My mother came here to get a new battery for her car keys, the agent refused to help her and called her stupid while she was walking away. Disgusting customer service.

If I could give them 20 stars I would. Every time I have ever gone in there, they have always been very nice and professional. There's a big guy who's usually at the counter. I don't know who he is but I hope he sees this. He has a great sense of humor and is always willing to help you....and with a smile. I love this place and have nothing bad to say. They re great people. Go in and see them.....n tell them I sent you. Update 3/12/25 - Went in again, same experience. Great people n service and you never wait long if you're in line no matter how long the line is. I love that they re close to where I live. Good job Advance Auto Parts!. You got a customer for life !! lol Let me do your commercials :-)

Moses and Laurel at the Island Pond Rd location went above and beyond to help me. I purchased a battery and they installed it. They also were managing other customers the entire time they were friendly, helpful, and explained everything thoroughly and am truly grateful for them.Thank you!

When I went to replace my battery of Sienna van, the clerk checked the battery and he said it was full of charge so they did not want to replace it. Instead, he recommended to go another shop to check. That day, the car was stopped working again. The next day, I went to another car repair shop located in Boston rd. He said it was a battery issue. So, after he replaced, the car became normal. The worker needs to be trained well.

This place needs new management ASAP for the last 15years every time I go to this location I'm treating with disrespect nobody wants to do there job nobody cares about mobile orders there never ready managers always rude to customers the place is a mess every product has something missing or is opened.I can't tell you how many times I was given the wrong part from the back for a different model vehicle. Don't bother calling there just hangup the phone on you.

I tried to bring back my old caliper for my core charge and the guy in the store says "bring the item back to holyoke" because he looked at the receipt and seen I had purchased my new caliper from at holyoje advance auto but only because they didn't have the one I needed in stock so long story short I had to drive all the way to holyoke advance auto for my core charge and I live 4 mins away from the one on island pond road it would have been way more convenient but I felt like it was because I didnt purchase the item from then and that's crazy

In todays market I need affordable prices and I need my parts in stock. I wasn’t sure which auto parts store to go to and make favorite. But i saw that advanced advertises in the NHRA so I do all my business with them now. Occasionally I’ll stop at Napa but advanced gets it done!

My thing is this website says you're open at 7:30 a.m. and so does the times on the door. Waited about half hour just to get one thing from you guys just for it to still be close it's so sad when a person has one job and can't do it right. I had to go the extra mile to travel to another one just to get what I needed that was actually open . What waste of time and gas. Especially when the store was right there. Won't be going there anymore.

I really appreciate that they stay open a little later than most other places, needing parts never happens on a schedule. The parking lot here is almost always clean as well as inside of the store. I've shopped here so many times over many years, and it's almost always a different experience. Sometimes you get your know-it-alls that can't admit they are wrong and sometimes you get really nice people that go out of their way to help you. Obviously, I always come back because it's a dependable establishment.

There was one person at the register overwhelmed with locating the correct bulb for the person in front of me. Several attempts were made until the employee retrieved the correct item from the back. He did a good job but my frustration was with the voices I heard from the back area; thete were other employees in the building and no one came out to assist. I spent just under 10 minutes as second in line to pay for 2x bottles if washer fluid. The prices were comparable to other auto stores but the wait was disappointing. The lit was dirty and there was a container of used radiator fluid by the door; some e must have done work on their car in the lot.

Good people and a good company. Occasionally, very busy and sometimes the shelves aren't stocked. So, check the stock on the app or website before you go. It's nice they have a diverse staff and always seem to have a native Spanish speaking employee working.

I went there to get a part and one employee was yelling at the other one to get off the phone to attend to customers. Then I dealt with a employee who was visibly annoyed that I even asked him to look a part up. The next day I go in and they misplace my part. When I was waiting for them to look to see where the part was I was handed off to another employee while the other one took a personal call an his cell phone and walked away. Ultimately I left. It asked for a call back. Yes you guessed it I never was called. I called them late the following day to find out the part was there. They really need to get off the cell phones there. It's quite annoying.

The guys there were very nice and professional.. One gentleman saw me struggling with a very heavy old car battery and came outside and offered to carry it in for me. Yes please. They got me a new battery and carried it out to the car for me. I was in and out in five minute. Thank you.

Horrible service. That is the only way to describe. Went to honda balise and also my mechanic for second opinion and both said my need to replaced my battery, which is still under warranty. Come to advance auto parts to replaced my battery but they said it is good. Even though they charge it twice and two hours later and their test still said battery need charge. But they won't replaced my battery. They said they battery is good. Don't expect good service or warranty from this place

Generally pleasant staff, who are helpful, but confusing multiple register set up. Busy enough that you can get in line and wait while someone else who just walked in gets served and leaves before you reach the counter.
