Chris has been incredibly helpful! I had to change a battery for my car key fob and had no idea how to do it. Chris very patiently and professionally figured it out in a matter of seconds! Changed the battery and it’s been working great. I’m so thankful and will definitely go back to the store!
Boots on the phone and in the store if they were extremely helpful in helping me find belt for my 1993 geo tracker. One young lady even went so far as to go on the internet and look for the exact length, and then find alternative belts that they might carry.

Called for a part ,was there the other day no problem called for some parts today met by rude ,incompetent person who refused too cross reference my stored information on my vehicle, an refer me too a pair of rear pads an rotors for my,vehicle on file in,the computer an ,she hung up on,me I have the hour your there at work, an I'm calling ur head quarters, for ur insulting behavior, because u intentionally hung up on me a second time,calling ur headquarters, u need too be taught mannerisms,women at O'Reilly, mystic,mall Everett,
?On May 20, 2025, I had a very disappointing experience with the employee Victoria at the O’Reilly - Everett branch. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she refused to process the return of several brand-new items without providing any valid reason, even though the items clearly met the return policy. It felt like she was intentionally making the process more difficult, which reflects poorly on the store’s customer service. I clearly told her that I would never return to this location again, yet she showed no concern whatsoever. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and improves the quality of customer care?
I had purchased the wrong bulbs for my headlights- customer service helped me not only find the right ones, but on the spot replaced them for me free of charge. Excellent customer service! Very grateful.
O’Reilly’s in the gateway center in Everett is great! I had a positive experience with representative Angel and he was patient, helpful, and informative with my automobile needs. He went above and beyond to help me change my windshield wipers! I left very happy and would recommend anyone looking for auto parts or cleansers for their cars. Thanks Angel & O’Reilly! I bought a wheel from this store giving year, make, model and everything they asked before ordering. It shipped overnight which was great until I brought it to a mechanic just to learn that it doesn't fit my vehicle. I ended up paying $30 for labor just to have my old wheel installed again and return the wrong wheel I got, on top of the additional charges for the "right" wheel for my vehicle.
This place really sucks. I walk in for something minute and waited 10 minutes before 3 workers popped out from IDK where and just stood around trying to "look" busy. Really! More than one employee and I'm waiting around when there was only one other customer in the place being attended to. SMDH. Why even work there?
I went to the store at 1pm for help charging a dead battery and was told they could charge the battery no problem. The man there, named Paul, was helpful sounding and even came out to look under the hood of the car to see the battery and he thought it looked like a good battery and confirmed that it could be installed back into the car when I return as well and said they were open till 8. I asked if he would be there when I arrive at 5:30pm for the car and he said he believed he would. I arrived a little late at 6pm and he was not there. A woman named Kinsey was there and said the battery was not a good battery and that it'll cost $100 to $200 for a new battery. I asked if they can just put the old battery back in the car and I can jump it and figure it out later and they said they didn't have anyone qualified to install the battery there at the time. I feel like they only took the battery to try to sell me a new one instead of actually trying to help. I'm not buying a battery from them. I'm going elsewhere if I actually do need a battery. I'll confirm elsewhere as I do NOT trust O'Reillys.
Went to 3 different locations to get parts because the computer says store has something. Lawrence store was really great and called each location to check ....turned out one store which was Everett (which Lawrence called first)had everything I needed and they could have said that in the first call. What a fiasco!
O’Reilly is the best parts store hands down. They will have that hard to find part you can’t find at any of the competitors. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
