Thought I had a leak in my tire and they checked it out thoroughly and found no leak. Filled me with air and sent me on my way. Sam the manager was super and very nice.
Had tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) replaced in all tires on my 2010 RAV4. Two months later one tire developed a slow leak. It turned out the issue was with the TPMS. I called Manager Sam. He is friendly, responsive and very professional. He promptly took my car, his team made an adjustment with the affected TPMS and the problem was corrected right away at no charge. Highly recommend them.

Bruhm's is my go-to for oil changes, tune-ups, brakes, tires, and the list goes on. I am 100% confident that I receive top-notch, honest work at more than reasonable prices.
6 stars if possible. I needed brakes and rotors front and back on my suv. Big shop in wakefield quoted $1150 said they could take it in 10 days. Called Bruhms, they said have the car here first thing in the morning, we open at 7. The job was completes by 4pm $675.
Must have driven by so many times and never realized that great mechanics were hiding here. They only plugged my tire but they were kind, quick, and professional. And I got the feeling as a woman I could go back there and trust them not to take advantage of a larger repair.
Great to know, they are only 5 minutes away! I hope I don't need them anytime soon but reassuring knowing they are there.
I called on Tuesday 5/16/2023 in need of a tire replacement due to a large piece of scrap metal lodged in the tread. Alex was extremely pleasant going out of his way to check that the tire I needed (225/60/R17) was in stock. I had called several other stores for quotes (Mavis/Costco/Sullivan/Town Fair) all were anywhere from $180-230+. I was able to purchase my needed tire, same day from Bruhm's for $125 on, mounted and balanced. Not only is this business a pleasure to deal with but they offered by far the best price, I would recommend them 10/10.
Honda Pilot would not start while at Costco for gas. Tow truck ,flat bed, arrive in short time. Car towed to Bruhm's Tire & Service in Saugus, MA.
Problem was the starter gone. Jon Bruhm replace starter and called two hours later. Pilot was fixed. Great price, great service. No appointment needed. Quick turn around time. Third generated Bruhm service.
Ever heard of an honest mechanic? Me neither… until I found John and his crew at Bruhm’s. Best deal on tires in the greater Boston metro and honest hard working crew. Appreciate the help with my 4runner.
Legit and reasonable pricing
I have taken my car twice and this guys are sincere with charging for car repairs compared to some other places that tend to hype even a minor car issue to charge more . I have owned ussd car for over 10yrs and I would depend one this shop when it comes to fixing my car.

I was told to bring my car in at 8 AM. I did. I was taken immediately. The owner, John is very honest. A wonderful repair man. In the past if I went to my previous repair shop they would always tell me I had a nail in my tire and I needed a new tire. John just added air in my tire and everything was fine.
I have been taking my vehicles to Bruhms for a lot of years. They are extremely good at automotive repair and service. John , who runs the shop is very personable and is an excellent service technician. It is always a pleasure to bring the car to Bruhms.
For the past five years I have had my car, my wife’s car and son’s car serviced at Bruhm’s. John and his team are great; the work is always done right and fast, nothing extra that is not needed is done, and the cost for the services are unbelievably fair!! I can’t say enough good things about Bruhm’s. Try them once, you will never go anywhere else afterwards.

Today he put a used tire on for me for only 10 bucks! He’s just an awesome dude and I appreciate him so much! He has also done a lot of work for my family and friends! I went there for my tires and shocks replaced. After paying $600 I was left with a piece missing and two flat tires after a five minute drive. The worst place to take care of your car.
John and team are the BEST, I won't bring my car anywhere else. He really will go above and beyond for his clients. I had a short notice issue with my car recently and he let me drop it off and he had the problem fixed within three hours which I didn't expect at all!! Amazing service, fair prices. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
John and the team at Bruhm's consistently provide exceptional, honest service--I have been a customer myself for over 15 years, and, my family have been as well...for nearly double that amount of time!
My daughter went here and they messed up her steering elwhich she went to get fixed and they said it would take a couple of hours. It took almost a week to get it back and when she went to get her sticker replaced it couldn't be read and failed. The bill was $500 after agreeing to a $350 bill.He clearly didn't know what to do with the model and had to get a fellow at another shop to look at it and we got billed for that also. Her car still isn't fixed.
Been a customer since 1972 and I have always been treated the same with courtesy and respect. Their ability to resolve and repair your automobile issue is more than satisfactory along with reasonable prices.
Great service and superbly fast. They didn't have my tires in their stock so they ordered them and within 1.5 hours my car was ready for pickup! Will be back again!
Came in On the fly for some tire prices and Ended up having them do them while I was there in Lightning fast speed . John at the desk was Great And I was amazed but they were able to get that done with the lot full of cars but they had already scheduled for the day .
