
You notice that $6.98 so they don’t lose any money on the credit card processing fee. There were several more things the guy told me I didn’t agree with but I’ll let that go and just accept that they’re running a racket.

My vehicle broke down today and State Farm sent Jeff’s Towing. I regret not getting the young man’s name when he called, but he was very friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my keys for him so I could get to work. He got my vehicle quickly and dropped it off at my house. Efficient and friendly! Will definitely use them in the future if needed!
A deer hit my car on the way home on I94 We were all okay and pulled off the roadway on the side of the interstate. I called AAA they assigned us Jeffs Towing to tow the car. The tow driver Nathan from the company called right away after I had gotten off the phone with AAA. It was great he was on top of it, he called to tell us he was on the way to get us off the interstate and stay safe. Nathan got my car on the bed of the truck quickly and was very professional. He gave us peace of mind with how calm and how well he explained the process. We got to our destination safe and sound. Thank you for having such skilled and caring tow drivers.
We were stranded on the highway after our rental car unexpectedly ran out of gas. It was hot and trucks were flying by at 70 mph. We were able to pull onto the shoulder, but were pretty close to the rumble strip.
Paul came to our rescue. He brought 3 bottles of water and a bowl for our 70 lb. dog to drink from. Paul braved the speeding trucks and gave us a couple of gallons to get us to the next gas station. He was thoughtful and very cordial.
They recklessly towed my car. It is obvious this vehicle cannot be towed the same way as others. They yanked it and now broke the fender. When I asked how they towed it they laughed and said they have years of experience so there wasn’t anything to worry about. Look at the pictures and tell me that was towed with care
We hit a deer on 94 on the way to the airport at 3 this morning. We called a few 24 hr services and got a wide range of prices and one rude company. Jeff himself took our call at 7am and he was easy to work with and gave us a great rate for a 40 mile tow to our house. Jacob, one of his drivers, got the car back to us quickly and efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others. Great job guys!!
