Brian was such a huge help! Absolutely amazing! Very nice and reassuring! My mother walked in crying came out smiling! He checked and changed the battery to my car in a matter of 10-15 minutes !!!!
I really appreciate a Riley auto parts. They have a better selection than most. They're very knowleligible and there's a lot of services offered by buying parts there.
Autozone app recommended the wrong part and kept spending money between 2 different autozones but everytime i went to O'Reillys it worked out and they helped when needed definitely recommend them
Excellent service at the Springfield plaza store for the manager there treating me like family and had all the right answers. Would highly recommend them.
I was flagged down by someone who told me my rear lights weren’t fully working. I called the Liberty Street O’Reilly store and explained the problem and also explained that I physically needed help to fix the issue. Kyle, the guy that helped me, couldn’t have been more helpful! Not only did he replace the bulb(s), he took my $$$ and brought me the receipt. And when I tried to tip him he refused! O’Reilly Auto Parts has a new customer! 🙂👍🏼
This place is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Between being placed on hold and hung up on, to being given the run around regarding orders, orders being done incorrectly and just false information, I will never seek assistance from this location again. They have individuals working there who know nothing about car parts or how to work the system. Don’t bother going here
They were very helpful with helping me get what I needed for my car. They were more knowledgeable & had more of the parts in stock that I need that auto zone or advanced auto parts

They're all right but you know what they don't meet the specifications that are described on the web they're supposed to do testing on stuff they wouldn't help me at all they didn't help me or assist me with renting any tools I guess you have to rent motorized tools you can't borrow special wrenches that you wouldn't ordinarily carry like millimeter wrenches with long and short sockets.
I absolutely love this store expect the assistant manager Eduardo he answered the phone rudely when ask for another employee he said you take care of her not only that he's said in front of me he does bare minimum and to tell ace the store manager Jim and other employees have grade A customer service but when he's on shift I will not be going in there to have him argue back and forth because he can't do his job as a ASM he obviously wants to get paid to do nothing and his demeanor says it all
Awesome set of peooke every time . we needed some custum fittings and hoses for my friends truck . And going there felt like something on a Hotrod show ... I truly felt the dedication and team work effort between the workers calling out numbers and using their personal knowledge . I was blown away .. So thanks to the guys at that O'Reilly .. At the end of the day that's what counts .
My new go-to spot for all things automotive. Today was my first visit. All three employees attended to my needs and they were all very friendly. I needed to replace one broken wiper blade from the last ice storm. One of the employees offered to go outside and put it on the vehicle for me. It's 20F degrees. I discovered a new problem on my way to O'Reilly's. All three listened to my problem and by going outside again in the freezing cold, he discovered my vehicle was in dire need of motor oil. It was almost dry. My 2008 Caravan didn't activate the oil light until pulling into the parking lot and had recently been serviced. I had 2000 miles left to drive on the windshield oil change reminder sticker. He offered to help me fill that too, but my friend who was with me was already on the case. I am blown away by their service. I regret that I can't remember their names. If their managers see this, the guys working at 9:30am on 2/20/2019. Seriously, I was so impressed with every they did for me. And the prices were very good, in my opinion.
Knowledgeable counter people who are also friendly is a great find. Most stores have it and that's been my experience here every visit. I like O'Reilly Auto Parts.
