Fast, courteous service. Reasonably priced.

I prepaid for my inspection but the inspection machine is down, so now I have to pay another $35 to get it somewhere else before I get pulled over a 4th time.

Didn't have what I wanted.But found out how to get it.

Last straw service department People watch out what services they say they are doing There should be cameras in the garage because you will catch them charging you for something they didn't do Worst service department ever that's why I will be switching to Central now with my truck service Central worked on my Corvette after Balise couldn't manage fix problem multiple times one shot central did a Perfect job Sales department at Balise is great But the service dept needs a reboot starting with service advisors people trust me go to Central Chevy you can sit in lounge and know you are being treated right

Every single time I drop my truck off to get work done to it, it's there 10x longer than it needs to be and there is another issue after I leave.

Got front end breaks done. Worth the trip from Connecticut. Lower taxes and cheaper prices. Also you can gas up in Massachusetts either before or after getting the work done

Over 2 and 1/2 hour wait only to be told after I asked that it's not even in bay yet. For just an oil change. That's with an appointment. Worst experience ever.

The service guys and girls are very professional. I had a gift card that for some reason didn't work and they completely helped figure everything out. They were patient and reassuring. They represent the Balise name well. Sales on the other hand need to learn who a customer is buying a car from, and it's Balise not Joe shmoe.

Service is the best at Balise on Hall of fame Dr. Fran, the Service Manager is the "ultimate" in terms of service.

Terrible service, they broke the cover to my dash, and picked up my car after service and the condition was worse than when it was sent in! Horrible just horrible....please look elsewhere for your car needs!

We came here to get a recall item fixed & while there we also had the oil changed on the car - appreciated that they had not only wifi available but also a nice vending machine & coffee station with plenty of comfortable seats to watch the big screen tv on a nonnews nonpolitics station (lots of home ideas on HGTV) they got us in & done in about an hour & half as walk in customers - the shop is clean & bright & although busy they have a system that moves the cars along quickly my only complaint is that is it's a bit difficult to get out of their lot during the afternoon rush hour but that is not their fault so I suggest going in the morning rather than later afternoon when you might run into that traffic

One of the worst places you could ever go once ridiculously overcharged you wanted to replace my entire brake system $4,000 for surface rust on drilled rotors

I was first in line for an inspection sticker and it still took 45 min. The longest wait ever for a sticker. Wouldn't go again. Lady next to me waited two hours for her oil change and it wasn't busy. Sorry hopefully I won't have to go there for service on my new car bought from a very helpful salesman at balise hyundia on Columbus Ave.

Always 5 star service. Love these guys
