I’ve been taking my wife’s Mercedes Benz and my daughter’s Audi for servicing for the past 3 years. They do a great job and very friendly. Marybeth, John, and the whole team at J.E. Robison are honest, knowledgable and they do a great job. I brought my recently purchased Land Rover from Carvana and it had a bunch of issues. They assisted in making sure the car was ready to drive, and even dealt with the insurance for me, I never had to lift a finger.

Bar none the best of the best I have ever worked with. I can't say enough good things about the quality or work done on our beloved Ranger Rover LWB.

John and his crew are second to none. I brought them my 1984 Land Rover Series III I recently purchased, and they were thorough and honest about what needed to be repaired immediately and what could wait. I feel fortunate to live in western MA with access to such knowledgeable and highly skilled professionals. I would not consider going anywhere else for work on this vehicle.

Excellent customer service. I had my brake system rebuilt on my 2009 MB C300. J.E Robison uses genuine MB parts and completed the job for less than the MB dealership wanted. They do the job right the first time. No problems or issues.

JE Robison addressed a “No Start” problem, checked my timing belt, and did an oil change on my 1987 Porsche 944s. They fixed the problem, checked the belt, did the oil change and addressed my concerns in a reasonable amount of time considering they were slammed with vehicles. I was very happy with their service.

JE Robison is the only place in the area to take your Land Rover. They have very fair prices and communicate extremely well with their customers. Highly recommended.

JE Robison does a fantastic job for repairs or general service for your European vehicle. They have been servicing our Range Rover and Porsche vehicles for a couple of years now and they never disappoint. Mary Beth always works with the client to be as accommodating as possible. Recently, John assisted in selling my 1963 Porsche 356. He and his crew did a fantastic job. The car sold quickly and is now with its new owner.

They did an amazing job and communication was on par. Here is a story of how my car got here in the first place. Long short story. Drove around all day in Greenwich CT, Hartford, and West Springfield, MA. After a brief break I started the car up and nothing happened except for a weird grinding noise. Waited for a bit and try again and still the same thing. Good thing i was close to my friends place to get it towed and inspect it ourselves. Found out the starter motor broke off. How???My friend recommended me to this place. Called them up to see if i could get my car looked at and repaired. After a full inspection they said i needed a new start motor. They were ok with me choosing what supplier to get the starter motor from. Car was ready after 1 week and it drives amazing. Nothing else needed to be repaired. Met the owner and he was very nice, knowledgeable and spoke very clearly with questions i had. If you have a Lotus (vintage up to the Emira) i highly recommend this place even though i am originally from Boston. Happy customer and thanks again

I’m 100% confident that my car is in good hands when it’s at J.E. Robison Service Co. The team there, from the time you walk in the front door, is all about communication and doing things the right way. When my car is in for service, I get a phone call outlining what needs to be done, clear discussion on options and costs, and predictable timelines. What more can you ask for? On my most recent visit, Maribeth called me to discuss options for a somewhat tricky situation. The team found the best solution, which avoided a simpler but far more expensive fix, and got my car sorted faster than expected. When you don’t want to trust your car to just anybody, bring it to Robison’s and rest easy.

Oh, this is the place to be, the owner is very professional, explained to me what the problem my car had even before thorough investigation. My brakes were sorted am confident driving my 2010 Audi Q7. They also handle almost all luxury cars from Bentley, Rolls Royce, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi and Jaguar. Sorry i didn't see any Japanese cars but you can call and find out. Great service, slightly pricey but worth spending that dime.

I contacted this business needing repairs on older sprinter. I was told they would call back after speaking with their technician and I was then ghosted. My call was about three weeks ago. They were recommended by an online forum that doesn’t need tagging and they fell short of expectations. They also indicated in the call that my vehicle “may not be worth repairs”.

I had a thoroughly positive experience with Robison, having found them on a fast Google search when my very old Mercedes broke down on a cross-country trip. Everyone I met there was helpful, getting me in quickly and addressing the problem efficiently, showing me the Why's and What's and options while showing real interest in me and my car. Most unexpectedly, John found me and introduced himself and we had a most interesting chat. I told him I'd try to keep my car running long enough to break down again near Springfield. Robison Service has an excellent reputation and are very capable of repairing and restoring a wide spectrum of makes and models. I do all of the maintenance on my cars but when my steering developed a leak in the rack & pinion I decided to give Robison Service a call. Marybeth was very easy to communicate with during the repair process and not only did they repair my steering but also resolved a couple of coding issues with my 2007 BMW 650i. I’ll definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends who own sports cars like mine. Thanks Robison Service!

They were very responsive and detailed. They were also extremely honest. Car repairs can be quite pricey - they clearly laid out all the information for me to make an informed decision - deciding on what needed my attention now vs. what could wait. I brought my car in and needed to leave town a few days afterward. They were very accomodating - able to fit me into their already busy schedule. I was extremely grateful for their flexibility. Every time they've serviced/repaired my car, it feels like a brand new vehicle! I absolutely recommend them - I don't take my car anywhere else. They are truly experts in what they do and deliver top notch service.

Courteous, knowledgeable, interested in my car and doing a proper job. Good continued contact and follow up. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for . Wouldn’t take a higher profile foreign vehicle anywhere else.

They answered all my questions. Gave me sage advice and insight about my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4, manual shift issues. Cost of repair was reasonable and timely. Had them do my transmission fluid as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I wholeheartedly recommend them!
