We went to Salem and this auto body offers parking for a great price and the people there are fantastic. When you get there they offer cider and if you need to use the facilities they offer that to. If I lived there they would be my station to use! Great people!

We all have bad luck sometimes and face the dreaded process of car repairs. Salem Auto Body makes this process, dare I say, easy and enjoyable? When I first called I got an answer right away and was told to swing by right then and there if I wanted to take a look at my car and the damage. When I walked in, Corrin immediately recognized me from where I work locally in the community. She made me feel so at ease and way better about the fact I had messed up my car and that she would make sure it was 100% good as new. I cannot say enough how amazing it is to have a highly trusted female auto body specialist in town. Girls know how it goes where unfortunately you often deal with men who assume you know very little and don’t take the time to make you feel comfortable. My car is finally ready, but I had to work late and can’t pick it up till next day. Corrin sent several pictures by request and my baby looks perfect. Then I found Salem Auto Body and Corinn completely changed the experience for me. She’s not only incredibly kind and helpful but she’s a business owner you can truly trust. She walked me through everything, gave me a quote that was nearly half the price of the other shop, and even found a used red door that matched my car perfectly, saving me another $200. I never felt like she was trying to upsell or take advantage. I honestly felt like she had my best interest in mind the entire time. The work done is incredible my car looks amazing, they detailed the inside, and I felt so taken care of. I loved the staff so much I kind of wish I could just hang out there! Salem Auto Body recently did some work on a dented rear bumper and paint correction on my car. They were very fair with their pricing and the work is top notch. It looks brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for body work on their vechile.

I brought my car here after a friend’s recommendation when my windshield wipers functioned like they were posessed by a demon. After attempts to replace a few parts for my 22 year old car were unsuccessful they inspected every bit of wiring until they found the cause and got my wipers back to 100% functionality. Everyone at this family owned business was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Their fee was very reasonable too. I highly recommend them,

Not only are they genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, they were super informative and didn’t try to push anything on me at all. My mirror was dangling, and they fastened it back on with a screw for no charge, to get me by until I decide what I want to do to fix it. They were so much more helpful than the insurance agent I had been working with. I can’t recommend Salem Auto Body Co enough. 10/10

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always helped me. They are very honest and I trust them. It’s very hard being a woman sometimes when you need to bring your car to a mechanic or autobidy place without feeling like you’re getting ripped off or taken advantage of. Everyone is so nice here and they do an amazing job. I highly recommend coming here.

TLDR: I will never not recommend Salem Auto Body! I just picked up my SUV from Salem Auto Body, and I wanted to express my gratitude to them for their professionalism, communication and superb service! This was the second time I went with them, and I am so pleased with the final product and how wonderful my SUV looks. Corrin and her team do amazing work. I can certainly see why this shop has been in business for over 100 years. They are truly exceptional!

I can't say enough good things about Salem Auto Body. Someone opened their door into mine and left some paint scuffs and the wonderful team at S.A. did a free estimate 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. They told me exactly what I could expect to pay and had me call the next morning to set up an appointment. I dropped off the car and within a few hours, they called me and said they were able to buff everything out and didn't have to do any additional work, so I only needed to pay for labor - less than 1/3 of the price they originally quoted. It is an awesome feeling to know I was being treated honestly and fairly and it was great to support a woman-owned business. I will definitely be returning if I need any work in the future. Salem Auto Body quoted a fair price and had an accurate estimate of when my car would be ready. They then beat that estimate by more than a day. The job they did on my car was fantastic, and they even threw in a full interior clean (which my car desperately needed). I highly recommend!

Fantastic service and great with coordinating information to insurance companies. I've used salem auto body since 2018 for my past THREE accidents (none of which were my fault) the most notable experience was my first accident where my car was basically totaled, the entire rear driver side of the car was ripped off. I didn't have renters insurance at the time and it was a sorta hit and run incident, so I couldn't get coverage from the other persons insurance.. They were extremely understanding of my circumstances and allowed me to have a rental for free while they repaired the vehicle. I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds out of pocket for a rental but they really helped me out in a time where I needed it. Upon receiving my car it came back better than it looked when I first leased it! The following two accidents were much smaller but things were handled with the same care and attention I received the first time. For as long as I am living in salem / north shore I will be using salem auto body as my go-to mechanic and you should too!

Best body shop in the northshore i got my car painted there prices are excellent they detail your car as well and Jeff Lupo goes out of his way with his Customer service he will help you with anything he can and the secretary denise was awesome great staff I love this place
