Bought a 2004 Audi A4 from them. The coolant system was packed full of stop leak and had no heat. Had the coolant system flushed and they told me it had a blown head gasket. 5k down the drain. Tried to get out money back but they started ignoring us, now having to get lawyers involved. Scummy.
Horrible service. I messaged and called in advance for a test drive. When I showed up for the test drive the snow had not been removed from the night before and the tire was “flat” when we walked to the truck the tire and wheel were completely separated on the front left. They brought it to get fixed and I went in four days later on a Wednesday. I bought the truck and gave them the check on Thursday. On Friday I got a call about insurance which was fine, but I was told that if I submitted before 12 that day then everything would be okay. Come Monday they call because the insurance was done wrong which was totally on my end. Due to this issue though they could not give me the truck Tuesday which was the planned time. Totally understandable. Well then I had to move back into school and come Wednesday I get a call fairly late in the day that the RMV was not able to do the paperwork Tuesday due to a back order. This was not okay and should have been done. Well my mom went to pick up my truck Thursday night. When she arrived the inspection had not been done like it was supposed to be. My mom took the truck because at that point we were just done with this company. I called to get a reimbursement or something from this company and got attitude and condescending words from the salesman. The salesman I had also been dealing with this whole time was also rude at sometimes and not very helpful with responses. Would not recommend buying from this place. It is a long process that is irritating. STAY AWAY!!
Bought an Audi s5 through them and it was a pretty smooth transaction. Very good communication over the phone. I have gone through the vehicle thoroughly now and no surprises!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER. We bought a truck from them in May 2025 and we are now finding out how terrible the vehicle is. They are misleading, dishonest and conniving, to say the least. There are other words I have for them but I will refrain from using them. We asked to purchase the gold warranty and were told that is what we purchased. They assured us it was all set multiple times. Come to find out they lied and deceived us. We started having many issues with the truck recently. Over $5000.00 to date in recent repairs, we discovered they sold us the basic warranty. Every time we bring the car to a mechanic for an issue, they find more things wrong. And of course nothing is covered under the basic warranty they sold us. We called the dealership to let them know about all the issues and about the warranty trickery they pulled. They told us they would “look into it” and call us back. One week later we are still waiting for the callback. Save yourself time, money, stress and a big headache and go elsewhere.
