Audy was excellent! I found myself needing a tow to a nearby auto body shop after I noticed smoke coming from my engine. I was not familiar with shops in the area, and simply chose the closest one to my location. I’m glad I was close to Audy! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and they took a look at my vehicle almost immediately. Luckily, the issue was minor (coolant hose), and they were able to get the part for me and complete the job by the time I got out of work that afternoon. Can’t recommend these folks enough!
I brought my car here after the dealer tried to convince me I needed $10k of work. Next day it was on the lift and diagnosed. It still needed work, but 40% less than the dealer. They were patient with my questions, friendly, and just solid people. I ended up trading the car in but I will absolutely bring the new car here for work. 11/10.
Audy was able to correctly diagnose an issue I had with my car in the cold for years and now it runs great. I had plenty of feedback for them and they were responsive to my requests. I have a 2012 Ford F-150 that wasn't indicating that it was in park and not going into any of the low or manual transmission modes! Also the key wouldn't come out of the ignition! I called on Monday and Nick said that I could bring it in Tuesday! I dropped it off at 8:30 AM and it was ready around noon that day! The automatic transmission linkage had loosened and not working properly! I was only charged 1 hour labor! I highly recommend Audy Auto Center!

Those guys know what they are doing. They’ll look at your car, give you a step by step diagnostic and get your vehicle fixed within 2-3 days. Despite the repairs being a bit costly, there’s no doubt my car will run another 100k thanks to this auto shop. Definitely will be back in the future!!

The team at Audy always does an amazing job whenever I bring my car in for service. I just did a standard oil change and they took the time to do additional inspection and point out some other fixes I’ll need in the next few months. They give you the right info to make the right decisions and don’t create any unnecessary urgency, which I really appreciate.

I took my Honda accord 2012, love my car. Here at Audy Auto Center Nick treated her with TLC. Came with and issue with a high estimate price—Nick was able to salvage some part and lowered the estimate cost for parts. Great service been coming here for some time now, this is an A+ for all around mechanic shop and I recommend this place as your go to place to fix you vehicle. Everyone I’ve encountered there has always been great at explaining the issues.
I a seasonal person in this area and had taken my car to two shops in Virginia while there to have these problems fixed. Both places failed and charged me a significant amount of trial and error. I spoke with Nick here and brought my car in after making an appointment. I had to change my schedule appointment day one time unexpectedly and Nick handled that easily.
On the day I brought my car in I was surprised to get a call only 2 hours later that both problems had been isolated and fixed to the degree possible but a new wiring harness was needed as the previous one had melted. John the mechanic proved excellent knowledge and skills by diagnosing my headlight issue with the passenger side not working was related to a poor connection that was only delivering six volts instead of 12. He fixed the connector on that and also identified my blower wiring harness for the air conditioning and heating blower had melted and the wires needed to be replaced. We ordered the part got it the next day and in only 1 hour it was installed and three of the four switches were working. There is a remaining problem on the fourth position of the switch and the wire two are from it that requires more analysis and I'm sure John is up to the task. We have scheduled another visit to bring it back when there is time for him to dig into it but in the meantime my car is once again usable and safe and it's no big deal to wait a week until the next appointment.
I got excellent service here and a fair price especially considering how quickly the problem was resolved. I recommend here for the good quality that their stellar review rating represents. It is well earned

Update: a second visit for a multipoint check before my seasonal departure divulge leakage in my differential fill plug. They recommended sealing it with gasket sealant after checking the fluid level and refilling it. When they went to do that they found the oil had water intrusion and was emulsified into a milky white that didn't lubricate and would have burned my rear end up with usage. I was very close to leaving on a 1400 mile journey towing a 4,000 lb boat with this vehicle. That would have been disastrous and costly. Audi took it apart cleaned it refilled it and sealed the plug to avoid future happening again and they charged me one hour shop time. These guys are expert and honest I highly recommend them.
I went to Audy Auto in Dedham for the first time last week. My 2016 Buick LaCrosse’s Intellink screen had gone dark. I had been to three other places to try to get it fixed, to no avail. Audy Auto fixed it, like a miracle, in three days! I had been without a radio for five months! I will definitely go to Audy Auto again the next time I have a car problem. They were kind, helpful and efficient!
