New Westborough Autobody provides top notch service. Luis is a soft-spoken professional and highly skilled in autobody work. He is very patient and takes time to understand customer needs. I was very much impressed by his work. He takes care of customer and does the job on time. We all know that going to an autobody shop is often stressful. But it is not so in the case of New Westborough Autobody service. The office staff is very polite and greet customers with kindness and respect. As a pleased customer I strongly recommend New Westborough Autobody.

My first experience with NEW Westboro Auto Body was great! I needed some minor work done to my truck. No insurance involved as the two damaged areas resulted from my own mistakes. Luis was excellent. He took my truck in the next day, repaired a trim piece that I was sure needed replacement, charged a fair price, did excellent body and paint work, and had it done a day earlier than promised. I would not hesitate to go back and see Luis and crew.

Louie and his team did a great Job getting my vehicle looking brand new after it was involved in an accident. The price was 5-10% lower than the competition and wasn’t increased when complications arose mid project. The work was done well and in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

My partner's car stopped shifting properly on the Mass Pike on the way to a wedding. She got it towed to New Westboro Auto Body and they took a quick look and changed the transmission fluid and cleaned the engine filter for free and we were able to pick it up on the way back. Appreciate them getting it running good enough for us to get it home. Really great folks and helped us out in a pinch. Happy to recommend them!

I'm here to say that the new Westborough Auto Body carries on the tradition of its former owner of many years Bruce White who I've had the pleasure of doing business with for over 20 years in this area. Luis De Silva and his able staff perform collision repair services that change even prestigious dealers body shops such as Cadillac or BMW. I am a real stickler for Perfection when it comes to collision R repair and I have to say I've never been more impressed with the attention to detail resulting in perfect alignment and paint match of body panels and a repair so good it makes you forget the collision ever happened! As if outstanding body repair weren't enough of a reason to come here, I'm thrilled to say that the occasionally rude staff of the prior regime has been fully extricated and replaced with Luis wife Patricia who was a consummate professional and exceptionally Pleasant to deal with from start to finish during such a stressful time as the aftermath of a car crash. I just can't thank Luis and his team enough and I can't say enough great things about them, I would give them 10 Stars if it were possible. Here's to hoping you won't need collision services but if you do call Luis and tell them Jonathan sent you and you'll be treated to the same world-class repair services and outstanding customer service that we were. Note to business: Thank you so much, Luis, Paul, and Patricia, you repaired our nearly brand new $65,000 truck as good as new, and all the heartache is gone and the insurance processing went super smooth. Due to a recent mishap caused by a slippery road, I had some auto body work done at New Westboro Auto Body. The work was high quality, done remarkably quickly, and for a fair price. That alone is ample reason to give them 5 stars and a solid recommendation. Yet, it's only part of the story. Beyond this, they are genuinely good people. Here's why I say this. A short time ago we moved to this area, unaccostomed to a cold and snowy climate. A few weeks ago, when the streets were slick, my daughter drove over a slick spot while turning a corner. Unfortunately, the car slid and she was unable to stop before going off the road ahnd hitting an obstruction. Fortunately, she was not hurt, but the damage to the car made it undriveable. She would have called AAA for assistance, but the street was unmarked and because we are new to the area she didn't know her location. She contacted me and, while I couldn't help identifying her location, I did try to find somewhere to take the car once we figured out the location. It was a Saturday. The only body shop I found open was New Westboro Auto Body. I explained the situation. They took my daughter's phone number and contacted her directly. Somehow, they figured out where she was and sent their own tow truck to pick up her and the car. After that, knowing we had only one car, they very quickly assessed the damage gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair, and completed it within two and one-half days. The repair was excellent. The kindness, exceptional.

I got in an accident and needed quite a bit of work on my front passenger side area. This place came highly recommended now that they have NEW owners, and they are fantastic! Not only were they extremely fast with the repairs, but everyone was so friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find a good, trustworthy mechanic but I absolutely love the new people here and if I ever need work on my car, I will definitely be back. I can’t recommend this place enough. I took my car to multiple shops for an estimate and heard through the grapevine that the new owner of NEW Westboro Auto Body, Louis, was the best. He fixed up our car fast and it looks brand new. You won't find another person doing body work that is nicer or a harder worker. And his price ended up being the best as well! Thank you, Louis!

My Toyota Highlander was rear ended and had extensive damage. New Westboro Auto Body did an excellent job on the repair, worked well with the insurance adjuster and returned my car, in perfect condition, a week earlier than expected. The owner and staff are honest, fair and conscientious. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of auto body service.

DO NOT GO HERE! If you get in an accident or break down in Westboro, use your own roadside assistance for a tow. This company is contracted with the PD for towing and they are horrific. Per MA law, they are required to contact the vehicle owner upon arrival of the vehicle. Nobody contacted us. When we contacted them, the call was triaged by someone with a language barrier that prevented any information from being relayed. We were told ‘come in and talk to the guy.’ After going in, and writing down our number, we were still not contacted by the mechanic. After several DAYS and calls to the shop, we went in again only to be told that they had misplaced our number we had physically gone into the shop and wrote down. The receptionist said ‘thank god you came in, i couldn’t call you’ and proceeded to take 30 minutes to type an estimate of the repairs the mechanic had determined was needed. We decided to take our vehicle elsewhere for all reasons mentioned above, and summoned AAA to tow our vehicle to another shop. We were fully expecting to pay the tow fee and cost for the time they took to diagnose the vehicle. Instead, we were met with an aggressive mechanic who stated that we owed $530 in storage fees. $35 per day, plus $85 per day for the TWO days they kept our vehicle on the lift inside the garage without our knowledge or consent. My fiancé paid the money to keep the peace as the shop owner was becoming rowdy and threatening the AAA driver. We have since received legal counsel and are pursuing a refund as their charges and actions violate the MA laws regarding police ordered towing services. Westboro PD really needs to reevaluate who they are contracted with as these people are completely unethical and unprofessional - nonetheless in dealing with people who have likely encountered an accident or potentially traumatizing situation that lead them to need a tow with police involvement! Side note- they didn’t even have our correct names on the final invoice provided after nearly a week of having our car!

This business is under new ownership as of 01/2022. I brought my Lexus here after I was backed into. 1.) You cannot tell it was ever hit and 2.) The new owners are extremely friendly.

Had an issue with my tire and they told me come on down. Went to work as soon as I dropped off the car and had it done within the hour. The price was extremely fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Very impressed with the service I got.

Needed some work done on my front end, got a quote, dropped it off, and it was done before they said it would be. Robin at the front desk is the sweetest and the work done on the car is second to none. Definitely recommend them for any body work you may need.

I am not one to write bad reviews but these people are unprofessional. Everyone there is rude from the ladies in the office area to the owner. Wow that one right there is another story. Clearly they don’t care about customers or customer service. I guess if the owner is like that then his employees can’t fall that far from the tree right? I wont be going here. I’m the type to be up for small businesses because I work for one I know how it is. But that’s fine I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. Is it possible to give no stars?! That’s what I would rather give, then to give them a one star.

Just had another perfect repair on my truck at his location. Always treated with respect and truck was ready when promised. No surprises here. The quality of work is excellent. You don't stay in business for over 50 years without taking care of the customer. Thank You !!

Very unprofessional. Got into an accident with my two children on Friday. Tow truck driver did not say a word but handed me his card. Did not inform me the place was closed and would end up paying 3 days storage. Sent my father and sister to pick up the car with AAA as a back-up in case the car was unable to drive. Paid all towing and storage fees without issue. My father went outside to see if the car was able to start and was basically attacked by the tow driver stating he couldn't drive it off the lot. Ok very understandable but couldn't have just told him at the counter when he paid or let him know in the parking lot respectably and explained that it was due to liability on the company. Needless to say my sister needed to contact the police to keep the situation under control while they waited for AAA because this driver would not go inside. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and reporting this matter further. My father has been in auto body business for 32 years and has never heard of this company. TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE and don't have the Westborough Police tow it because this is their contracted company.
