Costemer service is v, good but 2014 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid CV axle no in store

Employees were kind and super helpful at the Everett location. Mind you I was there at 8am and the employees were super cheerful and made my shopping quick and easy. These people are amazing. Especially Dina, she helped me today. She was super nice and helpful. She helped me find the antifreeze tank that was hiding in my car and even helped me pour in the product. Thank you so much for your help and support with my car and coming out in the frigid cold.

Went in for 2 things and one of the items I gave the employee the part number and was told to check over by the fuses which the part wasn't a fuze it was a cigarette socket kit for a Infiniti so I showed a picture of the part that matched the part number and he just said no we don't have it even though the employee didn't look up the part number but only wants a picture of it. Employee never asked me if I had an account.

I was just robbed at this store. I was buying a product, and the price on the shelf was different from what was on the website. They charged me more than the price on the product. I felt robbed. I do not recommend this store.

Dina Gueer was very helpful during our visit, she took the time to explain each part under the hood of our car. She checked what was needed and was knowledgeable on what actions to take, thank you!

Went to auto zone in Everett , Massachusetts I needed a new battery Dina who works there was more than helpful. Not only did she install the battery for me she even included some new screws that was hers personaly so that was cool. Just wanted to share my experience.

Ed Murray replaced my car battery. He was very friendly and professional. He even had lunch when I arrived, so he took it upon himself to do the job! Incredible.

Very helpful staff. The manager Dina and Kyle were very knowledgeable and helped me to figure out the issue with my vehicle and how to fix it easily and avoid costly labor fees. Will be going back again for any needs in the future.

My experience at AutoZone Everett was amazing. It was such a pleasure to meet Ed and he was able to figure out what was wrong with my car. He was very patient and resilient. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to help customers. I am glad someone like Ed works there.

Ed Murray is a rock star. He helped me replace a rear tail light bulb on my car from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and nice.

Great services in here, I brought my car for a battery replacement and this guy Ed the assistants store manager put it on. He was so professional and he explained me somethings about the car that was very helpful. Don’t doubt about bringing your car to this place because is the right one.

Came in on a Sunday when many dealers/car repair shops were closed for a dead battery but Louis was very nice and able to replace it in very quickly despite there being a long wait inside the store. Appreciated the great customer service!

BIG THANK YOU to Leonardo Jimenez who took time out of his day to help me and my family fix our cars A/C and helped us find the correct products for our vehicule after we made mistakes in choosing the refrigirant. I wish there were more employees like him around and I hope he gets a lot of recognition for his efforts at AutoZone on Revere Beach street. Thank you again ??

The store is busy and understaffed, but Ed did his best to help me and charge my dead motorcycle battery. It took around 30 minutes. The service was great, and some patience for these guys made all the effort.

Prince (Assistant Store Manager) was an absolute GEM. He was short-staffed, but gave me the option to wait briefly while he took care of the customers in the store. He took the time out of his morning to check my battery and explain what next steps I needed to take and how to maintain it. If I ever have any further issues with my car that he can help with, I will come see him first! Highly recommend going to this location!!!!

Yeah so I can’t sign into my gmail for some reason so I’m using this one to say that Prince is the absolute GOAT went way above and beyond to help me even close to closing. Not only was bro doing everything hands on outside with customers checking systems changing batteries but still went back in side to ring out customers just looking to make purchases just to get the lines down and back to it outside doing labor. If the kids not leader of the store yet I just don’t understand. 5 stars to prince. 11/10 customer service.

I had a great experience at AutoZone! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the right parts for my vehicle. I wasn't entirely sure what I needed, but they patiently walked me through the options, explained the differences, and even helped me install the new lights right there in the parking lot.

I want to tell you how grateful I was to being serviced by Prince he went above and beyond for me. I had a battery issue. He couldn’t have been nicer, thoughtful and kind. He came out and changed it for me on his own. What a great employee he is you’re very lucky to have him.

I saw arturo at dds this morning. I was having problems with my wipers. Went everywhere and no one wanted to help me. He got the right ones and installed them for me with no problem at all. Please go to him for everything and anything. Went back a few hrs later to get the things i needed for the oil change. And he got them for me fast. Best service i had ina long time. I 100000000% recommend that store n him.
