My car wouldn’t start and I was stuck in a parking lot. Thankfully there was an auto zone there. And thankfully the manager there, Ed, went above and beyond to help me out. He changed out the battery for me and even explained how I could get a credit for my dead battery still under warranty with another company. He was so kind and helpful - spending over an hour of his time helping me out so I could get to my next destination. Would highly recommend going there for any automotive needs you have!
I recently needed to replace my windshield wipers and the gentleman, Ed, who helped me was simply delightful. Helped me choose the right ones and even changed them (even though it was beyond frozen outside). This was a godsend because I don’t know how I would have gotten those complicated Boch wipers on. He was also a great conversationalist, rather humorous. I absolutely recommend this specific AntoZone for those in need of a little extra help. They will be my first choice in the future.

My wifes car wouldnt start so i had to call triple A to get a jumpstart. I called autozone and got in touch with ANAS. Told him I was coming for a new battery in a little bit and that i had a baby with me. When i got there he was ready with the battery, and acted fast to change it in the freezing cold temperatures outside. Very polite and professional young man. I will continue to do business here because of my great experience. Thanks again Anas.
The female employee was very rude. I wanted to ask a question and she said I don’t need you to follow me. She didn’t know I heard what she was saying. She was waking between the isles. When I asked what she said she stated she was taking to herself. Never again will I use this store.
These guys are awesome. Eoghan did an amazing job and saved my skin before a giant snow storm. He did what the dealership and other places would not do or did not have in stock. I am beyond grateful for the service.

I had a great experience at AutoZone today. Upon arriving, Eoghan helped me by gathering my car info to help determine the correct battery needed. He was friendly and efficient and then directed me to Anas for the installation.
Anas was incredibly kind and helpful. It was freezing outside, and he suggested I wait in the car while he replaced the battery. I chose to stay and watch so I could learn, and he went out of his way to explain the process and show me how everything was done. Overall, it was a really positive experience with excellent customer service from start to finish.

I had an emergency visit to the Saugus’s Autozone to replace my broken windshield wipers early this am. Ed the store manager was amazing. Not only did he look up the correct wipers for me but he also installed them. I can’t say enough about how kind, efficient and knowledgeable they are there. I highly recommend them
Being a 60+ year old man, I have to say it is a pleasure to see the outstanding customer server at Autozone Saugus Ma. Eughan and Mark helped me today with a windshield wiper replacement. Eughan came outside to my car to install the blade and to make sure it performed properly. Mark helped me with the replacement. If you need anything auto related, Autozone Saugus Ma. Ed Murray the store manager is Amazing, i came in for a Battery, and he helped and guided me thru the whole process. He came out and installed the battery And explain to me how to do everything in the future. He was so incredibly helpful. I recommend anybody to come here.

On the coldest day, I received the warmest service. It was such a great experience and I couldn't express how grateful I am. I'd like to thank all the helpful staffs there, they are amazing. And special thank to Ed, the brilliant store manager, who helped me replace my car battery in the strong wind and freezing cold weather, and also helped me figure out that my old battery was actually under warranty that I didn't even realize! They are so helpful and so nice and so reliable!

Would like to share my great experience with the worker Jensiel who was amazingly helpful on answering all my questions and concerns about what I needed for my car and his patience and professionalism was extremely great he helped me get what I needed and also let me know if needed any help further to come back and he will assist me . Jensiel is a great asset to the company
Shoutout to Mark who really came through in our time of need! Kidding, but he really was helpful in finding the right bulb and even replaced it for us in under 5 minutes. Excellent service, gave good advice, would gladly come back for any auto needs.
I can’t even express the hostility and urgency of Jonathan, he was not only knowledgeable but very quick with service. If I ever stop by here again over any other location it’s because of him! Thank you please give him, a bonus for his work ethic, he truly cares not only about his job but , the people/customers as well. Look how bad my battery was but still brave enough to change it!
