I came in to get a key fob even though they could not proceed with the installation (car issue😫). Mike and crew had amazing customer service! They went above and beyond trying and were able to at least give me an alternative to my problem.

I bought a car battery here. It came with free installation and a 48-month warranty. The installation took about 10 minutes, and they hooked up a temporary battery so I wouldn't lose my settings. I watched how they installed it, and they did a great job.

I was in Batteries Plus for the first time this weekend to get my son's car faub battery. John was SO awesome. Took the faub and went out back and change it for me without an additional charge. And, honestly? I don't think we would know how to do it. John was so helpful and so nice. As he was replacing the battery, I walked around the store and couldn't believe the wide variety of batteries. Store was so organized too. Awesome experience getting a new battery for my motorcycle. I found the battery online just before closing on Friday and it was ready soon after opening on Saturday morning. Very quick and easy pickup and the customer service was better than most I've experienced lately 😀

I needed a replacement lead-acid battery for my lawn tractor and did some online shopping. I've purchased Duracell car batteries at Batteries Plus before and had a very positive experience so I checked with them again. Once again, a great product selection of quality batteries (esp. Duracell, all with positive reviews) with competitive pricing. By buying online and picking up in-store, they knocked off an additional 15%. Very helpful staff, quick in-and-out, and my lawn tractor is back in business.

Stopped by to pick up my AGM vented battery, got my wife's watch battery replaced, received great customer service and was done in just a few minutes. Great service and inventory. No more shopping on line wondering if I've ordered the right batteries.

I had a great experience on 1-3-2024. The two gentlemen who were working after 5pm, serviced both my vehicles for new batteries. I brought the first vehicle because the battery was sluggish, and the second one after returning home and using a charger to get it running. Can’t thank you guys enough! Highly recommend this business! Both men were friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable.

John and the team at Batteries Plus in Saugus worked miracles on a phone I thought was beyond saving! We have also used them several times for screen repairs and battery replacements. Prices are fair, I always feel like I've received an honest assessment of the issue, their work is high quality and done in a timely and professional way. I highly recommend!

Top of the line service for everything from batteries, light bulbs, car fobs, cell phone repair, and essentially anything that has a battery or a light bulb, they can fix it and hook you up with a replacement. I had my cell phone screen and back glass cover replaced here twice, (through insurance) and they took care of me by calling me when the overnight the parts to the store and calling when to schedule a time to drop your phone off. The best part, the phone repair took only between 1 and 3 hours! They are awesome and I want to personally thank the knowledgeable staff for taking care of me!

The customer service is quite poor. Staff is extremely disorganized. Attempted to replace and purchase a car key fob. They were unable to determine how to program the key fob after several weeks of continuous follow up. Also purchased replacement battery through a cash transaction that they were unable to reconcile. Claimed item was not paid for and refused to check camera to verify no payment. I ended up double paying for the item to avoid further conflict. Consumer beware!

Replaced the batteries inside a the housing for my Black and Decker cordless lawn mower right there at the store. Saved me time and a trip to dispose of the battery. I selected the wrong battery, but they set me straight honored my 10% online discount. My second super customer service experience. Thank you Tori and others at the store! Thumbs up.

Billy was so helpful! He checked my car battery & swapped out the bad one for a new one so quickly. He has also helped us out several other times we used Batteries Plus Bulbs to have an iPhone screen replacement done. Couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service we get here!

The Only auto battery site that actually allows you to use their 10% off coupon for a battery purchase. I Never had to leave my car. They switched out the old for the new battery in less than 5 minutes. I Got a call ahead of time from the manager John to explain everything to do when I arrived. Just an amazing experience. Extremely helpful & friendly staff talked on the phone to help me find what I was looking for then helped me get a discount on the 3 batteries I needed to buy for an mx650 dirt bike. The gentleman waited over 20 minutes after closing time for me to come from boston to pick them up, he brought the package right out after I left a voicemail & even put it in the back of the car for me! I'll definitely be doing business with them again & I 100% recommend them to anyone.

Avoid this place like the plague. Bought a bike battery had it charged up brought it home and it was dead. No telling how long it was sitting on the shelf there since it is a bit of an oddball battery. Tried to charge it at home several times but each time it would not hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. Never installed it in the bike brought it back looking for a replacement which they had none so I requested a refund. After waiting in line watching the “salesman” insult two customers ahead of me because the computer was “down” and they only accepted cash of which neither had enough he proceeded to complain about them to other customers after they left. Been here three different times there were computer problems twice. Refused to issue me a refund and kept pointing to the warranty. They had no replacement and the battery they sold me a couple of days ago was no good but this guy refused to refund my purchase. Finally after arguing with this guy for 20 minutes while other customers are standing there waiting he calls the owner and they decide to refund my money if there is no damage to the battery and it can be re-sold. Can’t make this stuff up. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Do yourself a favor and stick to an auto store or bike shop before considering doing any business here.

My 2012 Honda Fit battery lost its ability to turn over the engine after I had mistakenly left the lights on. And I mean I left the lights on for maybe 3 minutes! Since the battery was 7 years old and seemed to be losing it's Reserve Capacity, I called Batteries Plus Bulbs in Saugus MA . Confirmed the battery was in stock. Ordered online and drove over for store pickup. Very nice people and great service. John installed (no extra charge) the battery in 15 minutes. Really a good experience. I will go back. BTW When I first got to their website, I tried to use the "Find my Battery" interface but it didn't work. Instead I used the sites' regular search function looking for the "group size" of the battery which I happened to know (in my case 151R). Bingo! Very good price as well.

Had issues with my truck starting. AAA said I probably needed a new battery. Called BPB. Talked to a guy named Steve. Very informative and friendly. Told me to order it online to save 10%. Great. Ordered it and went up later. Met him and he came right out to test the battery. Said it was good, and that it was just a loose connection. He tightened it, free of charge, after spending a good 10 minutes talking and testing, and I went on my way. Because of him, I won't be going anywhere else if I need a battery, lights for my truck, or anything else. Great experience

Very happy with thorough and quick service. Went in for a broken screen replacement & they also did a thorough system check to be sure nothing else was damaged in the (several) falls my phone sustained. Then they did the check after the repair to be sure they didn't mess anything up.

The process was straight forward ... Bought online and received a call within 20 min telling me my battery was ready for me. When I got to the store they place looked brand new everything was organized ... That alone made me feel like I was going to have a good experience and I did. The gentleman at the store changed my battery withing 20 min .... Fantastic service and my car is up and running again .... Thanks !!!

I placed my order for a motorcycle battery online for store pickup and saved 15% by doing so. Within 5 minutes, someone from the store called me to confirm my order telling me they'd have it ready and charged for me the next morning for pickup. My husband did the pickup and couldn't say enough about how accommodating and wonderful all the staff were. Definitely a customer for life !

John and his staff are fantastic. Our iPhone's (5/6s) screen has broken a few times (young children at home) and the staff had done a fantastic job. I encountered a few separate issues and they went above and beyond to identify and address my concerns. Very pleased with their consistent professionalism and customer centered focus.
