I called first and the person who answered said he could install my windshield wipers for me. When I arrived though, one if the guys "tried" barely and the other told me to go to pep boys?? Really?? So I left without either wiper working.
My daughter was concerned there might be an issue with her battery so I brought it to Auto Zone this morning. I explained the issue and was then told to wait that “Oakey” was finishing up with another customer. As promised, Oakey introduced himself and went right to work! He did all the right things and did them right from the start. He asked me a few good questions to help better understand my concerns and then proceeded to take the time to undo the front passenger seat so that he could get into the well where the battery is located. It is not an easy job getting to the battery in a 2014 Jeep Cherokee but he did it and he tested the battery not once but twice just to make sure…it is one thing to do this, it is another to do it with a smile on your face…and he had that. And Oakey was very thoughtful. It was clear he understood how important it is for a father to know his daughter is driving a car that is safe. Congrats to Auto Zone for hiring Oakey. Every new hire should spend day a day or two with him before they start the job.
Ledell and staff are very helpful. Service was quick and they were all extremely kind. All I did was pull up a photo and right away in a second they knew the product and grabbed it for me. I will continue to use this store location since the team is very knowledgeable.

Everytime I am here is a treaure. It doesnt matter who's working - they are helpful and kind - even when the store is busy and hectic. I drive out of my way to come to this store when I need anything automotive!

Pulled into AutoZone Dedham this morning with a dying battery and a bad feeling about the day. Then Jamal stepped in.
This hero replaced my battery quickly, calmly, and with genuine kindness — no rush, no upsell, just total competence and good energy. He explained what he was doing, got me back on the road in like 2 minutes, and completely saved my morning.

Superior customer service. Okae who I tracked down from the Randolph store. Found out that I called, called me back
and told he was working at the Dedham Auto Zone. I drove to the Dedham store, where he guided to the brightest headlights for my car.
He put them in and checked that everything was placed in correctly. Now, I have brighter lights, so I can see at night driving. He also helped me with my faulty windshield wiper.
I am so happy that Okae could help me today. He made my day! What a blessing!!!!
I visited the AutoZone at 805 Providence Highway Dedham MA this morning to pick up an online order for brake rotors and pads. When I entered the store, there were no staff at the front counter. I waited several minutes and called out to see if anyone was available, but received no response.
I could hear employee in the back, so I walked toward that area and said hello. A staff member named Shirley responded with an immediate attitude, asking, “Why can’t you be patient? Why didn’t you wait in the front?” I explained that I had been waiting and nobody was there, but she showed no acknowledgment or apology. She even stated that “this is her attitude.”
This was the worst customer service I have experienced. As a paying customer, I did not deserve to be met with hostility for simply seeking help. Professionalism and basic courtesy were entirely lacking during this visit.
I went in today to buy a replacement wiper blade for my Subaru Outback. It was my 3rd store that day, but I really wanted a new blade before the deluge of rain that is to arrive tonight and for the next two days. There were a lot of people in the store to buy new wiper blades! I want everyone to know that Autzone was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived! Marc went above and beyond to help me choose the replacement wiper blade that would definitely fit this time! He explained that I needed 26OE and not just 26 like everyone else had told me. After he rang me up he said I will put it on for you to be sure it works. He did the same for the other person in line with me. Marc successfully installed both of our new wiper blades (which were quite different). He was offered a tip for putting on the new blades but said no thank you, all set have a great day :) So for anyone who struggles at all to find or install new wiper blades, Marc at Autozone in Dedham is your guy. And Marc's manager, if you're reading this, please be sure Marc gets a nice raise when he is due!
I’m just came out from this store cause supposedly if I want just a pair of rotors I have to buy online ! And they have on stock!! Weirrrrr be careful ?
I love this AutoZone! Everyone is polite, helpful, and very nice. JC, the clerk, came out to my car to check an error message. Back in the store he found the correct windshield wipers I needed, and the manager, Tracy, actually installed them! These guys are great and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I had an issue with my car not starting due to a dead battery, and Marc, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and even walked me through the steps of getting my battery replaced. Marc was professional, friendly, and patient throughout the process, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge with genuine customer care, but Marc absolutely does. Thanks to him, I was back on the road in no time. If you ever need help with your car, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Marc, he truly goes the extra mile!
Marc the store manager bailed us out when our car battery died in the super market parking lot next door. He tested the battery, jumped the car and then installed the replacement. He was super friendly and it was a great experience. Another associate also helped and was very friendly but I didn’t catch his name I would highly recommend this auto zone.
Marc, the store manger is absolutely amazing- so kind, knowledgeable and helpful! I know nothing about cars and he helped me right away- made me understand what I needed then showed me exactly what he did. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Highly recommend- will be back for sure!!!
Reggy was so helpful! My check engine light came on, but the car was working fine. I stopped at AutoZone in the middle of my day to see if they could help me. Reggy hooked a machine up to the car and walked me through the problem. He was so great :)! Thank you Reggy!!!
I just had the most amazing experience at AutoZone. Store number 3748. Tracy, who I think is the manager arranged for Pedro to drive across the street and jumpstart my car. I was in a parking lot across from their store. Then after the car started, I drove to the store. He spent at least 30 minutes with me helping me decide which kind of battery charger. And they had to jumpstart my car again. He then showed me how to use it and also helped me with some other features of my car that I didn’t even know how to utilize. They really helped me out and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing customer service.
I am so grateful to Reggie for his kindness and immediate assistance when needing to replace my battery earlier this week. He went above and beyond in helping me, and managed to turn the very bad day I was having around. I am very appreciative of the quick and efficient service. Thank you, Reggie!

Just left because the rude woman who works there refused to help me. She walked away while I was still asking a question. I had waited in line for help, when it was my turn she quickly looked up my car then pointed to the car battery area. I told her I looked there but couldn’t find it. Meanwhile, I’m trying to show her what I’m looking for on my phone (says it’s in stock at this store). She tells me go somewhere else without even looking up at me, waves me away with her hands and walks away. So unprofessional. Before she was yelling at another customer because they were standing to the side and not in line. Never been treated so poorly at any autozone.
Update: I did follow through with contacting support. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours, but of course they never did.
Horrible experience! I purchased a set of spark plugs for the car and borrowed tools to change the parts in the store parking lot. The attendant kindly offers to help, but the supervisor strongly interferes and tells me to buy the necessary tools. We know that many customers receive help... but I found someone who didn't care about the good image and reputation of the company... pity!
