Great service from Trevor at the Liberty st location. I went in to purchase a part and explained what the symptoms were. He recommended doing a quick scan and it ended up being a different part. I purchased the part went home swapped it out and took it for a driver and now it's running great. Thanks for not just being a body in the store but actually taking the time to help out!
I have been a repeat customer of AutoZone for years. AutoZone has always been at the top of my list of auto part stores because, the level of service that is offered is always top notch. Once you have bought the part, they will even put it on for you if it is a simple fix and not going to take too much time. I had a car that had a brake light out and the person came out and installed it for me. I always give them a tip afterwards. You don't have to but, I always do because they really don't have to do anything but sell you the part. I love it!!

The staff at this location are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating whenever I’ve needed assistance with finding something for my vehicle. I just left there and once again never a disappointment.

My husband went there today to have them check his check engine light. They ignored him when he entered because they were talking. They then told him they didn't have the machine to check the engine and suggested that he go to O Reilly's. Terrible customer service and professionalism.

As I was walking in, I was very happily greeted by 2 very young men. And as I was looking on the wall, they asked what I needed, I told them and as I picked up the product I needed, they said, "oh you have it in your hand!" Lol! I don't think they expected a girl know the exact problem of her car and the exact product was needed. Lol! Really great kids/workers!
This Auto Zone is a really clean, stocked store with awesome, knowledgeable and friendly workers!!!
It's a decent auto parts store. Pretty busy. The guy helping me was very helpful. I got what I was looking for and was out pretty quick. The parking is limited, but usually there's an available spot. No problems.
Their customer service was very good rep got what I needed really quickly he was very knowledgeable about the parts that I needed told me which are good for warranties and I was in and out of there. Good place good people.
You go in there at their phones with three employees. Nobody pays attention to no one., That is a disgrace it never used to be like that at this store it seems like is losing control. You have to ask for help all the time and they still ignore you or give you the rock part all the time.
Im looking at all the reviews about help with wipers must of just been me they didn't want to help. I purchased one wiper while no one was in the store was parked in the front and they never offered me any help. I asked someone walking in the parking lot to help me and found out he was a store employee and he was more than willing. Only reason I'm not giving store one star. Chicopee auto zone will offer to put the wiper on for you just used to it I guess and the fact that it was snowing out made it worse.
Knowledgeable staff, let me use their diagnostic tool and saved me time and money by letting diagnose my cars problem without paying a mechanic shop $75.00 fee to do the same exact thing. I honestly recommend that store to everyone in the Springfield Plaza area for all their cars needs..
I received fantastic service here last night. I pulled in just before closing time in need of a windshield wiper and two young men went above and beyond in helping me. They were super friendly and attentive. I felt like was in a movie or something. I’ve never been treated so well at an auto parts store.
I arrived at 7:52. As I got out of my car . The man at the door said they are closed . I said just 1 quick thing? It's not even 5 of 8:00? He said "no we're cashing the last customer out now. But, a silver lining... I received excellent service at O'Reilly's in Springfield plaza . They will get all of my business from now on. They also close at 8pm✌️
I stopped by today needing a light bulb for my car. Mello went the extra mile for me. Not only did he find the right one but he also installed it. He had great customer service. You guys are lucky to have him.
The manager Yamille went above and beyond in helping me find the correct windshield wipers for my car. She even installed them herself after finding out the ones put on by the dealership were on wrong, she was really helpful and caring. Would go there again.
Went to the Liberty St AutoZone to pick up a portable heater/defroster. No customers there, place wreaked of weed, young man comes to the counter and asks me what I need. I tell him and he says "that doesn't exist" with a smirk on his face. I asked if he was sure, he proceeds to walk all thru the store and says, "Nope, doesn't exist! " Guess what, across the street at O'REILLY'S, IT EXISTS!! IF YOU DON'T SELL SOMETHING THEN SAY YOU DON'T SELL THAT, NOT THAT IT DOESN'T EXIST!! Need to teach your employees better!
I am in love with this store. There is a real team dynamic here. I came in for a low beam headlight bulb, Jeffrey and Louis installed it for me! They also removed my battery terminals to clean the corrosion, and applied some grease terminals..THEY DID NOT HAVE TOO! Wonderful people Jefferey and Louis are the best!
So I don't really expect much in the knowledge department from the guys that work at the stores. I know that they get very basic training. And some of them pretend to know about cars or be auto mechanics or car detailers or the recreational Urban mechanic. However don't make these places your Bible mechanic. But having said that the person who helped myself and my mother out was very kind customer service skills we're okay nothing overwhelming. We purchased an overpriced furry steering wheel cover for my mother's 20 Honda pilot which was almost $30!
One guy was being very helpful with another customer. But the guy that was helping me was horrible. Called me a liar when I was telling the manager he wasn't very helpful. There are many automotive stores in the area so I told them I was taking my business to another store. I went around the corner to Advanced Auto Parts and received great customer service there.
I had an amazing experience at this store!!! Kyle A. Gave me a wonderful customer experience and was able to provide everything I needed to get my car ready for this coming storm. I was able to receive all the parts I needed and I was greeted with a warm welcoming. Jonathan P. Was also a great sales associate who was really friendly and helped me leave in quick fashion. I needed a wiper for my front windshield wipers and when we called they had one in stock and I told the guy being to get it and he offered to put it on hold for us without me even having to ask. That was great customer service. Their selection is pretty good and they usually have whatever you need in stock and if it's not in stock they can get it usually within 24 hours. The prices are competitive to any other auto parts store. I like their selection for auto accessories they have quite a bit to choose from like steering wheel covers, seat covers, storage compartments, mirrors and things like that.
They help with everything even if you have a check engine light on they will tell you what's wrong.also when you buy something there they will even put it on for you. They put the light in for my back brake lights. I was very grateful for the help. 😁
I have visited this location several times always have been treated well . I usually buy my Prolong oil additive at auto zone. The stuff is exceptional saved my engines in my cars on many an occasion. 2 thumps up on this product. Everyone should be using it. Did you know that if you need a light changed or wiper blades put on or oil checked and put in they will do it .it's part of the exceptional service you get at auto zone.
