I live in Northeast PA and found the car I wanted at Saugus Auto Mall online, and after having an inspection done, went and picked up the car. Ali was very helpful and polite. When I arrived he had the car washed and filled with gas for me. I looked around the lot and it seemed like the rest of the cars they had they were in very good condition. This is definitely not one of those "beater" used auto lots, all the cars seem to be cared for and well maintained by both previous owners and the Saugus Auto Mall staff. I was worried that the car was not going to be in the condition that Ali had assured me it was, but I can confirm that he was telling the truth about the condition of the car and can vouch for his trustworthiness. Highly Recommend.

Mike and Ali are wonderful, responsive, diligent and experts in their industry. I was a little stressed about finding the right car, especially within the time frame I needed. I called 9am on Saturday morning, was directed to easily fill out an application and by noon, Mike had already found financing and had everything ready for me to look my new car. I had my 3 year old with me during this process, and Mike was so patient with both her and I (and with the extra time it takes to get things done when a toddler is present lol). Best experience I've had at a dealership, very fair pricing as the cars are in excellent condition, and an all around relaxing and comfortable process from beginning to end. Thank you guys so much!

I bought my car from Ali about a month ago. His pricing was very competitive and his customer service was great. They were able to work with me on my trade in and getting me a great rate on an auto loan. When I arrived to get my car it was a nice bonus to have him direct me to a place to get it inspected and he even paid for it, but there were a few issues. The car was on empty for gas, the stickers were removed, but the residue was still on the windows, and the back headrests were in the incorrect positions. These are small things, but we're were annoying to have to take my own time to fix. Overall, good experience and I would use again if they had a car I'm interested in.

I would (and probably will) buy from this dealership again. They promptly responded to my text and were able to safely show us the car that interested us. We were able to throughly examine the car right there on the lot. The asking price was a fair one so we don’t feel we could “haggle” much, we were able to have the breaks and rotors taken care of prior to taking delivery. The loan process was painless as well. All of the staff at Saugus Auto Mall were extremely helpful and the sales staff were not pushy like that of a dealership. They have quality cars at great prices. I purchased an Infiniti and before pick up they not only registered the car they also inspected, had it detailed as well as changed the oil and fluids. They made sure that everything was taken care of so I didn't have to worry about a thing. 100% recommend!!!

My husband and I bought a SUV from them last December. I waited a bit before I give my view so that I can fully test the car and after 2 months of driving, everything has been good. And their price is fair. There was a hiccup around getting the title straighten up but Ali and the owner have been transparent and helpful. Overall, we are happy that we chose this place and I hope we can work together in the future as well

My wife and I bought a car from Ali at Saugus Auto Mall. The car was perfectly presented and we test drove a couple of other cars on the lot, too. Taking car for a pre-purchase inspection was not a problem and Ali let us use his dealer plate. Buying this car was easy, comfortable, and never with any pressure. No doubt we would look at their inventory in the future and highly recommend them to our friends and family as well.

The Saugus Auto Mall is a nice family owned and family friendly place. Ali was very responsive in our requests and was able to accommodate our work schedules. The car is in great shape, and we are very happy with the purchase. I was also glad we were able to support a family owned local business.

What can I say... by far, the best car buying experience ever! I have bought many cars over the years especially from the big box dealers. The ease of doing business is still leaving me in awe as I look at my new purchase in the driveway. The financing process was the easiest, most convenient and by far, best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. I shopped around for a rate and their finance person Jason found me a phenomenal rate... (and by the way I work for a financial institution) Speaks volumes. High quality, very reasonable prices and really solid people. Thorough, efficient and trustworthy. Did everything they said they would and superbly well! It was quite an experience. From my first conversation with Ali until we picked up our car it was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and not your typical car dealership experience of feeling pressured or rushed. Ali was very quick to respond to any email or text I may of sent and the purchasing experience was just as smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place based on my first experience.

My car buying experience from Saugus Auto Mall was excellent! The customer service we received with the person we interacted with, Ali, was particularly agreeable. We went to test drive the cars on a rainy day, and the ever-so-positive Ali provided us umbrellas and went out of his way to ensure we didn’t get rained on while checking out the different cars. Also, he was very attentive & patient with all of our questions before and during the car-buying process. Lastly, once we had our mind set on the right car for us, the financing process went quickly and smoothly, with Ali keeping us updated at every step. Highly recommend!

I bought a Ford Fusion from them last month and it was a very pleasant experience. I worked with Ali and Alireza and they were excellent. They are not pushy at all and in opposite, they give you honest and unbiased advice without putting their own benefit ahead of yours. They even fixed a tiny problem two weeks passed the purchase, which technically they could refuse to do so. I couldn't be happier with Saugus Auto Mall and the car. I will definitely be back for my second car and already referred my friends to go there as the possible first and last stop.

We agreed upon a price and fixing some minor items that the car needed and they delivered what they promised. They kept their word and that is rare in any business especially the car business. We looked at a lot of VW Golf TDIs when searching for a reliable first car for our son. None compared to the condition and price of the one we found at Saugus Auto Mall, and this includes VW "Certified Pre Owned". They took care of all the maintenance that was promised, got me a terrific rate on financing through a local credit union, and had the car ready when promised. I'll look there first for all future car purchases.

Recently purchased a Subaru WRX from them. The car runs great and performs even better, clean all around from the body to the interior. The only thing that tops the car is their excellent customer service. Ali was very flexible with me, as I had to get a few things in order. Would recommend then to anyone looking for a car!!!!

Was looking for an Audi Q5. Ali contacted me immediately and made my experience very smooth. I live over 2 hrs away, so Jason and Ali took that into consideration when dealing with my down payment, registration, and paperwork. I drove there when I saw and test drove the car, and again when I picked it up. That's it! It couldn't have been easier. Jason made it so that the monthly payment worked within my budget. Bought a 2010 Audi A6 3.0 supercharged from Saugus Auto mall. They kept me up to date with anything going on with the car and when I would have it, they replaced a rear tire for me and also provided me with a spare. My father (a retired mechanic of 40 plus years) came with me to inspect a 2011 Saab 9-5. He rarely walks away from a car inspection with praise for a vehicles condition; he did on this car. The professionalism and friendliness shown to me and my Dad was beyond what either of us expected. Ali is not only a top-notch sales person he is respectful, attentive, clear communicator and a genuine individual. His attention to detail and thoroughness on my request went above and beyond my expectations. Ali listened to my terms of condition and was happy to meet all the terms. I had a great experience buying from these guys. To start with, they just happened to have the exact model of car with every single feature I was looking for in my price range. To make it even better, they offered me a more-than-fair price for my crappy trade-in. There was no pressure to buy, they got me a lower interest rate than my credit union, and even shuffled their schedules around to make sure I could drive away with it in time for Mother's Day weekend. Then the tire pressure was a little funky in the first week, so I brought it back and these guys hooked me up with 4 new ones for free, even though that wasn't part of the warranty. This is an awesome local family business, and they really care about giving you a good experience. Plus the website was easy, and the office is clean and welcoming, and the entire process was about a million times less sketchy than other small and large dealerships I've been to.
