I happened to be driving by and caught the name of the dealership and saw the lineup. I was on my way to a job site and planned to pass by shortly. I entered the dealership and met Freddy. I was pressed for time and was clear on what I was looking for. They had exactly what I wanted on the lot. Freddy and I took it for a test drive and I knew it was what I needed and wanted. The entire process was smooth. They took in the vehicle I had and wanted to get out of and had me in the new vehicle same day. The transaction was through, efficient, and very easy. I had a great experience with the Service department at Autobahn. Eric was super helpful and kept me in the loop on my car repairs through the whole process. He even printed out my extended warranty, so I had it as reference. Good customer service is very hard to find nowadays, would highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Autobahn located in Westbrough, Massachusetts. The salesman Fredrick & Manager Chris were very helpful, polite, gave a fantastic first impression. The finance representative was extremely knowledgeable & got the best rate. Also, the dealership gives respectful trade in value on your vehicle, and negotiate on there asking prices. I visited over five dealerships on the same road nearby. Who wouldn’t budge on there prices, also gave disrespectful trade in values.

Nice, clean place with lots of real nice inventory, very friendly and professional staff. Transaction went well, post sales support and communication has been good and I feel like I got a very fair deal. They give used car buying a better name here. I will recommend and use them again.

I had a quite amazing car buying experience with Danny here at Autoabahn USA. We were working a deal on one car and it ended up selling but he was able to find me a better one for just a little bit more. Super easy to work with and got me the price I needed to be at for a monthly payment and got a great trade in value. As an out of state buyer he made everything easy going and super fast. Steve (manager I believe) and Matt (technician) were so beyond helpful. My car suddenly stopped driving and they were able to diagnose it super quickly and had me on my way. I will forever be thankful for the kindness these two had to help me. My new car spot for sure! (They also had a lot of really nice new vehicles, so definitely check those out)

Would like to send a special thank you to the General Manager Joe Moussalli. I had an issue with the truck I bought there and was not satisfied with the fix for the issue. When I went in I spoke with Joe, he was pleasant and genuinely concerned about the issue I was having. After explaining to him what was going on he said to no problem we will take care of this and went with me into the service department and them order 2 new tires for my truck, no questions asked. I cant possibly thank Joe Mousalli for his help and prompt response to my issue and to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am very Satisfied Thank you Joe!. The whole staff is amazing and I would totally recommend them to everyone.

I was happy initially with my purchase here. In the process of purchasing my vehicle I was informed by my insurance company that there was a open recall for the car. I scheduled my recall 2 weeks after I pick up my vehicle from Autobahn. The BMW dealer that was performing the recall work gave me a multi point inspection. They also provided me a video of the inspection and findings. What they found was ignition wires damaged by rodents and were improperly repaired with electrical tape. They also found an oil pan leak. I contacted the salesman I worked with at Autobahn an sent him the video of the inspection. He sent the video to the service department at Autobahn. They saw the the video and called me to make an appointment to repair the findings. I was told they will cover the repairs because I was within my 30 day warranty. They called me after having my vehicle for a day and said they repair my wires and was not going to repair the oil leak. They told me it was not leaking too much to repair. How much does it have to leak to repair something? They don't stand behind their vehicles and from the looks of it does not even inspect the cars they sell to you. So, I will have to repair a car that was purchased with the leak. Beware of this place and get the car inspected independently before buying from here. Edit: 12/21/2025 Owner responds that someone will be contacting me. That has not happened.

I had an amazing experience at Autobahn! I came in stressed about being stuck in a lease I no longer wanted, and not only did they get me out of it, but they also lowered my monthly payment by $100. I couldn’t believe how smooth and effortless the whole process felt. A special shout-out to my salesperson, Frederick Stoudemire. He was professional, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Frederick explained everything clearly, worked hard to find me the best deal possible, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you to the Autobahn team.

Bought a truck back in October. Had a check engine light for an evap issue and the part of the passenger mirror was cracked/broken. The plastic part. Also did not work 100%. Told them I wanted the mirror replaced and engine light fixed and I would purchase if I purchased this vehicle. They said they would, so I clearly stated when the truck is 100% call me to schedule a drop off. Got 2 calls about taking the truck before the mirror was addressed. Told them to call me when it was all set. I did not want this truck until it was all done. Got the call it was all done and they would meet me at the rhode island dmv to pick it up. When. I started this truck the collision warning and blind spot faults immediately illuminated. After running the check engine light returned for the same issue. Had to drop this truck back off, I took the truck that day because of a work obligation and could not wait. They called me a couple days after I dropped the truck off to tell me they found the issue with the engine light. They also told me the mirror was not the issue for the other two warnings. When I picked up the truck I found out otherwise. They used cheap aftermarket mirrors to address the issue. When I picked up the truck I found the original mirror was back on and the light was off. 3 weeks later the truck goes back to have the mirror replaced and all that was replaced was the trim around the mirror. The issue with the function of the mirror was still there because they didn't want to spend the money to replace the mirror. I left this place is a joke. Was you sign they will do as little as possible to correct the issues. Please beware. Some shady stuff going on here!

I traded in a car yesterday and purchased a 2025 BMW. I first dealt with Marjorie the Sales Rep who was fantastic from start to finish. She dealt direct, gave me an early approved estimate by email for my trade and delivered my car to me yesterday. She also spent time showing me the bells and whistles as well as programmed my phone to the new car. I also dealt with John and Chris the managers who both were great. Finally, signed off with the business manager Toffee. He too was great, no pressure, but very efficient. I have purchased over 40 vehicles in my life. I would definitely recommend this place, my sales representative was Fredrick Stoudemire, he was wonderful through the entire process, everything was easy, simple and no stress. I was able to get all the information I needed prior to signing or continuing forward with the finance department (like out the door price or final sales price including taxes). I came in with a pre-approval through my credit union and they managed to somehow get it even lower through the same credit union. Overall I had a really great experience, I will continue doing business with this establishment such as bringing the car back for maintenance.

I was looking for a new car with no direct intention of purchasing as fast as I did, but Brendan went out of his way to find a car that fit all my needs ( and wants ). He walked me through the process, keeping me updated from start to end and personally made sure everything was taken care of. He was knowledgeable, gave me recommendations but was not pushy and made the experience of buying my first luxury car as easy and anxiety free as possible. I will recommend him to all family/friends/ anyone looking for a new vehicle and would go back to this dealership any day.

So I came here because I got referred for a really solid honest shop. My never has bought countless cars(buying and selling) at Autobahn. I decided to come out and give them a shot not expecting much. When I came in everyone was super friendly and led me right to the service department where I met Erik Oslowski. Erik is a super nice guy and we went over my whole car before I left and he gave me a tour of the shop. When he went over my vehicle he called me right away and told me everything I needed to know. I went to pick it up after the work had been done and he showed me some maintenance tips on how I can keep my car in a good running condition and not have any avoidable issues. Overall I feel like they charged a very fair price for the work and I would definitely recommend that you take your vehicle to get service done with Erik.

An Outstanding Experience!! My wife and I recently purchased a BMW from Autobahn of Westborough, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The reason when we initially visited Autobahn was because of large selection of premium vehicles and their full service capability. We first meet Freddy over 7 months ago when our search first started. From the very start he treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. Even with the many vehicles that we test drove over that time while we were searching, he was patient and never rushed us to make a decision. He was quick to answer my texts and phone calls through out our search. He respected our budget and made sure that the financing, when we finally found the right vehicle, was straightforward and painless. As an example of their commitment to Customer Service, when an electronic issues with audio system was found during the early stages of our purchase and even though the cost of the repair was much more than expected they stood by their commitment to us and fixed the issue. We highly recommend Autobahn and if you do decided to shop here ask for Freddy.

Incredible experience for a car purchase. From the time I walked into the dealership everyone was friendly and made you feel like you were part of their family. Even sales reps that weren't working with you we're quick to say hello, and how are you. The vibe was the best I have ever experienced in any car dealership. They were quick to get the cars ready for you and get you out on the road to do a test drive. They have a large selection of cars and a very good stable of the higher end automobiles If that's what you're interested in. I was there to purchase a minivan but I will go back at some point in time to purchase one of their pristine high end vehicles. The car had some chips in the paint and some other issues with cleanliness but they sent it out and had the paint job fixed and they did a really good job. The car was fully detailed when we picked it up, and the gas tank was filled completely. I have never seen anything like this in a car dealership. We felt comfortable the whole time and everything went extremely well, including the financing with great rates. I drove an hour to get to this dealership one way and I say it was completely worth it. I will visit them again to purchase one of the sharp high end vehicles that they carry. I'm extremely thankful for this experience. And I would recommend them to anyone, because everything with the process went as smoothly and easily as possible. Please try them out for their quality cars, great hospitality, and completely smooth process to purchase a vehicle.

Felt welcomed the moment we walked through the door. Knowledgeable staff, great prices, spectacular inventory. We found the car we wanted. Frederick helped us with the car, he is everything you want in a salesman. Frederick listened to what we wanted in a car, worked with our price range, he wasn’t that typical car salesman you always hear about, he was great, truly caring. Good dealership experience. I bought my dream car, a 2022 bmw m5. Very clean, factory warranty, no mods, and with 18,000 miles. Because this car recently saw a price drop and was gonna be going to auction in another month there was no price negotiation possible. The car had a dead battery but was sitting inside the show room an not on a battery trickle charger. They charged the battery an its been fine since. I had a scheduled appointment so that was the only thing that was a little issue and surprised me. They met me at my town hall on that Monday and dropped the car off to me for registration to be completed. Everything has been great. I had 1 small issue with getting inspection sticker because I needed to have the tints removed and front lisence plate put on but the dealership compensated me an made the whole process stress free. I'll give a shout out to Marjorie, she helped me and has been in constant contact with anything I've had a question about or needed. They had a decent selection of audi, bmw and other cars on the lot and would definitely say to check them out if your looking for a new used car to buy.
