Bridge St Auto has been above and beyond helpful with my car repairs after my accidents. In both situations they were extremely flexible when I was having issues with scheduling and going back and forth with my insurance, and attempting to help me with rentals. They were very understanding of my situation, and helped me make sure I could get my car back in time to make pick up for my children at day care. Their service is top notch, and their work is equally up to the task. My car has come back looking brand new each time, and their work was done in a reasonable time frame and they kept me updated. Thankful for the team at Bridge St. Auto!
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Bridge Street Auto Body. The paint job they delivered was poor quality, with several noticeable imperfections. Once the work was done, their main focus seemed to be collecting payment rather than making sure the job was actually done right.
When I pointed out the minor issues that needed fixing, they refused to take ownership or make things right. For the price they charge, I expected professionalism and accountability — unfortunately, I didn’t get either. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
Extremely happy with the services. They worked with my insurance, had a quick turnaround. My car came back clean and in great shape. I will definitely be returning plus they are conveniently located next to a Hertz rental
They are so nice and my car looks amazing after being rear ended 3 months into having it- its back to looking brand new!!! They had enterprise bring my the rental and made it such an easy process.
Office staff is lovely to work with and very knowledgeable. I called they said to come in and grab a quote, they could have it done in a week or so as long as no unexpected damage was found. They are an Arbella referral shop which made the process so much easier they worked directly with the insurance company and there’s a Hertz right next door if rentals are needed(Teddy is amazing!)
I've had occasion to go to Bridge St Autobody several times in the last couple years and each time they have been efficient, informative and gone the extra mile. This time we needed minor accident repair to my son's car. They also helped me get another issue resolved and then thoroughly cleaned some damage done by parking under trees for an extended time. Really nice people, really great service.
Seamless and friendly service (including coordination with rental car company), timely intake (same day of initial assessment visit) and return (actually a day earlier than promised), quality work (looks as good as new). Consistent with my two earlier experiences with them.
Our insurance company recommended this place. It was friendly and professional. It is not their fault that the repair took long because of delays in getting the needed parts.
The staff is great. I brought my Acura here for a corner panel replacement under my insurance. They kept me up to date via text, and finished 2 days ahead schedule -- a very high level of service
From my first contact with the staff i was impressed how well they handled everything. They were so helpful. My automobile was finished before estimated. It was washed outside and cleaned inside. The work was perfect. I feel as they i have a brand new car.
They are all the nicest most helpful and honest repair shop around! With the best body work and great selection of cars to buy! I wish every business was run with the same ethics and standards as they are!
Outstanding customer service continuously updating me and did an outstanding job restoring my car to "new car" condition. Right down to patching up the ripped license plate.

The team at Bridge Street were professional, worked with the rental company to ensure I was picked up the day I dropped my vehicle off for repair and took care of having them pick up the vehicle once my car was ready. My car looked great, and they were accurate regarding the length of time it would take for repairs. Very efficient, kind, and professional team!
Great service, courteous staff, went above and beyond to help me, sent reminders regularly so I knew where my car was in the process. As for the outcomes, car was good as new! I had to walk around because I couldn’t remember where the damage was (one of my passenger doors was hit). To top it off the car was quite clean so I was very happy. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional service and work. In July, I was in a fender bender that was 50-50 (i.e. my fault and their fault). I called my insurance company who highly recommended Bridge Street Auto. I had an adjuster come to my house to assess the damage and they sent a check. I brought the check to bridge street auto where they ordered a new bumper for my car. Once it came in, I brought my car over for service on a Monday and it was fixed by Friday. Throughout this whole process they always picked up the phone and gave me accurate information. The body work on my car is truly remarkable. They were able to match the paint perfectly and gave me a lifetime guarantee on their work. You cannot do better in this region.
Also, they have partnerships with both Hertz and Enterprise and were willing to help me not only secure a rental car, but also when the car was ready a week earlier than expected, they let me park my rental car at their lot where Enterprise came and picked it up at no additional cost. This saved me some time and a long walk.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, if you need a rental they'll schedule it for you with the hertz next door. Only without the car for 2 weeks and it came back looking great! Recommend pulling down Berkley Rd to park, the lot is usually very full.
My overall experience with Bridge Street was excellent. Stephanie, who handled the paperwork, also set up my reservation with Hertz next door. When I dropped the car off for service, everything went smoothly with the rental car. Everyone was pleasant and most helpful. I was kept informed and the workmanship was excellent. They even cleaned the inside of the car!
Fast, efficient service with very friendly people. It took BSA no less than three days to order and install a whole new front bumper onto my car, and it looks just like new. They always call to either confirm, remind, or update their customers with new information, and it's easy to call BSA during service hours with no robot-calling involved. I'm always willing to come here for car repairs, even if I live a considerable distance away.
Brought in my 2009 tacoma after a t-bone accident + popped tire. Everyone was friendly and helpful. 2 tires were covered by insurance and ended up having them replace the other 2 while they were at it. I just got the truck back and it’s perfect. I think they even buffed out some extra scratches. Brian Whalen was exceptional. He kept me up to date about the process, found me tires, helped out when the insurance company customer service was lagging. Great guy. Great shop. 100% pleased.
My car had scratches all down the driver side after being sideswiped during the night. The driver side mirror was just barely hanging on. I took my car to BSA and they couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. Stephanie was so very patient with my 2 young kids and offered them paper and markers to keep them busy. She ordered a rental car for me that same day. She instinctively knew how to work within the insurance process and was so very kind with answering all my questions. After waiting for the mirror to arrive, my Telluride looked brand new! They even got the dents out without having to replace any of the panels. The whole process took about 3 weeks but that was bc we had to wait on the parts to arrive. Would 100% go here again and recommend.
Bridge Street Auto is the BEST place I’ve ever brought my vehicle to get repairs done. They are super friendly, very attentive and extremely professional, especially when it comes to giving customers an estimated time for the repairs to be done by. I have over 5 years going to them and have 0 complaints. Also, Hertz Car Rental is right next to them, I love that when I go to drop off my vehicle to start the repairs, they already have completed my paperwork for me, all I need to do is review the paperwork for the rental, agree with the terms and conditions and go on about my day without worrying about not having a car to drive. So yes, I will continue to work with them and refer them to whoever needs to get their vehicle fixed!

Excellent experience with Bridge Street Auto. I worked with Fred and it was the most straight forward and pain free car buying experience of my life. Extremely fair trade in offer and the truck I purchased was priced exceptionally well and in outstanding condition. I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealer if they have a vehicle on the lot that catches your eye.
I highly recommend this body shop for any repairs you need. I was in an accident and so anxious about the repair process. Pollyyanne and Fred were both so helpful and kept me updated the whole time. They didn’t drag the process along for weeks like I know some other body shops do. Based on the damage to my car and everything being slow with the pandemic ..I was prepared to be without my car for 3-4 weeks, but they had it finished in 2 WEEKS! I am very happy with the results. I hope I don’t have any more accidents but if I do....I know who to call!!!! This place is great.
This is the best body shop I've ever been to. They are honest, upfront with you, and do amazing work! I was hit by a town of Walpole plow not long ago, and my whole left side and front of my vehicle needed to be repaired. FRED and TONY, (owners) have never let me down in the 5+ years I have used them. Big or Small they have your back. For as frustrated as I was with the situation, and the insurance company yanking my chain. They were able to make it a better experience. I trust them both completely, and I trust their work. What prompted me to do my first review ever, was I saw they received a 1 star from Maria Quintana. I have to say I believe this is false or embelished. Or quite frankly you reviewed the wrong body shop. Never a single negative experience and they treat all their customers like hold, and with RESPECT. My family of 4 all go to them.
