Came here around 8:30 am to install new battery. Alex was very pleasant and helpful. Installed a new battery for the car and was very efficient. Also helped other customers while working on my car about their issues. Very knowledgeable and courteous! Will come here again for any purchases. You’ve earned my business.
Just had my first experience here and I couldn't be more pleased, Jose took care of me, he was very professional and gave me a really good customer service, he solved my problem and was very polite, not like the lady at Auto Zone in Everett , they need to lear from you Guys !!! ... Worth customer service, you will ever see more than 3 people working when I bought my head light bulb. Drawing to sell me. It's the most expensive one saying, the cheap 1 is no good.
If it's no good why you sell it to your customer anyway, I bought the
Light bulb i try to replace it myself. I couldn't. I was parked right up from the store. I ask the person, he sold it to me for helboxi. Will take him 2 minutes. He said, first I am by myself in the store, which zanas are 3 guys working there. In front of me.
Second, he said, it's again. It's the store policy to touch any cars which they have big sign in the front of the door. What's saying?

There were 3 people in store and I asked this old man that walks with a lymph if he could help me and he said no I have to check in with the young lady at the front desk. Why have 3 people and only one person checking in customers at the desk. Just ridiculous, I will go somewhere else.
So helpful, even though I didn’t purchase anything they were willing to help me out with an issue I had with my windows rolling back up, just out of kindness. 10/10 would recommend!
Today I went in search of a filter for my air conditioning and some other things that I needed for my car and a very good person helped me, a person who helps you look for what you find. He also asked me if I knew how to change the filter. my air but I told him no and he very kindly helped me with a lot of patience. He treated me very excellently. I recommend him. The girl behind the counter went above n beyond to help me .I'm kinda ditzy when it comes to car stuff n she wouldn't sell me the battery charger unnecessarily till she personally tested n discussed NOT WORTH CHARGING!! Got a new battery n everythings running smoothly!!!
Had to get a battery replaced ASAP, went to this location. Their battery replacement employee comes in after 11am - FYI to others. He was courteous and efficient while still ensuring that the battery was working properly. Friendly, kind and excellent service! Their in store employees were also attentive and friendly. Would certainly come here again for anything!

Excellent, friendly service. The manager went the extra mile when requesting a battery installation after two other stores I tried were either closed or not doing installations.
This place has gone down hill customers service is really lacking of customer service skill the ppl there are always very hostile rude or don't want to help use to be a place to get my car parts but now I'm just going to order online from othere places
Thank god for them my windshield wiper clip fell off and then the wiper went flying. Thank god they had what I exactly needed. The staff was very pleasant.
Worse customer service ever! I just went there with my boyfriend to try to find a locker key for a corolla, the guy said they don’t have it and “you or someone lost it” and laughed. My boyfriend was trying to have a conversation to see if there was something and the guy didn’t care at all. Very disappointing service, thank God there was an AutoZone very close wuth friendly staff willing to help us!
The guy that helped me was really nice and explained exactly what I needed, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive battery. He changed it for me and walked me through the steps he was taking in case I found myself in a similar situation in the future. Great customer service and experience.
Will go out of their way to help. U can also borrow tools which is a huge help even if it's just a socket. Sawit first hand. Only negative is waiting at the counter while they help people
I came in to change my car key battery. Mike, Aaron, and Jeff were a big help. My key was stuck badly, they worked to get it loose for about 10 minutes. They really made me feel like even though my key battery was only $4, I was important. Great guys. Definitely recommend this place.
