Not sure why anybody would give this place a Bad review .. Ive had alot of body work done throughout the years and many diferent places.. Body work is very hard .. hands down I have never, and Im mean never!!! seen a Job done as well as they did on my car .. its perfect . They also detail the inside wich is added care that most places would never do. . just fantastic Im blown away. It warms my heart to think there are still businesses out there that do things correctly and care about the quality of work they do.. Do not hesitate to bring you car to WW auto..
I was recently rear-ended and chose to have W&W perform the repair work. They were easy to work with and were exceptional with their communication. Even my insurance company commented on how "on top of things" this shop is! They were able to have the insurance supplement completed in under a week and, even with the thanksgiving holiday, completed the actual repair work in just about a week. If you're at all familiar with how this process works; you will know that this is a relatively fast turn-around. I work in the field and was pleased at the work quality- I'm picky and couldn't find anything to complain about. They performed the standard quick interior detail and exterior wash, and gave the car back to me much cleaner than I had dropped it off. All the sensor re-calibrations were completed and continue to function properly several weeks later. We even experienced a snafu post-repair when the initial insurance company check was out-dated but they handled it professionally- just a bump in the road for them. Overall, this experience was a home run and I'd be happy to use W&W again and will continue to refer friends and colleagues.
I do NOT recommend W & W Autobody in Westborough Ma at all! My car was sent to them for a small repair from a dent from a car door.
I received my car back and it was incredibly dirty on the inside. It appeared as if they sanded with the door open and didn’t put plastic down. My car was cleaned the day before it went in for work so it’s even more frustrating. Another issue my car had an intense paint smell on the inside for about three days that was unbearable. Any professional and reputable business that received a car cleaned wouldn’t send it back dirty. I called the Autobody shop to bring it to their attention and give them a chance to make things right and the girl that answered the phone couldn’t care less. She put me on hold a few times and said sorry for the inconvenience. She didn’t deny that they sanded with my door open and didn’t put plastic down and I said how could you give a car back looking dirty like that when it wasn’t sent to you that way. She didn’t care and said someone would call me back.
It’s been 15 days no one called. I didn’t think they would. Don’t trust them with your car!
Have brought multiple cars to them. The final product and quality is very good. Frustrating experience last time that will probably be my last. They told me the car was ready and when I went to pick it up it was clear two sensors in the bumper were not painted (see photo). They would not admit they weren’t painted - in fact they argued they were painted. They wouldn’t even come outside and look at it. Yes they agreed to repaint but that meant 4 more days without the car. Just don’t like being lied to - own your mistakes.
Mr. White gave me an honest advise about previous car. New car got rear ended. Trusting his honesty, I used his his shop to repair the new car's damage. Joey, the manager, was a man of few words but very honest, professional and addressed all my concerns. Debbie at the front desk was also very professional and courteous. I am glad I entrusted my car to thier honest and skilled hands, I couldn't be happier with the repair too

This place was great to deal with. They did an amazing job on my vehicle. Not only did they do the repairs. They also detailed it inside and out. It looks amazing.
Tried to get an appointment, but the receptionist was abnormally rude. Avoid this place. So many other places nearby. Called 8/12 afternoon so owner can identify receptionist.
I recently brought my 2011 Nissan Maxima to W.W due to an accident I had when an older woman backed into my car and damaged the door and fender. Worked with Joey and Diane at the front desk. Both were very courteous and professional. I called a few other places in the area and was met with rudeness so I didn't even bother calling any back. The did an unbelievable job with all the work and did it fast. They gave me a time frame of 7 to 10 days and came in at 9. In have gotten body work done many times in the past and I don't think I ever got my car back that quick. They were even kind enough to clean the entire interior. The exterior I understand since thats a given with the body work but they went the extra mile of cleaning the interior really thoroughly and did the windows inside and out. Would absolutely recommend as your first choice if you need body work done. I should also mention that it was an insurance claim which I needed a rental car for and they handled all of that as well and I did not have to deal with the insurance.
Excellent service and quality. I was shocked when I picked up my car after they fixed damage from an accident and saw that they had detailed my very messy car. It was a wonderful surprise, and they didn't charge for it. Highly recommend.

BAD: they never admit mistakes they made, at least 30% overpriced, they are so slow (probably because they rent cars to you and want more money from you/insurance), everyone has a bad attitude, they treat you like they are doing you a favor, always trying to get more money out of you, and they really don't care for you.
GOOD: the actual repair work is good quality.
My insurance company told me to search around for a repair shop by reading the various Google and Yelp reviews posted online. It is really your only point of reference since auto accidents should be an infrequent occurrence. I have a BMW X5 so I wanted to see this or a similar car referenced - some repair shops seem to specialize in certain cars. I also wanted a seamless process with both my insurance company and a rental car company. I found everything with W&W. They worked directly with my insurance company (and the adjuster) and they had Enterprise meet directly at the shop when I dropped my car off. Most importantly, they did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my car! It looks brand new! Highly recommended for what is normally a very stressful situation.
We have had several cars repaired over time after auto accidents. The shop made it easy to get rental car. The work when finished was very good and prices fair weather we used insurance or not. I would recommend them to family and friends.
