Chris and his team were amazing to say the least. My accident happened right before the birth of my newborn and he helped calm me down after someone rear ended my 330i BMW. Im glad they were able to repair my car back to its original condition. It drives great and I highly recommend their services.
Best auto body repair in the Boston area. I have used and consulted with Chris many times. I first took my new x5 to see his opinion on a couple of scratches on the hood. He was so honest and actually talked me out of a 3k job. He insisted that the scratches were not noticeable and that I should save my money. He could have easily convinced me to repair it. A year later my daughter hit my driver side mirror. Chris and Jeanie did all that they could to save me money. They were able to salvage the glass saving me over 50% of what the dealership wanted to charge. Chris even went further out of his way to get me an inspection sticker when he noticed it was going to expire near pick up time. CCC is the best of the best!

Chris is a magician - he can make any scratch or dent disappear. I have used him a few times for various scratches and dents and it always turns out flawless. He also happens to be a very nice guy.
Chris is a master when it comes to fixing rust on rear quarter panels. My 20 year old lexus es300 had slight damage and rust and it was repaired flawlessly.

Classic collision provides exceptional customer and automotive service. Chris and his team are meticulous about all the work and detail they put into your vehicle. I have used their services a few times and each and every time I am satisfied with the work they do on my car and the way I’m treated as a customer. I cannot recommend them enough. They are upfront and forward about the progress of the car and do their best to get it back to you as soon as possible. It is often hard to find a place you can trust with your vehicle but I can confidently say I’ve found that with classic collision.
There's absolutely nothing I hate more than being lied to. For a week and a half Chris at Classic Collision did just that. My insurance company was attempting to total my car and Chris said that he could help. I was willing to give Chris the benefit of the doubt because someone I trusted recommended him. Everyday that I spoke with Chris I was told "the insurance company is going to come out tomorrow." He told me that he had taken my car apart, he had all of the parts necessary to fix it, and he was just waiting on the okay from my insurance company. After finally getting fed up with being told "the insurance company is coming out tomorrow," I decided to go back to Classic Collision to see what was really going on. When I arrived I found my car untouched, exactly the way I left it. When I asked for my car Chris said, "they're going to come out. I ordered all of the parts." But just a few days prior he told me he already had all of the parts. Chris got extremely angry with me and essentially said I was being ungrateful when he was trying to help me. He said that the problem was the insurance company not him. But if the problem was really the insurance company, why not tell me the truth about everything? Had Chris been completely honest, I could have planned accordingly and all frustration could have been avoided. Even if he really was trying to help, all faith was lost when he decided to repeatedly lie to me. I'm sure we can all agree that being an independent young adult living in Boston is difficult enough without someone lying to me about my car that I've put my hard earned money into.
